Does it mean he can not get any new aspects within Holy, light or human?

If he undergo any sorta reality defining event will only his Anathema power process Further while his Aspects remain Capped?

[X] Complexity : CHEAP

It's highly unlikely to win, but that sounds most useful to us right now. And the currently winning plan is fine too.

Primary area of specialization: All physical rolls and social rolls made in Combat.

If we can learn and teach him Crane style there might be some interesting synergies there with social attacks in martial arts combat charm.

I slay Evil: He reduces damage from Aggravated to lethal, lethal to blunt and blunt damage is cut in half after soak (round down). In addition, when fighting "evil" any kind of physical exertion or physically strenuous event counts as rest for the purpose of any kind of recovery.

I'm surprised this triggers when damage is dealt by someone that's not evil. If we can give him the Regeneration Mutation he's be particularly resilient.

Righteous Fury: Whenever Dharok does at least 3 lethal hlvl damage to an "evil" enemy, he regains one point of Willpower or any other resource he is capable of using.

With the right charms, gifts and psyker powers this could be incredibly powerful when fighting on the battlefield. He just needs to avoid duels or get an AoE psyker power that allows him to hit multiple enemies and he can get into a very potent feedback loop after he gets Enlightened Essence.

Basically, we got Mephiston. Lorgar-flavored.

He prolly could accept Rage, because... of the whole doomslayer thing, and he prolly could take Regen, given his resource-recovery abilities.

Think of him as Lorgar's Send Circle demon same as how Lorgar would be considered as a Third Circle demon to The Emperor.
Primordial-like soul structure
Ah, so percussive maintenance works on Emperor. Magical.

Friends, we need to repeatedly kill Horus until divine gacha spits out a friendly version of the Emperor.

/It pains me to do this, but in order to avoid spiraling misunderstandings - yes, I am not very serious, here

He has his own path as he is technically using Lorgar's Mythos.

Can transend his mythos by similar way as a devil trigger when exalted remove his dependcy over his patron to become a new existence?

Not sure what you mean by devil trigger.

But it is a rough comparison and he is no more dependent to Lorgar as a second Circle demon of Ligier is to him.

Even in Canon, a third Circle betrayed it's Primordial and became a God, serving Luna.

I modeled it that way and Lorgar falling to Chaos will not impact Dharok in any negative manner and the opposite is also true.

While some Marines do follow their Primarch into damnation, others do not. It depends on the marine.

Physical primary.

The Evil is on top of that due to his defined true name.

Makes sense. I'm more hopeful we can grant him Regeneration now.

Although I'm (mostly) sure this is just metaphorical, it does make me wonder whether Fan could take some inspiration from this for making his own sub-souls.

If we can get Splintered Gale Incarnation that may be another place to start, making clones of Fan that we grant their own True Names to which are just parts of what Fan's would be.

Using Analytical Modelling Intuition on Lorgar and Fan one day to see what makes them tick would potentially be very interesting, although that kind of research might be something the Emperor really frowns on.

Even if we just use it to make more 'Second Circle' demigod space marines of Lorgar (or take the radical option of trying to make it possible for a Shapechanged Lorgar able to sire biological children in human form).

Well, the difference is that the loss or change of a Primordial's sub-soul does change them, even if only in a small way. Part of how the Primordials were turned into the Yozi was selective pruning of their soul hierarchies, both 3rd and 2nd Circle.

None of this applies here. It was a rough comparison only.

We theoretically could do a bunch of really silly stuff with Sorcerous Workings - are they in this quest? - but seriously altering powerful entities is almost always non-trivial affair.

Compatible mutations, essence +MA's, relevant psyker disciplines, maybe an occasional merit or skill - these are relevant paths of progression, for now. Eventually, also Gifts.

Turn 5: Priorities
Colchis - 831.M30

In the days leading up to the battle, the encampment buzzed with intense activity. The task ahead loomed large and daunting, demanding meticulous preparation. At the center of it all stood Lorgar, his calm demeanor and commanding presence guiding the efforts to gather the necessary supplies and equipment.

Knowing that their success hinged on having the right tools, provisions, and strategies, Lorgar called a meeting in the largest tent. His closest advisors and key members of the tribe gathered around a long wooden table. The tent was dimly lit by lanterns, casting flickering shadows along the canvas walls.

"We are about to enter into battle," Lorgar began, his voice steady and resolute. "Our survival and success depend on our preparation. We must anticipate every need and plan for every eventuality. Haraq, start with the combat essentials."

Haraq stood, unfurling a map of the Wound on the table.

"We'll need weapons suited for close-quarters combat and long-range engagements. The terrain is rugged, and visibility is often low, so reliable, durable weapons are a must. Short swords, daggers, and axes for close-quarters, and bows, crossbows. If we have firearms, pistols and rifles with ample ammunition will be essential as would lasguns for long-range." He said pointing at the map.

"We also need tools for fortification and defense. Building temporary shelters and defensive barriers will be crucial. Ropes, stakes, tarps, and canvas for makeshift tents and cover. We'll need hammers, nails, saws for constructing and repairing, and shovels and pickaxes for digging trenches and fortifying positions." Raheem added.

"Medical supplies are vital. The enemy is treacherous, and we must be ready to treat injuries and illnesses. We need bandages, antiseptics, painkillers, sutures, and needles for stitching wounds. Medicines like antibiotics, antivenoms, and anti-inflammatory drugs are essential, along with herbal remedies for common ailments and poisons. Scalpels, forceps, scissors, splints, and slings should also be included." Siobhan spoke next, her voice calm but firm.

"The environment itself poses a significant challenge. We need to be prepared for the worst. Clothing should be layered to adapt to changing temperatures, and we need waterproof cloaks and boots for protection against the elements. Compasses, maps, spyglasses, and signal mirrors are crucial for navigation and communication. For survival, we'll carry rations like dried meats, grains, and fruits that won't spoil easily. Water purification tablets and portable filters will ensure clean drinking water. Fire-starting kits with flint, steel, and waterproof tinder are also necessary." Sven stated.

Lorgar nodded, absorbing the information. "We'll need to ensure we have enough food and water for the journey. Raheem, coordinate with the hunters and gatherers to secure sufficient provisions."

"We'll focus on high-energy foods that are lightweight and easy to carry. Dried meats, nuts, and hardtack will be our staples. We'll also bring water skins and purification tablets to ensure a steady supply of clean water." Raheem responded,

Finally, Lorgar turned to the more mystical aspects of their preparation.

"We must also consider the spiritual and magical threats we might face. Our faith and knowledge of sorcery will be our shields against the unknown. We'll need amulets and talismans blessed by our shamans, prayer beads, and sacred texts for invoking protection. Warding runes, sigils for deterring malevolent entities, and spell components for those capable of wielding magic are also essential." He observed.

Over the next few days, the camp was a whirlwind of activity. Clay pots were meticulously sealed with wax, and food was carefully packed with dried herbs known to repel insects and pests. Weapons and tools were oiled and wrapped in oilcloth, ensuring they would remain in top condition. Lorgar himself supervised the preparation, his keen eye catching any oversight, working alongside his people, showing them how to pack the containers and explaining the importance of each step.

As they were readying supplies, Lorgar and a select group of scouts, including Sven, ventured into the outskirts of the enemy encampment. They moved stealthily, choosing locations that were both accessible and easily defensible. They buried some of the traps underground, marking them with subtle symbols only they would recognize. Others were hidden in the hollow trunks of ancient trees or within rocky crevices. Each trap was carefully cataloged, with detailed notes on their locations and contents kept safe by Lorgar.

With the traps in place, Lorgar gathered the tribe for a final briefing. He explained the locations and the system of symbols they would use to identify them, emphasizing the importance of discretion and vigilance.

A day later, Lorgar got a list of supplies that could be mustered. Looking down at the list, Lorgar knew that he had to prioritize.

"We will have our supplies," he began, "but we will have to choose, not just for the battle but for the claiming of the Wound as well. The Wound is a treacherous place. We must ensure our provisions and equipment remain intact and accessible, no matter what we face. Let's discuss strategies for this."

Haraq leaned forward, his eyes gleaming with determination. "For combat readiness, we should have multiple small caches rather than one large stockpile. This way, if one is compromised, we don't lose everything. We can bury them or hide them in natural crevices."

Lorgar nodded approvingly. "A good idea. We'll need to ensure these caches are well-marked and easily recognizable to us, but not to others. Raheem, what's your take on this?"

"We should use natural landmarks for marking the locations, something subtle, like an arrangement of stones or a unique tree. We can also use coded symbols known only to us. For burying supplies, we'll need waterproof and airtight containers to protect against the elements." Raheem said as he stroked his chin thoughtfully.

Siobhan chimed in, her voice calm and steady. "And what about perishable supplies? We need a way to keep our food and medicine safe from spoilage. We could use the cooler temperatures of underground storage, but we need to be cautious about moisture."

Turning to Sven, Lorgar asked, "Sven, can you find suitable locations for these caches?"

"I'll check the maps we got from the Archmagos and identify potential spots. We can use clay pots sealed with wax for food and medicine, and line them with insulating materials. For weapons and tools, we can use oilcloth wraps to prevent rust and corrosion." Sven said confidently.

Lorgar himself supervised the preparation, his keen eye catching any oversight. He worked alongside his people, showing them how to pack the containers and explaining the importance of each step.

The atmosphere in the camp was electric, charged with the anticipation of the battle ahead. The air buzzed with the sounds of preparation: the rhythmic pounding of hammers, the rustle of fabric as tents were pitched, the murmur of voices exchanging plans and strategies.

Every detail was meticulously attended to, from the precise sealing of clay pots with wax to the careful packing of food with dried herbs known for repelling insects and pests. Weapons and tools were oiled and wrapped in oilcloth to protect them from rust and corrosion.

Lorgar moved among his people like a beacon of calm and strength. His keen eye caught any oversight, and his presence reassured and inspired. He worked alongside his people, packing containers and explaining the importance of each step, his voice a steadying force amid the whirlwind of activity.

As the final preparations were completed, Lorgar gathered his closest advisors for one last meeting. The tent was dimly lit by lanterns, casting flickering shadows along the canvas walls.

"We are ready," Lorgar said, his voice filled with quiet determination. "Our supplies are prepared and safely stored. We have planned for every eventuality. Now, we must be vigilant and resourceful. Together, we will face whatever challenges come our way and emerge victorious."

With a final nod, Lorgar dismissed the meeting. The tribe stood ready, their hearts and minds prepared for the journey into the unknown, united by their leader's unwavering resolve.

CHOICE: WHICH DO YOU PRIORITIZE?
Circle members are the only ones who can survive in the wound long enough to reclaim it, and you can shape supplies in the Wound, but you need a certain amount of supplies before going into it. So you are choosing which starting supplies you are prioritize both for the wound and the battle.

[] Combat Essentials (Choose 2)
-[] Weapons:
- Close-quarters: Short swords, daggers, and axes.
- Long-range: Bows, crossbows, and throwing spears.
- Firearms: Pistols and rifles, if available, with ample ammunition and Las guns.

@Yzarc, Thalassa has Command 3, representing a Skitari detachment that was attached to her command, on her chat sheet? Are they here?

Do they have any particular requirements we should be aware of? Or logistics capability? If they have any Skorpius Dunerider Grav tanks with them they could carry a lot of supplies.

None of this applies here. It was a rough comparison only.

Good to know. We just need to work out if we can reproduce the process of lesser demigods.

I wonder if we could persuade the current Ecclesiarch of the Covenant to see the light and be redeemed. He's someone who might have been blessed enough by the Chaos Gods to survive the process, particularly if we can refine it after seeing it once and hearing from Dharok what subjectively happened.

-[X] Medicines:

  1. Weapons are obvious, we need to be able to hit the enemy
  2. Armor because to hopefully hold up to a bit of a beating once the inevitable Chaos tricks force a battle group into melee
  3. If we are at the point of our seventy strong tribe trying to fix stone fortifications something is deeply wrong. What this has to do is provide distractions and impediments
  4. Triage is the name of the game, keep as much of their blood inside of them...
  5. ...and poison out of them until we can fix it with magic and experts long term
  6. War of positioning means we need to know where everyone is
  7. TDC should see them through the head, but unlike the Circle Mates the tribesmen do need to eat
  8. Make sure they do not all grow tentacles, we do not not need the small buff to combat power in the wound as much. We are heroes they are not

So, what do we have and what do we need, assuming the Skitarii are looking after themselves.

Our assets are:

Army (Tribe) ●● - You lead a Tribe that numbers at 70+ people though only Several dozen people can actually fight.
One set of relic Aegis pattern power armour used by Fan
Two sets of Aegis pattern power armour sized for Lorgar and Dharok
"A contingent of Skitarii grade weapons, full equipment and battle ready components will be at your disposal. In addition, I will facilitate the building of defensive encampments for your tribe."

This last one seems most important. If we have a full set of Skitarii grade weapons and equipment for our tribes warriors, presumably that includes super tech weapons, armour, and medical equipment. I'd been hoping equipment included vehicles, but that's clearly not to be.

We shouldn't be limited to regular swords, we should have power swords, and rather than lasguns, we should have Volkite Calivers, and we should have equivalents for armour and energy shields.

Fan also has Pattern Reassertion Touch for injuries.

Another option, since it's a while since we granted the tribe's warriors a VEE wish, is to offer them all the Regeneration or Exalted Healing mutations. They may be better off with Mega-Physical attribute to better use their skiarii grade gear though.

@Yzarc, one additional question: how does the gear we bought from the Archmagos feature into this? Presumably the Skitarii grade equipment he sold us should overlap quite significantly with, or make obsolete, a lot of the things in the list above?

Not the magical gear, but things like weapons, armour, medical and navigation gear would presumably be part of a Skitarii force's standard equipment? Very likely survival gear like portable water condensers, etc?

And all this would be hypertech so much more portable and more effective than whatever the tribe had access to.

Let me clarify. This is preparation with what you currently have for the skirmish.

The Defense promised is for your tribe proper. You are going out to attack the enemy right now.

They have not hit you.

The Cult Mechanicus is also under separate command hence, a separate battlegroup.

They are allies, not army in this. They are staying back to fortify the position.
