No kidding. Honestly, with Fox ready to sell rights to such huge characters like Doom and any X-Men sans Magneto and Xavier, along with the Medium roll on Marvel themselves, I don't really get why people want a "multi-IP NYC crossover-verse", when you've already got a good set-up for an enjoyable Marvelverse. With Fox ready to sell Gambit, Rogue, maybe add Cyclops (not like they do much with him) and the characters already in - and you've got a great mutant team at the ready. Not to mention the already made pathways to mystical stuff with Ghost Rider and Iron Fist.

[EDIT: Michael Keaton largely on the basis that out of all the options presented, he seems the one most likely to portray the character as both relatable and intimidating, Kathryn Winnick because she's able to convey a wide and versatile range of characteristics [as seen on her time as Lagertha on Vikings], Mads Mikkelsen because the man elevate any and all roles he takes, Booboo Stewart on account he's capable of preforming Delsin at his more reserved, Wyatt Russel because the man is very capable at his stuntwork and is a former amateur and professional hockey player who can do that aspect of the character justice, Donnie Wahlberg because out of the three brothers he's the best actor [something that isn't always recognized] and can play the role of Max Dillion with the best sense of done with this shit while also seeming like a contemporary of an older Uncle Ben, Mike Colter is a very good and capable actor whose better at portraying nuance than the others, Willem DaFoe needs no introduction but it is worth noting that the audience would be able to get more screentime of Norman Osborne the man [as compared to the Raimi movies] so that when when eventually transitions into the Goblin once more we'd be able to appreciate more of the nuances, Winston James Francis might just be starting out [and still fairly rough] but he is dedicated the roles he gets and portray them fairly accurately to what the director wants out of the character, and finally Daniel Radcliffe could portray the character with a fair amount of nuance and energy that'll make the transition from best friend to nemesis a lot more natural than it would otherwise be.]

Fairly new, he is at the very least dedicated his roles, no matter how small they might have been thus far.
-[X] Joe Dempsie: Then, there's Joe Dempsie, you could see him playing a fairly good Mark Allen-Toomes too.
I loved Willem DaFoe and Michael Keaton as their respective characters, but we're trying to do our own thing with Spider-Man here, so I feel that we should try to aim for giving our own spin on these characters while allowing other actors to shine as them.
-[X] Peter Capaldi: From what you've seen, he's a fairly talented actor. Maybe he could bring some life to The Vulture?
-[X] Charlize Theron: Once again, you really liked her audition. To the point that it's kind of hard to decide on who should play Emma Frost.
-[X] Robert Carlyle: A good actor, with quite the history. You could see him playing the role of Dr. Curtis Connors.
-[X] Booboo Stewart: He had a pretty good audition, and he's pretty well known as Seth Clearwater from the Twilight series. And that's... wrapped up, so maybe you could take him on?

-[X] Donnie Wahlberg: You, honestly really liked him in Saw 2, and think that he could be a good Electro.
