[X] Carve out caverns in the deep, mostly filled with water. Strange and twisty environments, filled with geothermal smoke and spew and underwater rivers of dense brine flowing from above. While largely aquatic, some caverns are dry, though filled with stale and volcanic air. Some of these deep caves even connect to the caverns beneath the Clouded Lands, with strange transitional environments as dry and airy caves give way to ones filled with seawater, and gases from the tectonic activity deep below trickle their way up.

-[X] Nym-Haggis are a species of medium mammaloid that are particularly well suited for domestication as livestock.
-[X] Nym-Haggis are roughly 4 feet long on average. They have six legs, each which have claws that are well-suited for climbing and latching onto difficult terrain. Males have a pair of curved horns along the sides of their heads and strong skulls that are excellent for bashing things, while females have a single sharp horn on their nose that are excellent for stabbing things.
-[X] Among the traits that make Nym-Haggis excellent livestock is that every part of their body is useful in some way. Nym-Haggis bones are hard as stone but far lighter; their hides slowly toughen over their course of their lives (to the point where Nym-Haggis that die of 'old age' mostly just can't move very well anymore because of how tough their skin has become) enabling their hides to grow increasingly useful as leather the older they get; Nym-Haggis grow hardy fur depending on their environment which can be shaved for use as base fabric material.

The Abraxas and the Architect have decided to work together on their next great and wonderful project; an entirely new sentient reptilian species called the Druyul, a humanoid reptilian race The average height of a Druyul is 5 foot 10/11 inches, and each and every Druyul has reptilian wings attached to their back, giving them the capability for short to medium-range flight along with a tail that can be detached and grow back, an ability shared by lizards. Druyul are an omnivorous species, and prefer to feed on tough vegetables or meat from birds or fish or larger animals. Hunting by divebombing targets from the air is a common practice, and fishing is common among the coastal communities.

The Druyul shall be born in the Eastern half of the Arken Lands.

Well, the creatures are going very unnoticed and that could empower them somewhat, in addition to the fact that I intend it to serve as a source of energy and allow technological advances (magi-tech) much faster.

Well, the idea is to allow the creatures to become empowered and what seems to happen right now does not happen, which is that mortals will only have some very powerful beings as enemies and then jump to the divine.

The idea is that this empowers the creatures so that without us doing anything they become more powerful as more magic / things we create, in addition to narratively providing the intermediate / filler enemies that the heroes must defeat.

On the other hand, its nuclei, in addition to empowering them, will be something significant in technological advance (it seems to me that it will be the basis for the creation of staffs / wands / weapons with magical powers created by mortals), it will allow a (weaker) use to those who they don't train / can't use magic.

and those are all the arguments that come to mind, I just hope that one more person votes for it to be approved

Also @Photomajig would naming the world be a seperate act or just a regular vote?

It's a separate vote independent of any Acts you might author. Needs 3 votes to stick, though if there's many proposals then the one with the most votes passes.

Also, any other suggestions towards this idea from the people @Photomajig did I get it right on the estimation here for their cost of creation?

Are they a sentient species capable of civilization? If yes, then Grand is appropriate. Otherwise Lesser is enough.

I... have no idea. Your Act would essentially be controlling an Outer God into doing something. Demi, I suppose?

Did @Easter decide on this action, or are we looking at another potential 'orphaned act' if Easter decides that the 'Golden Tyrant' is a better option?
I had been mostly hoping on advice on which to do first or on changes for either and didn't want people to vote for them until I decided but guess its my own fault for adding brackets to them like they're active votes.
I'll just vote for for Nehu's rest than and wait another turn for the Tyrant, or just drop him entirely since I seem to keep making this mistake of making another vote thinking others won't vote for it but they do in the end.

Creatures of canine family are crafted with the capacity to freely run between realms, dancing from one side to the other with instinctive ease. Messengers, Hunters, Playful tricksters and wild creatures full of life are introduced to creation- each exotic and unique in an ever evolving world. These creatures are many, some sentient and some mere beasts, all playful in nature. Over time as these creatures age and grow more powerful, they may one day spark into intellegence in full.

Its all good, my own fault for suggesting two different ideas and adding brackets to both like I meant for them to be their own individual votes. Unfortunately I don't know if we'll get that last vote from the looks of things, which is unfortunate since I really think she deserves a reward and somewhere to rest after her hard work.

A Makers gift for a distracted son. A compass to point at what his heart desires the most to always guide him in the right direction. It may leave his hands in his absentmindedness falling to the world below. Spending days, months and years amongst mortals guiding them to what their hearts desire the most. Yet it always will be found by the Watchers Watcher in the end. An endless cycle where it slips from his hand into that of mere flesh.

With a breath of power, from the land and sea a new type of animal shall rise. In the land a grand and large number of herbivores and carnivores shall be formed from the land's dirt, while in the sea they shall be formed from the dirt of the ocean's bottom rising to the surface. These shall be the mammals, a group of animals that feed their young with milk formed inside their bodies during the time of inner-body pregnancy.
As with the birds before them, these animals shall compete to survive in this world, until only the fittest survives and thrives.
