Uh, we get to pick up some of the other aids, nice. Although, it probably can't hurt to reaccess them, both for how they fit Violet as she is now and for how the lack of an more in depth friendship changes their dynamic. With that in mind:

Martial is an interesting spot in that it's always good to have as a fallback, but with how the society is that blunt instrument doesn't lend itself to more discrete manipullations and every knight probably has at least some martial skill. I'd also argue that both of the aide options lost a good deal of charm in the transition to lesser helper. They might still do good in their roles, but the enthusiasm and honor duels were closely tied to the relationship. I can't really argue against people wanting one of them around in case we need open violence, but both would definetly be overkill.

Diplomancy gives us our one entirely new option and Gregor actually looks kind of neat if we want to play into an public image of a more pampered princess with his gentleman nature. However, he suffers in that he'd be doubling up in specialties with Radana.
Meanwhile, the realpoitics guy just doesn't look like the best match for an intrigue build in general.

Stewardship is where things get more interesting. Having a sway over the ecconomy is a useful tool for pulling strings after all. For further plus points, Kat is a prism which means she should be able to lean into the science angle as well an her personality type of shy yet highly enthusiastic in her field just sounds like a highly entertaining character that's not reliant on the shared backstory to work in her element.

Then with Intriue we come to Dorothea. A unique case in that she might have actually become a more suitable pick. We could talk about the pros and cons of having a secondary intrigue character, but in terms of what Violet would be drawn to in character, a fanatically devoted spy/assassin would make an excellent puppet.

For learning, Atlanta might be the optimal science pick, but Kat strikes me as the more interesting one and two prisms might be a tad much. As much as I'm up for taking up some of it, it's not our primary calling at this point.

And then Barakat actually looks prett neat, but having that kind of wise mentor around sounds like it'd border on self-sabotage if you're trying to keep secrets from them.

For the systems it's definetly down between Magvelt and Andernia. However, while the lure of resourcess is strong, I can't really resist the discovery of organic life. It might not be full on aliens, but if it is that'd be a straight up first contact in our book. And even if it isn't, I'm not sure if anything could really compete with the fantastical elements of new lifeforms. Especially relevant for our culture, there could be new kinds of flowers.
The other natural oddities the system has are just a nice bonus for exploration.

-[ ] [Aide] Kat, Hyacinth Prism. Prisms are more often than not somewhat reclusive, and Kat fits that stereotype with a nervous demeanor outside her workshop. However, when within her comforts, she possess as sort of maniac energy that makes her one of the best Prisms at the service of House Iris. Few can claim to match her energy when it comes to bringing about industrial might when need be.
-[ ] [Aide] Dorothea, Lycoris Knight. Ever since she was a young child, Dorothea has long since idolized the image of Brilliance Knights keeping the peace, doing whatever it takes to maintain public order. She still holds that image dearly even as an adult, meaning that she possesses a quiet sort of fanaticism to do whatever needs done for the better of the Helmsmen. Should that order come down from House Iris as well, then few can stop her determination.

-[ ] [System] Andernia. An odd star that radiates warmth from one side while exuding chill on the other. The result is that half the system is relatively cold, while the other is incredibly hot with few exceptions of a mild climate all around. As if that wasn't fantastical enough, the largest of the hot planets somehow has reports of organic life down there while a frozen comet orbits around a frozen planet.

(Oh and because I didn't really comment about it innitially, at first glance, Violet and Radana have a pretty neat dynamic. A minder can't hurt someone like Violet. It really is a shame about that tea set.

On the bright side, it's good to know Violet has the cackling down already. That's a sign of talent for her aspirations.)

Yeah it's all fine, I forgot to set it earlier and just went with it. There's also plenty of time to still talk and vote at the same time.

This particular facet of this system makes me wonder if Solarium forged in one side of the star might have different effects from Solarium forged in the other. Elementally charged Solarium perhaps?

We don't really know that much about the process behind creating Solarium, but that strikes me as a reasonable assumption. Of course, the only system that doesn't have something fancy like this going on with its star is Magvelt, which, looking at it like this, makes sense. It'd be a balance between resources for industrialisation and oddities that can act as a source of innovation.

With that in mind, it's actually kind of a shame that A New Foundry goes with that system. If it turns out that estimate is right, doubling up on the prisms for the planet that gives the least to work with for innovation might be a bit of a waste. Especially seeing that while I think we'll be fine not taking a martial aid in particular, it's still worth considering that each prism means taking one less knight in case things go down.

Decided that i kinda wanted the two people from A New Foundry with the system from Solar Garden, did consider Shenvile but more interested in the organic life. If it picks up votes i'll remove my votes for the other two, doubt that'll happen but why not?

Stellar Stat Breakdown
Stellar stats are used to reflect a general idea and scale of resource exploitation on a planetary, system, and galactic scale. They are usually not used for regular development rolls, but are instead used as checks for handling situations as they arise. Think of them as more reactive rolls than active rolls.

Industry: A measure of industrial and civilian development. The more developed a planet, the greater this value. At every five (5) points, a building chain is unlocked for further industrial development. These buildings are then placed in settlements with the available space.

Small (Industry 1-7): 3
Large (Industry 8-11): 5
Massive (Industry 12+): 7

Resources: A measure of raw materials being harvested and refined. It begins at a high value on untouched planets, but then decreases the more Industry a planet has, along with whatever other buildings may require its cost. A positive value will contribute to a resource stockpile that can be consumed in wartime to upkeep campaign deployments.
Wealth: A measure of accumulated economic growth and funding. It is partly tied to Resources for a base value from natural luxuries. While positive, its value halved grants an increased positive modifier to skill rolls to a maximum value (+20) within the system to represent money smoothing over difficulties.
Influence: A measure of popular support and cultural relevance. There is an initial base value provided by the settlement landmark building. While it is positive, the value halved increases the number of votes to a maximum value (+20) per system that a House gains in the Senate.
Military: A measure of armed forces, both standby and mobilized. It does not have a base value initially and must be developed specifically. A positive value will increase the possibility of developing emergency tactics and strategies for local threats and dangers.
