[X] You want to keep it at least somewhat true to the original game. Cole MacGrath wakes up a month after the explosion that shook New York, and discovers his new electrokinetic ability, along with the fact that various other people have turned into these... 'Conduits', as they're called. During his research into what caused the explosion, he discovers that the explosive was actually something called a Ray Sphere. Determined to discover more about the Ray Sphere, he begins looking into the company that hired him, only having a single name to go by... Kessler. Now, it's Cole's job to find who this Kessler is, and take them down. That's the very basics of the idea, at least.
The anthology wouldn't work yet as the audience is not yet familiar with the conduits unless its a team based one, a villain series can be interesting but gotta focus first on the conduits here, and the one with Delsin Rowe and Fetch is very interesting, but this would verily influence the development of the upcoming game and we really don't want to mess with that one, maybe in the future after the Cole Mcgrath storyline is finished or made together and/or separately to this one

-[X] Make sure to include the quarantine due to the new plague but limit it to the district of the explosion. Can't give up the reason in game that things got so explosive and how things got so bad.

[X] It's an anthology series of various Conduits awakening their own powers, with vastly different stories to go through. You think it could be an interesting way to explore the different ways people interact with their newly-gained powers.

You decided that you were going to keep the show true to the game. Having Cole MacGrath wake up a month after the explosion that shook all of New York City, and slowly discover his electrokinetic ability, along with the fact that various other people have turned into these 'Conduits' as they're called, from his friend Zeke, who also informs him of a city-wide quarantine going down. Nobody's allowed in, and nobody's allowed out.
Cole decides to research into what caused the explosion, and discovers that the explosive device was actually something called a Ray Sphere, which makes Cole all the more determined to discover what exactly the Ray Sphere is, and what is does.
He begins to look into the company that had hired him, and finds that there's only one man at the head of the company, he sees that he has only having a single name to go by, and it's... Kessler.
Now, Cole decides that it's his job to find who this Kessler is, why they decided to bomb New York, and take them down.
That's the basics of the idea, at least. You could definitely expand upon it.
After that, you had to figure out the length of the show. You had a few ideas, at least.
What is the length of the inFamous show?
[] You want to keep the story of Cole MacGrath tight, without room for any filler. 8 episodes should be the maximum.
[] You could go up to 10 episodes, it's a TV show, there's room for way more content to be explored.
[] You know what? You could do with a filler episode or two, just for a chance to do some more original stuff. Maybe you could go for 13 episodes.
[] You feel that a few bottle episodes could be good for the show to be allowed the chance to breathe. 16 episodes.
[] You feel like you could probably do half plot, and half filler episodes, if you truly wanted to... maybe you could stretch it out for 22 episodes.

After that, you had to find someone to be the Showrunner.
Thankfully, you had a few showrunners lined up, interested in taking on the show. If you didn't, then you would have been really worried.
Who do you want to become the Showrunner of inFamous?
[] Chris Miller and Phil Lord, the directors of 21 Jump Street, who were in the final stages of 22 Jump Street had shown interest in being the showrunners for the inFamous show, though they wouldn't be able to put their full attention onto it, until 22 Jump Street was finished.
[] Jeb Whedon, the brother of Joss Whedon, and one of the showrunners of Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D, had come up to you seeming interested in becoming the showrunner for inFamous.
[] Jonathon Nolan, the creator of Persons of Interest had shown up, interested in running the inFamous show.
[] Alex Kurtzman, creator of Fringe had come to you, wanting to direct the inFamous show.
[] Tina Fey had wanted to direct the inFamous show, she had made the hit show 30 Rock, which had recently ended. And seemed interested in broadening her horizons with a new type of show.
[] Kurt Sutter, creator of Sons of Anarchy had shown a certain level of interest when it came to running the inFamous show.

Alright, just got the news that @overmind has ended their quest. Which is honestly just really sad to see.
[X] Plan 21 Orbital Drop

While 8 episodes would be better for our SFX and VFX budgets, having ten is a good comprimise between that and properly exploring the lore, and of them all Chris Miller and Phil Lord have the necessary enthusiasm, and respect, that embodies comic book material.
I do think that Tina Fey and Jonathon Nolan would be welcome additions for another project though, somewhere down the line, but for right now I don't think either of them is as familiar with the type of editing that the SCU is known for at this point.

I've played both InFamous games and I've been watching Sons of Anarchy, and I think Kurt is the one who can best capture the aesthetic and tone of the first game's story.
[x] You feel that a few bottle episodes could be good for the show to be allowed the chance to breathe. 16 episodes.
[X] Tina Fey had wanted to direct the inFamous show, she had made the hit show 30 Rock, which had recently ended. And seemed interested in broadening her horizons with a new type of show.
I think Tina could bring in a while extra audience over people people who watch supers shows.
