Liked the news update but that is a lot of random events, 25 feels like too high of a number to really keep coming up with things for each turn.

Here is my suggestion for this turn. We focus on researching further eldar lore, the paper weapons, and those clipper files, and expand our influence within the rank and file of the administratum, but stay away from more outright illegal actions until the heat dies down. Both literally and figuratively.

I'll be honest, if paper weapons actually pan out we might actually be the most dangerous people in the hive. being able to kill people with the most ubiquitous thing on this ash blasted planet would work wonders. "what was the murder weapon?" "we don't know, all we found was blood, paper, and some graffiti that said 'The Eldar deserved it'".

I'm opening the vote!
Its set so votes people have already done count.
It'll be closing this time tomorrow.

Question: Is there a private sector present in Keltist? If so, would we be able to... seek employment on certain enterprises that grant some of our members a smokescreen for their less than legal activities?

[X] Pray
-[X] Pray to the four, united! Seek their guidance and benedictions, and make sacrifices in their name! Nothing too gauche, of course, but surely nothing can go wrong if you secretly stab some vermin while muttering prayers...?

Yes, while many essential services are run by the Hive's government, there are private businesses. Some of your cultists already work in such businesses.
Is there anything in particular you were looking for?

[X] Recruit
-[X] The Upper hive, among the dissatisfied clerks and menials.

[X] Consecrate the Church
-[X] Consecrate the Church and turn its allegiance to the Four. Do this by performing a small ritual to Chaos Undivided in the central room of worship and by adding the iconography of the four to the church's interior.

[*] Pray
-[*] To Tzeentch the changer of ways, do this in the Church by performing a ritual to the Raven and adding a sign of Tzeentch to the Church's decoration, changing its appearance and solidifying its allegiance.
Just to clarify that this is an entirely valid vote.

But depending on how it goes, you could be dedicating the whole church to Tzeentch, and I'm not sure everyone wants that

Yeah... if that vote stays I'll be changing my vote to 'lynch the cultists attempting to dedicate us to Tzeentch alone'.
