Seek the Hidden Treasure- Part 7
You don't fully realize you've considered venturing back into the darkness until you've already done it, lights of the FOE trails vanishing behind you. Once you actually do realize it, you take a few moments to think about whether you need a light or not, before deciding to conserve your magic.

Technically speaking, you shouldn't need to conserve your powers inside of your own mind, but why be careless about it? The worst that can happen is that you trip over a Shadow, and really, you think you'd notice that they were there.

It should be fine.

As you venture forward, you quickly realize that you don't see any light anywhere. There might be some behind corners you don't look past, you don't know, it takes a fair bit of searching for you to even locate a wall to lean against.

And even that was harder than it had to be, because you hadn't realized you'd apparently taken a turn at some point. That, or you were unlucky enough to reach out for a wall at a turning, both of them are possible.

"You really want to wander through here without a light?" Shinjiro-san's voice is quiet, as if he's scared of being heard. But there's still no signs of any Shadows. "Really, even the kid has more sense than this." In fairness, even not counting the years he's gone through twice, your Persona's something close to an adult. You wouldn't want to lean on him as one, he's very clearly not equipped for that, but the only person who could possibly have more experience with this is Mitsuru-san, and maybe Makoto-san. You never asked how long he'd been part of this.

And you guess having a light would be better, it might even scare off the Shadows that are afraid of the FOE, but... you feel better with a wall at your fingertips.

Still, you have something new to wonder about. "Why are you calling Nemi a kid?" You ask. "He's older than you." Not by much, admittedly, but the point remains.

You don't get an answer for that. You know Shinjiro-san's still there, you can hear his footsteps, it's like he's just decided that your questions aren't worth answering.

You switch the wall you're leaning against for the time being. Either these corridors are wider than you thought they were, or you keep trying to switch walls at turnings. Following it, you eventually reach a place where you can somehow tell that the path abruptly splits in two- there's Shadows down both of them.

You create a brief flash of light- not enough to see the colors on the Shadows, but at least their outlines. On the right side, you see a quartet of dolls that look like the charm on a keychain Yukari-san has.

On the left side, there is a tank.

...All right, then.

Just... hitting a tank with a spear. Okay, let's see how that works out, it's not like there wasn't time for people to bring up any objections to that...

You decide, in an instant, that no matter what the things you'd be fighting, one enemy is a safer challenge than four. Sure, tanks are intimidating, and dolls are decidedly not, but whatever happens, at least you won't get swarmed.

...At least, not unless the other set of Shadows overhears and decides to join in. But you're not going to think about that possibility.

Instead, you are going to pick up your spear and get to work. Now that you know what you're looking for, you can make out a faint silhouette. At least, you hope it's just because you know what to look for, or maybe because the FOE is going down a trail far off on the other side of it, and not something more dangerous than that, like a long-range thrown Kouha or something.

It's hard to tell if the tank notices you. Even if you could see it clearly, it's a tank. Tanks don't seem to be all that good at things like personal expression.

You still stab it in the treads, because you're pretty sure that's what you're supposed to do to Shadows.

Still... it doesn't really look like it's done anything. Except maybe to annoy the tank. Which whirs around to face you.

...Errors have been made.

[ ] Kouha. Now.

[ ] You are genuinely hoping that Hama will work right now.

[ ] Zio's a good idea, right?

[ ] ...Maybe you should be taking your chance with the dolls.

[X] You are genuinely Hoping that Hama will Work RIght Now.

Given How this mess started and how its just turned to blast us it is immobile (Tanks can't fire without stopping, well they can but not very accurately... so best case is it sits there and gets Hama'd or moves and screws up its shot, saving Ken from being splattered along the Labyrinth wall and while shadows have a ... loose relationship with Physic's I think its better than Zio)

@Mayrun
Wait. Is Its The Tank Boss fom FES? Since If so then it Nulls light and Dark (So Hama and Kouha/ and bless or curse attacks useless)

In which case:

[X] Zio's a good idea, right?

*sigh* I'm guessing this is an Arcane Turret, if so, depending in the version it is weak to either Fire, Ice or Electricity.

[X] Zio's a good idea, right?

Do keep in mind that there is a version that nulls Light, so it might not be the best idea to go for Hama.
