[X] Haki: Armament
[X] Physicality: Endurance
[X] Crew: Monkey D. Garp
Based on his nature, I wouldn't be surprised if EVERYONE on the ship gains something from his presence (if only a level in carpentry to repair all the walls he walks through). Endurance training under Garp, whew. I'm hoping in the next few chapters we'll see Cody, and maybe we can do a "hostage exchange" between him and Garp.

@RavensDagger. How would you like us to format votes with multiple crew members?

Hrm. I don't think it'll be an issue this time, just from a glance. In the future... ah, that's complicated, the system won't pick up votes properly if you just go
[y] Tashigi and Garp
Because the next person might type
[y] Garp and Tashigi
And that would count as two separate votes.

I'll think on it, but if anyone has a solution, I'm all ears.

[X] Haki: Armament
Work on our most temporary guest's strongest Haki skill.
[X] Skill: Marine Ettiquette
We should grab this because it will help us understand how the Marines operate. which will be useful weather we want to get along and continue to play bounty hunter, or if we go pirate and need to predict how they will react to us or figure out how to manipulate/infiltrate them (meshing nicely with our Battlefield Command ).
This is also a skill that we won't have many other opportunities to get this easily.
[X] Crew: Monkey D. Garp
While he's here.

Maybe ?
[Y]Garp

The Gang Kidnaps a Marine Admiral
Only a vice admiral, that's like half an admiral at most.
I mean Garp offered to buy us a new ship...which means he isn't fully furious. Or even remotely. He just wanted to give Luffy a hug. Unfortunately, Luffy's trauma kicked in. And then it all went to shit.
Nah he wanted to shanghai Luffy into the marines, it's just that as we are bounty hunters not pirates, Garp sort of approve of Luffy associating with us, as while he would rather he hangs with marines, bounty hunters are acceptable friends, and wrecking your grandsons friends stuff and not replacing it, is just bad manners.
So a write in vote has more weight because people who aren't paying attention to discussion might not have noticed it?

That's a flimsy reason to override the majority vote.

How a QM runs their quest is ultimately up to them, but there is a common expectation that the majority vote will generally be fulfilled. If the QM overrides that then a specific reason is usually provided, such as weight or substance of argument.

Even then, doing so more than sparingly risks undermining the idea that the players actually make the decisions for the character in a quest.
In this case it's more that a write in vote has a lower threshold to pass, Ravensdagger tend to use all compatible options, with a reasonable amount of votes behind them, since there was nothing in the winning votes preventing the Garp vote from also happening, he deemed that it should happen too, if it had been incompatible with a higher vote, then it wouldn't have happened.

[X] Haki: Conqueror's
[X] Skill: Queen Administrator's Best Buddy
[X] Crew: Queen Administrator (duh) AND Monkey D Garp

May be telling us to put the names in alphabetical order? I mean, some people wont, but most follow the indications you give us

[X] Haki: Conqueror
[X] Skill: Gardening
[X] Crew: Tashigi

So apparently this one gets us 2x? Meaning it's the perfect time to finally hit Conqueror, or Best Buddy.

Edit- wait, no. I just misread the thing at the end of the chapter. No 2x skill gain. Continue as normal.

If nothing else, Luffy will be grateful for distracting him.

And a special for Monkey D. Garp:
[X] Skill: Queenie's Minion
[X] Crew: Queenie

He has to learn his place, after all.

Huh, I didn't know he could do that.

It's a common theory that he's got a Storm fruit or something similar. Everytime he's been show there was a storm nearby and he controls the wind at a minimum.

I wonder if Garp noticed he was around?

People forget this is the LEGEND who kickstarted the Pirate Age by taking in the Pirate King.

While he was very much Roger's rival, the arrest was because he was dying of a disease. He wasn't beaten, he surrendered. But he's the Hero of the Marines for a reason, and it's why he gets away with doing whatever the hell he feels like most of the time.

Aside from what has already been said about write-in votes being needing less votes to happen and the fact that the votes didn't contradict each other, there is also the fact that only a few people seemed to specifically not want Garp to come along. Only half of the voters may have voted for Garp to come, but only a couple of people actually made it clear they didn't want him along, with the rest not seeming to care by not commenting on it.

Just using 2 lines with a "Crew:" vote does not work?
