Tbh I think we'd be better off courting a woman who either has Westerosi political benefits (eg Arianne) or if we want to court a Lyseni woman we should pick someone who has skills that complement us (aka stewardship and diplomacy). Mysaria seems like an intrigue build character and we are already legendary at that.

we're better off looking for a wife that has high stewardship to cover our openings unless we wanna start training Danny in that too while we focus on martial (we're not getting the throne back without military action. and we should have an easier time learning it plus we might be able to add in our intrigue to the rolls. all warfare is based on deception)

A possibility which in no way should preclude Viserys continuing to improve his own Stewardship. Be it in war or peace, whether running a kingdom or a business, he needs Stewardship.
Baelish has quite amply demonstrated what happens when no one understands or even cares about Stewardship, happily letting him enrich himself while making the astronomical debt inflate even further because they could not be bothered with trivial things such as administration and logistics.
