Here's the thing: We have limited wordcount, limited options we can take. We cannot get everything we're being offered, and have to pick and choose. I am not at all interested in chasing a trio of feats - feats were already some of my least favorite things anyway, and 12 Arete feats are much much more so.
I'd encourage you to think to yourself, what is your favorite option we've been offered this quest. And now imagine that thing had to compete with Trinity 2.0 for limited choices and Arete. That's my problem with Crown - just getting it hurts every other thing we can possibly get.

That was awesome. So was the prose, damn makes me want to get better! Anyway, we need power to immediatly outscale the apocryphal curse, and while this won't help against someone like Jotarun or Faelid, it hopefully will be enough to deal with lesse enemies in the short-term.

All the people that have spent time in the arete mines deserve praise in this quest, i think, because they followed they words of the Accursed.
They tried. Even if most omakes won't follow the level of quality of someone like Addio, or the sheer goodness of an art like Micro or Preist, one should always try.
