[X] Haki: Armament
[X] Skill: Close Quarters Combat
[X] Crew: Tashigi

Okay people, we're so close to completing Plan B, let's not fail now! Again, Plan B is getting all of our Haki to B (Veteran Grand Line-level) line as soon as possible. Armament is up again this time to help make our Taylor less squishy!

As for skills, I'd really like to get CQC up to B as well. It's an easy win for comfort's sake. We're so close to our first steps onto the Grand Line so let's be ready.

And of course I want to train with Taishigi, because I want her to stay! So, let's establish this relationship and see where we stand!

yesss. gardening. I'm not sure if specialization in fishing or gardening is better, for now I'm gonna go with gardening yes.

No, lets do it for the hilarity of it.
Probably the best way to consider Garp... he's here for the entertainment and to maybe help his Grandson's crew rein in the idiot, not because he couldn't just leave the ship whenever he feels like it (unlike the rest of them who are stuck on this crazy train boat).

He can probably get away with calling it a holiday whenever he does go back, and could even cover it up by mentioning that he needed to knock some sense into his grandson who despite his delusions of being a pirate (that are in no way related to any knocks to the head he took as a kid...) is now part of a crew of bounty hunters with a Marine liason!

[X] Crew: Monkey D. Luffy under his grandfather

[X] Haki: Armament

[X] Physicality: Endurance

Guys RELAX WITH THE CQC training! We are on par with Luffy right now as well as Zoro's skill with swords! thats insanely high when compared to our physical stats! We need those physical stats upped badly! we are weaker than any other member of the crew! THAT INCLUDES KAYA AND USSOP FOR GODS SAKE!!!

training with garp though we should focus on strength or endurance rather than speed.... those are what he is best at after all.

also is the write in okay @RavensDagger ? I figure that if we are training with Luffy his grandfather is probs training us anyway.

Basically Garp takes everyone who claims to be a fighter or is one and throws them into hell training because why not?

I don't get why we are playing to Taylor's weaknesses, does Taylor really need to step forth and kick ass when she can tell others to step forth and do it for her? She would make an excellent tactician who can step forth and kick ass if the mood strikes her.

I picked Queenie because of the secret skill thing, I have a weakness for those even if they suck. Plus you know they could totally war game with crabs.

Uh... I'm pretty sure that anything trained with Garp isn't going to be a waste...

The guy is one of the absolute monsters in setting, and probably one of the ones you can actually trust the most to be a decent person.

That said, yeah, probably best to get his 'advice' regarding raw physical stats or Haki. The man's not exactly a subtle, skill based fighter...

With any luck, Queenie won't make Taylor try to clean the cover and failing that, go out of her way to research methods to safely do so.
Luffy must be glad that he's got Taylor and Queenie on his crew. Garp is coming? "Queenie, I'll order Taylor to spend all day giving you tummy rubs, just make him pass out again!"
Taylor couldn't help it. It was the stupidest, most ridiculous series of events she had ever seen over the course of her already long and stuid career. "Bzz," she chuckled. "Bzz, bzz bzz bzz bzz bzz," she felt onto the deck, hands clutching at her stomach as she laughed, accompanied by her entire swarm.
HAHAHAHAHAHA! Dammit, you got me. This is a great OP laugh for Taylor!

Clearly, we don't need to focus on Conqueror's Haki when we got our best buddy Queenie (when she feels like it, of course but hey, friends are there when you really need them). Focusing on Armament Haki should be a helpful force multiplier for our low strength, which can be leveraged more effectively because of our CQC stat.
[X]Haki: Armament
Speaking of which, we should develop that skill as well to maximize the complementary improvement.
[X]Skill: Close Quarters Combat
Assuming that Tashigi isn't going to get in a dinghy at the first opportunity and leave or take Garp with her, if she can manage, then it would be prudent to speak with her about what just happened. We can't convert her to our side be a good friend like Lisa if we didn't take the time to reassure her that sticking with us is better. Training is a good opportunity to get some improvement while speaking with our naive, new (whether she likes it or not) friend.

I will don't understand this argument. What level of physical stats do you want to end up with across the board before we start focusing on making ourselves better instead of less worse?

We've had this discussion before and it's always turned out to be less important and more of an investment to fix than people expect.

Edit: @Blastmodious You may want to format your vote so the tally script can catch it.

Garp has vacation days. He is using them to enjoy travelling on a leisurely cruise. With free food from one of the finest chefs in the land and hanging out with the grandson who isn't a complete degenerate...and his friends.

never said it would be just figured we would get more out of training those particular stats... please dont act like i did putting words in my mouth is a pet peeve of mine.

ummm in what way was it less important? there have been multiple occasions where our MOOK LEVEL stats have nearly caused us to die! not the least of which was against the empowered mooks of the black cat pirates!

enemies are also only going to get stronger from here. we need our physicality stats to at least be brought up to an e in each minimum with at least stat being a D before we reach choppers island if possible. And we need it brought up to a D overall by the end of Alabasta. after that however we can focus on other things and only level them every other island tops.

Oh hell Taylor's got a freaking weird ass laugh like those character in One Piece! Also, damn damn do we need to get as swole as possible! We can't even overpower our weakest crew member in sheer brute strength!

Training with Garp will surely give us some of his swoleness and manliness!
