Okay, good idea, check in on the local sane Wild Card...

Really, from what I can tell, Elizabeth's sanity is inversely proportional to the number of Persona Users around, counting members of her own family. Around normal people, she can maybe be trusted not to just Megidolaon. Maybe. It's a big maybe.

Sunday, June 7, 2009- Morning
Makoto-san being distracted by things isn't the most unusual thing in the world. From what you can tell, he uses about half of the total budget for public transportation. Before he moved in, you didn't even know that SEES had a budget for public transportation, and then he just took all of it so he could go randomly talk to everyone in town and still get to that bookshop he helps out at by closing time.

It's a bit odd, but given who he shares an Arcana with, you're willing to write it off as just a Wild Card thing and be done with it. For all you know, all Fools are some variety of strange and/or insane.
...Honestly, I can't even argue with that. If you think this is strange, try getting four or more of them into a movie theater.
But this is different. This isn't just him running all over town to talk to people, or buying out the soda machines just in case of emergencies that need lots of magic, or even that time he randomly threw a Jack Frost hat at Akihiko-san. You aren't entirely sure what happened to said hat afterwards, but something tells you you're not going to be seeing it again.

Today, Makoto-san has brought out a notepad, and is trying to seriously take notes, only for everything to turn into little doodles of Shadows and some of his Personas.
I can't help but wonder if he would have liked talking to Chidori-san. He may have preferred the Music Club, but maybe he would have taken both, if he were given the chance.
He doesn't seem entirely happy by this outcome. "Are you trying to do something?" You ask. He blinks up at you, as if he hadn't fully noticed you were there.

"...Sort of? I don't really have much to work with." He shows you his notepad, and you have to try really hard to look past the drawing of Orpheus playing his harp on top of the page.

  • Weird kid shows up in Dark Hour. Keeps showing up in my room. Still no idea how he gets in.
  • Tells me there'll be an ordeal next week. Gives literally no clarification. (Here, a doodle of a Hanged Man doll Shadow is poking at the words. It seems mischievous.)
  • The next week, a Shadow takes over a train. What the hell?
  • Kid keeps talking about the end being near. Look, if I wanted to be in an apocalypse cult, I would have gone to live in the tower.
  • Shows up again. Says there'll be another ordeal. Still doesn't clarify things.

And underneath all these notes is a giant pile of Jack Frosts having a snowball fight with a beetle Shadow. "...Were you trying to use this for notes or sketching?"

"Yes." This clarifies nothing, and you're sure he knows it. "You don't... have to pay much attention to the writing, really..." He's starting to look like he regrets everything about this conversation. You wouldn't blame him.
Is this about --------------? But that sounds a bit too creepy to be him, really...
Still... he's shown you all this, and you don't think he would have written it down for no reason.

Before you can ask about it, however, the doorbell rings. Somebody else could probably go get it, but... it's just a feeling you have, that maybe you should go get it yourself.

Even if you'd rather not leave your current conversation.

[ ] Keep talking about the notes.

[X] Answer the door.

So want to interact with Makoto-san more, but if Ken is getting a "feeling" he should then best to act on it.

Okay, just... ignore the stuff about the apocalypse for now, I'm sure it'll be fine...

Now, let's see who's at the door.

A Serious Question
For the moment, you put the notepad down. You're sure you'll have plenty of chances to talk to Makoto-san about the strange kid in his notes who keeps going on about the apocalypse, but somebody has to answer the door, and you're the closest one to it.

You're almost shocked when you see the rogue Velvet girl standing there, but thinking about it, you really shouldn't be. With how unpredictable she is, you doubt anything she could do would be truly surprising. "Elizabeth-san?"

Her eyes fall on you, and her face practically lights up. "Oh, so I did have the right address! I was worrying that I hadn't remembered it properly." Who gave Elizabeth your address!?
...There's not a lot of people it could be, is there? She knows Makoto-san and Yukari-san for sure, but I'm not sure they'd tell her where to find them.
Makoto-san glances up from the couch. "Isn't that Liz? What's she doing here?"

This apparently serves as a good excuse for the other Wild Card to invite herself in. Not that you're entirely sure she understands the concept of manners. "I am here to give both an offer and a warning."

Makoto-san just blinks. You're sure he'd do his best to look confused if he ever bothered to emote properly. "I... think we'd need Yukari and Mitsuru-senpai for that. I mean, if we're talking about the sort of thing I think you are." His eyes dart up towards her butterfly pin.

"Yukari-san's in the kitchen," You point out. She's probably overheard something by now. "And I think Mitsuru-san's in the conference room." Maybe she's messing around with the cameras again. You know Ikutsuki's already seen the scene she arranged, but maybe she's trying to do something more. Or maybe she's practicing making ice sculptures. It could happen.
Thinking about it, those two aren't necessarily mutually exclusive.
If she knew what Elizabeth looked like, you're sure she'd either already be downstairs or just very, very nervous. As it is, at least you don't have to wander around the entire place searching for your leaders.

You don't really know what Elizabeth knows about the dorm layout, but she nods with a satisfied-looking smile. "In that case, we just have to wait for them to arrive." Just on schedule, Yukari-san returns from the kitchen with a decidedly unimpressed look on her face. Mitsuru-san will probably be down within the next few minutes.

Hopefully, she can extract some sanity from this.

Mitsuru-san could not extract any sanity from the situation. You aren't entirely sure what ended up happening yesterday, except Elizabeth apparently lives here now and is willing to volunteer her help with things. You don't think anyone else fully remembers how the conversation went, either, but another result is that you're going to be in the same general area as Tartarus tonight, despite the fact that it is a school night.

It's a full moon tonight. You still aren't entirely sure why that sticks out in your mind, but it does.

Either way, before you leave, you'll have to pick out a weapon to use.

Well, in our defense if our persona repeatedly makes mentions about the end of world/apocalypses/god's death and then proceeds to ask us to 'don't think about it' we are going to not think about it and try to help in our way.
