So this plan is oriented towards moving on completing existing Alliances whilst also picking up one of the alliances we absolutely need in order to make sure the rest of Mars doesn't decide to Do Something about us if our research efforts are... Problematic in whatever ways. And before anyone mentions about the strain of alliances putting us into AP hell, we have already been advised that the Skitarius is very likely to request security improvements as part of the alliance which we already want to do.

My modified version of one of the above plans. This plan has us only build the first stage of the military stations, but it also has another stage in redesigning the doctrines and developing the cybernetica more effectively.

I feel that strengthening our military is still a very strong thing we need to do, and we shouldn't get distracted by new shinies like exploring the solar system just quite yet. We're not strong enough to be able to extend our reach like that yet, and we should strengthen our forces before we do that. As a consequence, if we do strengthen our military the difficulty ratings on those various worlds should go down hopefully.

E: this plan dows what i want. Would do a follow up doing the final doctrine, and 1 ap on military station, and 1 on Skitarius aliance or another of station. with the turn after that finishing military station, and start dockyards/other non-research option. With the next turn after that finishing docs and doing alot of research. (so just have no interruptions and follow this plan for 3 turns, No rolls needed until the third :p)

Onwards. For Humanity. To reclaim what was lost. To purge the Darkness of the Long Night. For the Machine God. We March.
I just remember and checked but arent there at Uranus and pluto DAoT build Warp Gates (Elysian and Khthonic Gates) that let one ignore standard Mandeville Points limit on Warp Transition?

Would gaining control over them affect our research or Mars sending Fleets out of Sol?

oh yes the first X, only eXpanding, eXploiting and eXterminating left!

Also we really should finish our commitments before getting more alliances we didn't even start on the metalurgys project...

@Khororhoth could you make said commitment requirements explicit on the Factions threadmark or somewhere else?

I was going to comment on how XXX is obviously the sacred number of Slaneesh and thus you must be purged in fire forever more, but then I realized you were referring to four X's, so you are technically off the hook...for now.

I'd prefer a plan with at least one Research action in it since that guarantees a free research AP next turn but I'm fine without it

Good idea. Will try to implement it next chapter.
I meant more, would having those two to examine make other Warp Tech easier to research?
Somewhat, they're more 'Sufficiently advanced technology using barely understood magic principles', so your faction would be better be used there to make sure there aren't any nasty surprises that the Emperor took care of behind the scenes.

"Restored and fortified," she whispered, her vocal modulator crackling softly. "The Castellum breathes once more."
Great to hear that.
Iomene's mind shifted, dwelling for a moment on The Blood King-incited slaughter—the scent of burning metal, the sight of shattered automata crumpling beneath blood-soaked claws, the screams of Tech-Priests whose wards had faltered. Eighty-eight Bloodletters, each daemon claiming more than one life before the Castellum's defenders drove them back.

Her emotion buffer kicked in, dulling the rising swell of grief and regret. Loss is inevitable. Knowledge is eternal. The ranks had been restored, but not without effort—and not without scars.
It felt it's marks.

For twenty years, the Castellum had endured its wounds, and now it healed—not as it was before, but stronger, forged in battle and reinforced by knowledge. When the enemy came again—and they would—the Castellum would be prepared.

They would not be caught off-guard again.
They've spent a while healing and adapting.

No you have done your part, the Void Dockyards are just the Explorators being grateful.

No, that cage survived scratchless the Herersy. One middling focused Incursion ain't gonna do anything to it.
The Cage is really impressive. Also is Big E going to cool with how it's been guarded and the Aethric's?
