Dark Magical Girl Quest

Interesting. Please elaborate on this.
I'm just saying protagonist rizz can be a powerful force. We don't know a lot about our prospective nemesis yet but a crush could easily form in either direction or even both directions. It could be in our civilian identities or in the intensity of battle or both separately. And then there is, of course, our protagonist drawn in by the allure of a powerful villainess' sheer presence. And of course our overlord's opinion of us is already full of complex emotions. As another potential route trying to romance our evil queen and trying to usurp her are not mutually exclusive. Could be an interesting dynamic.
 
Personally for the protagonist I was thinking of something like: our civilian life sucks so hard that getting adopted recruited by a Goddess of Darkness and Evil is a massive improvement in every single possible way.

Let's please our Mom Goddess of All That is Evil as much as we can
 
I'm only voting for plans with Monsters in them, and Maximum Chaos happens to be one of them
 
Plan One With the Goddess has us working with an allied trio against one opposing magical girl. With Big Good and lots of support. I can't help but feel like the real outcome here is that the enemy MG is going to be suitably overpowered to try and convert one or more of our team, rather than our protag getting the chance to romance our sponsor. And while that sounds interesting, it's hardly what the plan as stated is meant to be going for.

If anything, that sounds like the kind of Magical Girl that would showcase "The Evil Power of Love".

Lucky you, one of them happens to be operating out of your city. He is not there to babysit you. But if he has time in his busy schedule, you may ask him for advice. Take this for example: Miraculite, a new energy source that's been discovered and integrated into society. Capable of high amounts of energy output in a variety of ways and dispersing matter into higher dimensions for storage. Guess what's now being used to power Magical Girls? What's wrong with good, old fashioned, easily corruptible and nigh-irreplaceable soul stones? Now Magical Girls can just 'revert to back up' or build a new one if their transformation trinket is destroyed or corrupted. So annoying.

So:

Humans have adopted magic en-masse for better or worse and use magitech to create/support MGs.

3 MGs for the Bright side, they are the second generation. Their predecessors might be around to provide advice and support.

3 MGs for the Dark side, and we have a 'mentor'.

Both sides can use magic to perfectly conceal their identities.
