You are right. Let's go do something fun. What does Viserys like? Does he like poetry? Or the arts?
Viserys doesn't like anything because he's never really done anything like that. He's been busy training, moping, caring for Dany, Learning to be a lord and a king, and trying his best to keep himself and his sister alive from people trying to kill them.
Exactly a 10% of the royal debt from Westeros at the begining of Game of Thrones...
Well, the silks were extremely valuable. You made the right choice in the choosing an item to sell.

Yes, it really was not a good moment to be making a low roll. It is all the more important to get the spy network in place. Retaliation from that pillow house is a matter of time. The network and socializing to make friends and allies in high places is critical, including other very important pillow houses who are not well-inclined to the one we threatened.

Well, I suppose there is actually breathing room now for Viserys to explore the arts like painting and music as a way to manage his stress and sanity. With that much beautiful money, we can afford to take a moment for such, combined with making more money, of course. I rather do want to meet the guild and see what offer they have for us. Perhaps it would be a venture to Qarth, perhaps as far as even Yi-Ti? It would be very profitable and quite an adventure, in addition to who knows what other lore Viserys may come across in that time.

[X] Plan Spying, Whoring and Socializing
-[X]Establish A Spynetwork: You need one thing, and one thing only. Eyes and ears in places all over the city.
-[X]Visit Pleasure House: You are in desperate need of a good fucking. Preferably with a whore who knows how to keep her mouth shut.
-[X]Socialize Around the City: You are going to make the rounds around the city, make friends, allies, perhaps even find a woman who is willing to join you.

One to make a Spynetwork... One to...relieve tension and one to just see if anything interesting catches Viserys' eye. I want our boy to have friends. Like actual friends...not people who work for him. preferably his age.

How much treasure is in Vaes Dorthrak?

Well since the Dothraki don't really do much with the treasure they steal. At least I assume. They might just bring all that there. I mean there is a precedent with it being the place to bring loot. There are god statues from dead civs and it does receive trade from both the Free Cities and the Far Eastern Lands (Yi-ti, Asshia etc). So I am assuming a lot of treasure for both being the religious center, "capital" of the Dothraki and a trade zone.

Hm, given that we will not see such a windfall again, at least for some time, we also need to be careful about expenditures. I would not feel truly secure until Viserys has at least a million gold dragons to his name, preferably much more. There is no such thing as having too much money, especially in our position.

Okay to really explain the Dothraki have a sort of barter system where the currency isn't a thing. They gift things and receive "gifts" in return. So, in essence, they have a sort of barter economy. In their sacred city trade is allowed within reason. So when they have a lot of valuable loot I imagine a portion of it does go to Dosh Khaleen and a portion of it is used as trade. I mean there are only so many fancy swords you can have before having too much so they probably give up a portion to the Dosh who probably sell it to the merchants for the coin because said women allow trade within the city. I can more into this but it will involve a few assumptions.

I'd vote in favor of getting a dog and just surprising Dany with it at some point. Its not a dragon, but a human being is not complete without having had a well trained dog at least once in their life. And I'd argue we need something with better senses than a human's.

Beyond that... games, honestly. We need to be able to deal with people, keep people at a table and talking while we work our intrigue magic... especially since our sister is the diplomancer here. Being a tricky bastard with a playing board or deck or whatnot gets you invited to parties, parlors, backrooms, and personal chambers. It gives you an excuse to network. Even losing in an entertaining fashion helps.

We'll probably do something for a practical purpose, fake liking it, and end up becoming the mask.

It doesn't help that Westeros has an extremely primitive economy while Lys barely even knows what it should be spending money on at this point. Its like comparing the economies of, say, Mercia in 800 AD with the Abbasid Caliphate. People here just have more money to spend.

At least liquid currency. Westeros has oodles but most of it is tied up in things that can't easily be converted to shiny bits of metal.

We need a way to de-stress. Any plan that includes that proviso can have my vote.
