Also, where does this info about Berserker Original Cu come from?
The Warp Spasm ("Riastrad") is the main reason why Cú qualifies for Berserker in the first place and a key part of his legend.

The best source is apparently Cú Alter's interlude. Lancer Cú talks briefly about Berserker Original and the Watsonian reasons for why summoning him is such a bad idea. (To say nothing of the Doylist, "You seriously want to animate Riastrad? That's hell you're walking into.")
Then took place the first twisting-fit and rage of the royal hero Cuchulain, so that he made a terrible, many-shaped, wonderful, unheard of thing of himself. His flesh trembled about him like a pole against the torrent or like a bulrush against the stream, every member and every joint and every point and every knuckle of him from crown to ground. He made a mad whirling-feat of his body within his hide. His feet and his shins and his knees slid so that they came behind him. His heels and his calves and his hams shifted so that they passed to the front. The muscles of his calves moved so that they came to the front of his shins, so that each huge knot was the size of a soldier's balled fist. He stretched the sinews of his head so that they stood out on the nape of his neck, hill-like lumps, huge, incalculable, vast, immeasurable and as large as the head of a month-old child.

He next made a ruddy bowl of his face and his countenance. He gulped down one eye into his head so that it would be hard work if a wild crane succeeded in drawing it out on to the middle of his cheek from the rear of his skull. Its mate sprang forth till it came out on his cheek. His mouth was distorted monstrously. He drew the cheek from the jaw-bone so that the interior of his throat was to be seen. His lungs and his lights stood out so that they fluttered in his mouth and his gullet. He struck a mad lion's blow with the upper jaw on its fellow so that as large as a wether's fleece of a three year old was each red, fiery flake which his teeth forced into his mouth from his gullet.

There was heard the loud clap of his heart against his breast like the yelp of a howling bloodhound or like a lion going among bears. There were seen the torches of the Badb, and the rain clouds of poison, and the sparks of glowing-red fire, blazing and flashing in hazes and mists over his head with the seething of the truly wild wrath that rose up above him. His hair bristled all over his head like branches of a redthorn thrust into a gap in a great hedge. Had a king's apple-tree laden with royal fruit been shaken around him, scarce an apple of them all would have passed over him to the ground, but rather would an apple have stayed stuck on each single hair there, for the twisting of the anger which met it as it rose from his hair above him.

The Lon Laith ('Champion's Light') stood out of his forehead, so that it was as long and as thick as a warrior's whetstone. As high, as thick, as strong, as steady, as long as the sail-tree of some huge prime ship was the straight spout of dark blood which arose right on high from the very ridge-pole of his crown, so that a black fog of witchery was made thereof like to the smoke from a king's hostel what time the king comes to be ministered to at nightfall of a winter's day.
I'm watching a video of the interlude now to confirm. E: The three relevant lines are from 5:06-5:13.

Poking at Scathach is funny, but this sounds more amusing.

Also, yeah, OG mythological Riastrad Cu makes Berserker Cu look tame and I'm pretty sure he alludes to such somewhere in the game as well. Celtic mythology is metal.

Alright, I'm convinced.

That phrasing is more literal than you think. Norse mythology, the occult/Satanism, literature, and documented history tend to get all the attention in heavy metal, but the Irish band Cruachan has an album with themes for Medb, , and Diarmuid (warning: NSFW cover art) and Kamelot did a song for Nasu!Scáthach by accident. (It was supposed to be about Highlander and came out three years before F/SN's original release.)

[] "So... What sort of dogs do you like? You're looking for one, so you might have a preference. What's up with your face. You're all red."

"So... What sort of dogs do you like? You're looking for one, so you might have a preference," you asked while you looked down at your line. It seemed that Sarah took a bit long to answer so you glanced at her, "What's up with your face? You're all red."

"It's just the weather," Sarah said as she looked away from you, "Don't think much about it. Though dogs... Breeds do not matter to me."

"Really? Well I prefer the fluffy ones," you replied with a soft chuckle.

"A hound that's strong, brave and loyal. One that would have the strength to fight off the wolves that would harm flocks," Sarah murmured as she tapped her cheek, "Red eyes..."

"So you want a sheep dog?" You asked with a raised eyebrow.

"Given the chance I would. Though I doubt I would be a responsible owner. I'm no owner, I'm just a teacher," Sarah said as she rubbed her hands together and blew hot breath through them.

"Yeah... I guess I am more of a cat person," you admitted as you smiled.

"I have taken care of a pup once. He grew to be quite the hound. Unfortunately he grew too big to keep in my home so he had to be sent away," Sarah said as she glanced your way.

"That's sad. Do you live in a cramped apartment or something?" You frowned.

"I'd say my cabin is much more comfortable than my previous house," Sarah chuckled before your line tensed up, "Seems like your have your meal, girl."

She helped you reel in your newest catch. You struggled a bit but you managed to catch a big one for your own meal. After that Sarah sat you down to catch a few more until you two had enough for a feast.

The sun had traveled far through the sky when the two of you decided to eat in her home. It was a short trek from the lake but prospect of food was enough to keep you motivated. Sarah opened the door to let you in and you felt a small twinge of prana pass over you.

Maybe it was your imagination.

"I'll handle the cooking. You will stay here and meditate. It's a part of your training," Sarah said as she took the fish with her.

Setting down your fishing rod, you looked around her cabin. It had a living room and one bedroom. It had a very rustic feel but it seemed comfortable enough. It was well insulated and there seemed to be some traces of modern conveniences like a television and a work out station.

The only other rooms were locked behind two doors. One you could assume would be Sarah's room. The cabin looked like it belonged more to a Hunter than a politician's assistant but she did just display a wide variety of skills for an assistant.

You moved around the cabin and came across a glass case. Your eyes widened at the array of weaponry attached to the back of the case. Swords, guns, spears and hatchets were just there for you to see. You held out your right hand to touch the case before your free hand stepped you.

"Cool," you murmured with a curious look.

You stepped back before you noticed some pictures of puppies sitting by the coffee table. The fireplace was out but it was still quite warm. It was a cozy cabin for one who loved solitude.

Medb still hadn't contacted you and there was no signal in this place. You wondered if Rider had a bit too much fun at the station. You didn't want to go back to find the force with even more pelvises.

You ended up sitting at the sofa and waiting. No use in poking around. It wasn't your home after all...

......
.....
....

Lunch was served at around 2pm. Your stomach was rumbling but the wait was worth it when you were served grill fish. It wasn't up to par with the restaurants you've eaten at but it was good enough to eat.

Delicious too.

"Wow this is great," you blinked as you chewed the juicy cooked fish. It just had the right kind of spices to get rid of the fishy tang. Crisp yet soft, it was impressive.

"Cooking had never been my strong suit. It's only something I had taken up recently. It pleases me that it is passable," Sarah said as she sipped her own glass. Setting it down, her eyes turned to you as she asked, "Now it's my turn to speak of you. Why are you here in this city?"

You blinked at that as her question caught you off guard, "I... I'm studying here. Unfortunately the school I was supposed to go to had denied my enrollment and I'm sort of stuck in a limbo."
My roommate is the same way so we'll be here for the holidays."

Good. That was a good lie. You hoped that threw her off.

"I see. There's been some strange events occurring in town. It would be... Best if you and your roommate did not wander about carelessly," Sarah advised as she took a piece of her fish apart, "Even with what I've taught you, you may not be able to deny danger should it come to you."

"So what do you propose we do?" You asked with a tilt of your head.

"Stay out of sight. Stay safe. I've read the problems this city has from my employer's documents and he seeks to remedy them," Sarah replied as she chewed her food and swallowed. Giving you a serious look, she then said, "It never hurts to be cautious."

"Trust me, I try," you nodded as you managed a small smile.

Sarah seemed to be formulating a response when she tensed up. You heard the sound of a car pulling up at the front of the cabin.

"Excuse me," your host said before standing up and going to see what was going on.

Somehow you felt the hairs at the back of your neck stand. You tried to continue eating but you didn't have it in you. Plus you were curious too. You got up and left the table to walk to the front door Sarah went through.

You looked outside to find Sarah standing by her mailbox with her arms crossed just as the car doors opened. Out walked a young man in a white suit, he leaned heavily on a cane and seemed to have a limp as he moved.

He was soon assisted by a large dark skinned man in a black suit, supporting him as he got out the car. The man couldn't have been a couple years older than you but his eyes... His blue eyes were striking and cold. The wind blew overhead and made his dark hair sway above him. He greeted Sarah with a smile as he approached her.

"Sarah. I hope you're enjoying your off," the man said with a calm tone.

You pressed your back against the wall while concealed. That guy looked familiar.

"Hans. I have a guest now," Sarah replied with a cool tone.

"I see. It's nice that you're making friends during your stay here," the man named Hans said with a relieved sigh.

"Did you need anything?" Sarah wondered as she crossed her arms with a frown.

"Your home is too remote. You hadn't been answering my calls so I was here to see how you were doing," Hans said as he tapped his cane on the ground.

You felt prana rush through the air and you saw runes marking the ceiling and walls to burn bright. That's not good, wasn't it?

Signal jamm-

"Where are you?!"

Oh it's Medb.

"Sort of busy. Talk later," you replied under your breath.

"Hey don't ignore m-"

You ignored her.

"Your concern is appreciated but please refrain from doing that again. You've been an adept student but do not use my teachings against me," Sarah warned stiffly as she narrowed her gaze.

"It's utmost importance that a line of communication is made and kept open. Your assistance may be needed while you are on standby," Hans said in the same calm manner, unfazed by Sarah's presence.

The runes you saw at the ceiling faded away as if dismissed by someone's command.

"Do you mind if I come in? I would like to have some coffee before I go. Plus, your guest might be wondering why we're talking outside like this," Hans said with a smile.

Sarah sighed and shook her head. You sneaked back to the dining table and sat down. You pretended to be in the middle of finishing your meal when Sarah came back.

"Miss Brie. We have new guests now. I hope you don't mind," Sarah curtly said making your raise your eyebrows.

Hans stepped in with his cane and bodyguard and the two of you saw one another. You felt your entire body froze and Hans' smile wilted st the sight of yo-

Big Brother.

The memory faded as soon as it came. Hans paused for a moment too before forcing his smile back on his lips.

"So you're the girl. Sarah has been mentioning you for days now. You might know me from the posters but I'm Hans Derrinsmith, running for Mayor this coming elections," the Blue eyed man said as he held out his hand towards you.

Brother.

It's Big Brother.

The tiny voice in your mind was drowned by white noise as you stared at-

Severe mental degradation sounds bad. Let's not let that happen.

Let us be like Sir Robin... and bravely run the fuck away!

[X] "I'm... Brie."

Why do people want to end the conversation immediately? This is a chance to learn more about who we were, or at least more about the girl we were modeled after.

We just need to not push the remembering part and we should be okay.

Because we're risk-shy. We should not do this alone, not without further assistance.

What is "further assistance?" Having Medb around? She's a command seal away and they don't seem hostile. Shirou? It's not really any of his business. We're in a casual setting with someone who probably knows more about us and isn't apparently hostile. There are better circumstances to learn about ourselves in, but we shouldn't limit ourselves to perfect situations.

Besides, if they're going to be hostile, asking to leave would be no better than holding a conversation. What you are suggesting is literally no safer than staying, it doesn't put us any less at their mercy. And as for the memory degradation thing? What makes you think future attempts to learn about our past would be any different?

[X] "I'm... Brie."

We run now, we probably end up trashing this whole relationship. Wait and see.
