Your first thought, when it comes to the Justice Shadow, is that you should probably do something about that weapon it's holding.
Would you be strong enough to rip it away with Psio? You aren't sure. When it comes to levitation, you've focused mainly on smaller objects. Shadow body parts are easier than regular objects, but this weapon isn't part of the Shadow. You're standing right by the stairs it took it from.
...Stair rails are made of metal, right?
And that conducts electricity.
You wouldn't call electric stuff a specialty of yours, you're much better at everything else, but you can still muster up a good shock if the situation calls for it. And this one just might call for it.
It's strange, calling up your Persona to attack something that isn't the Shadow directly in front of you. But it's something the Shadow is holding, and that's important. Everyone else is attacking the Shadow itself. You have the freedom to do something a bit different.
You summon forth a powerful bolt of lightning, and aim it directly at the thing that the Shadow is carrying. It's pretty easy, because as much as your instincts are begging to go for the wielder, the weapon is still a metallic object. Lightning strikes the tip, and the whole thing starts to glow.
The Shadow, understandably, drops it. It clangs to the ground with the harsh sound of metal on cement.
You don't know if the Shadow will have the time to pick it up again, but you're not taking the chance. Before it can think to do so, you reach out with Psi, and twist the former railing into something unrecognizable, and, more importantly, unwieldy to use as a weapon.
You sort of feel bad about it, but you're pretty sure it was never going to be reattached, anyway.
There's a flash of light from the corner of your eye, and you can see a wheel of light fading away from behind the sphinx. "What just happened?" A quick look around tells you that no one can say, because no one was paying attention.
"I... think it hit all of you with some kind of status effect. But I've never seen this one before. I don't know what it does." Well, no one's actively panicking or anything, so it's probably fine.
"I don't feel any different," Akihiko-san says.
"Just... be careful about it."
You don't feel different, either. You also don't know any status-healing spells, so you can't just remove it sight unseen.
You're pretty sure you'd need to know what it was in able to cure it, anyway.
The one thing you're certain about is that the angelic Shadow is safer to attack in melee range than it ever has been before. You're sure someone- you're not naming names- is going to be really happy about it.
HP: 300/300
SP: 360/400
(You are suffering a status ailment that Fuuka doesn't recognize. No one's emotions seem to be effected by it, and it doesn't seem to be blocking you from attacking.)
[ ] The angel Shadow is incredibly open to attacks from melee range. Maybe you should stab it.
[ ] It dropped the rail when you directed electricity through it. Now you should target it directly.
[ ] Psio's been working just fine so far!
[ ] You don't know what ailment you've supposedly been hit by, and you can't heal it. But if it causes you to get hurt somehow, you can at least heal that.
[ ] Whatever the sphinx is doing... you should try to observe it so you can figure out what's going on. Since, apparently, nobody else is doing that.
