Robert is a fun name, not least because I'm a fan of the Dresden Files and "Bob" is a wonderful creature.
But I'm also partial to Crowley as well, but given the inherent pun in the name perhaps something else. Aleister is a good name, derived from the Scottish variation of the Greek Alexander.

Like Crowley this is an existing surname, yes. It's not nearly as much of an in-universe joke as the meaning has little to do with crows. It mostly means 'cold thorn-bush'.

Looking at Training over the next year or so; in our choices for Turn 4 we got 21 training for 3 months, which would be 84 for the full 12 months. Levelling all our Rough techs to Refined would be (8x6) + 4 = 52. Then 21 for Clever Deflection totals 73, leaving 11 left over. We could use this on getting one Style/Shape to rank 4 or two to rank 3. Personally I'd prefer Fyrdsman yt Wol since it can be combined with others, then Hordebreaker for the Rebuke bonus or Web-Shape to get closer to using Strandsense in combat.

This is sort of the last bit of Reinald's intensive early training. You will receive some bonus Training beyond your base 28 per year going forward, but not nearly this much.
