I imagine Taylor trying to recreate her Warlord Chic style. She hadn't had enough spiders for a proper silk spandex but getting a poncho is a solid first choise. It would allow her to hide hidden weapons, bugs and her arm stump, so she can play the "fear me" game again. Otherwise: baggy pants, sash for more bug space. tank top and a wide rimmed Fedora so she can rub it in to that Bitch Contessa.
Aahm... now that i think about it: A big pumpkin gourd like Gaara or some Aburame as shelter for her more useful bugs. We NEVER saw Taylor using a gourd, Raven make it happen plz^^

For an outfit I like this, probably go for a black floppy straw hat very funeral fashion maybe her pirate title can be The Black Widow.

Remember, this is more of a shore-leave, 'shit's going down' outfit. When aboard a ship it makes more sense narratively that she'd wear something practical. Unless we wanna go practical all the time?

Some of these outfit suggestions makes me think that Taylor is going to be sweating buckets on those warmer days out at sea. Than again, Sanji wore a black suit at all times and I think he takes off the vest at most.
