Kagami did not take the punishment well. "But… But-" he whimpered. "No ice cream."

You narrowed your eyes. "That is not all Kagami. We also have a plan for you to learn a bit more control both in your own actions, and for you to gain some responsibility so an event like the Chunin Exams will never happen again."

"I don't see how that is a problem now?" Kagami.

"I have a five million Ryu bounty on my head because of you Kagami. I am not going to become someone who will get my head off for someones payday." You replied.

Kagami sighed. "Fine… But what are you planning for me to do if my ice cream time is taken away."

You pulled over a schedule and made him look at it. "This is your schedule for the next two months. You will have to write a report at the end of each month to the Hokage for him to review. If he sees it as satisfactory, Ice cream privileges will be restored."

"But I'm not a ninja of Konoha? He can't order me around like this?" Kagami bitched.

"But I am, so that means you are too." You replied.

Kagami looked at the schedule. "Babysitting? Cleaning up litter? Maintaining the city's streets? What the hell is this?"

"Your job list." You replied. "I will make you a shadow clone with enough chakra for you to complete them, than you will create a report of what happened during it."

"Why is there an essay prompt here?" Kagami asked.

"Because you are going to write about the importance of the chain of command, and why you need to trust your leadership…. We live in a military dictatorship Kagami, not a democracy. You can't go running around doing what the hell you want, and getting away with it. We're not rich." You stated.

"What's the second one for?" He asked.

"That is for both of us. We will both write about the importance of not freaking out crowds of civilians, nobles, ninja, and village leaders, and not (nearly) causing international incidents."

"Oh…" Kagami shifted his feet. "Okay."

"Get writing, we begin at dawn." You replied.

The months passed, and then they turned into years. The world continued on unabated after the Chunin Exams.

Sure the world seemed to be teetering closer to an explosion of blood, violence and war, but in Konoha, things are going pretty well all things considering.

Especially among your friends and Family.

Mom has been surviving. Your family have been pillars of support to her even through her darkest times. She requested to be taken off the Active duty, and to work at the Ninja Academy, which the Hokage granted.

Unfortunately, she still has a very… frosty relationship with Danzo, to the point where the man was barred from entering the compound.

So that feud is still going on. But it's no longer… well... actively hostile.

Reward: Mom is no longer on the Duty Roster, and is now a teacher at the academy.

Keizo: 1D100 => 36, 1D100 => 39, 1D100 => 95

Dad was also thinking of being taken off the active duty roster, only to be hired by the Hokage immediately after into his guard detail… the public guard duty, not the ANBU one.

Dad was not happy about that, but he is happy that he's allowed to stay in the village for the foreseeable future. The missions have taken a toll on his body, and he needs to rest.

Reward: Dad is in the village for the foreseeable future, healing and acting as a bodyguard for the Hokage.

Shiro: 1D100 => 9, 1D100 => 90, 1D100 => 88

Shiro… What else can you say about him that hasn't already been said. The kids on the cusp of being the next Orochimaru in terms of genius.

He's mastered the academy four in a month… A month! He loves doing exercises and running and playing, basically being an energetic little boy. The only reason he isn't already a ninja is his very poor academic scores and his illiteracy, and wanting to stay with his friends, Nawaki, Hiashi and Hizashi.

The poor kid is having trouble reading, and doing math. Tsunade says he has Dyslexia, or something along those lines, so he has to push really hard to keep the words on the page when he's reading. Something that frustrates him to a degree that only Tsunade seeing poor hygiene at the hospital can do.

Reward: Shiro gains Trait: Dyslexic: Words fly off the page whenever you read… something that can be frustrating for students and ninja alike. (-30 to all training rolls involving reading. Mission briefings need to be read to him or he will miss things.)

Sakumo: 1D100 => 78, 1D100 => 67, 1D100 => 100

Sakumo became a jounin at 15. That is something unheard of outside of wartime. He has proved to his superiors that he can be one god damn great leader, someone whom people can rely on to be a cool head in chaos, and get the job done.

That he saved the life of his father during a mission only added to the icing on that metaphorical cake.

He's also… very easy on the eyes too.

Reward: Sakumo is now a Jounin. Sakumo now has the Trait: Attractive: This man has a stunning visage and are a very handsome man. (+10 to social rolls)

Tsunade: 1D100 => 92, 1D100 => 94, 1D100 => 67

Tsunade rules the hospital with an iron fist. No one will ever dare question her authority in any medical scenario.

She is fast approaching to become the greatest medic on the continent, something that no one passes out lightly.

And she's increased Konoha's budget thanks to medical tourism from your allies in Iwa and Taki by a measure of 2.

Not a small number to snuff at.

But since nin who have killed Konoha nin are not allowed into Konoha,. Kumo, Kiri and Suna nin are languishing in the dirt of shitty field hospitals, leaving many of the nin as cripples… making them, very, very angry.

Also, she leaves all her slugs everywhere because somehow they are better messengers than the gofers we hired. Why did the Hokage have to give her a summoning contract for her tenth birthday? Why?

Reward: Tsunade is becoming a goddess of medicine. She has slug summons. Major Villages pissed off.

Nanako: 1D100 => 100,1D100 => 4, 1D100 => 99

Nanako had a very rough few years. Her mother had sued the village to regain custody of her, only for Nanako to win by a landslide, with enough evidence to have her mother exiled from the village.

The stress of the trial, along with the abuse she suffered for years by her mother's hands caused Nanako to pass out after she took the stand that sealed her mother's death warrant.

She had a heart attack. No one knew how it happened, Nanako, while malnourished for much of her life, had no history of heart problems, or chest pains. None of her family had heart problems either.

Everyone thought it was poison, but it was not the case. Something that her mother caused.

That did not matter, as you jumped over the crowd and carried her to Tsunade.

Her heart had some sort of parasite in it, something she must have gained when she was in Iwa. But Tsunade, and yourself managed to, for the first time in history, repair a heart of all damage.

She was not going to need a transplant and be forced off the active duty roster.

She could continue to be a ninja.

Reward: Nanako had a heart scare, but you and Tsunade saved her. She is now no longer in danger from her mother.

Danzo and Mordred: 1D100 => 87, 1D100 => 2, 1D100 => 97

Danzo married Mordred the spring after the Chunin Exams. It was confusing for all involved, but Danzo insisted he was doing it solely for the purpose as to stop Hiruzen from teasing him, and stop his former girlfriends from plotting to murder him.

They tried to have children too… Unfortunately, Mordred miscarried their first child, that send Danzo into a spiral of grief and depression.

Everyone was worried about him. And for a while, you thought he would try to commit suicide. But instead… he just gathered his own self, and after mourning for a month, went back to help Mordred.

Hideki Shimura was born two years later.

Reward: Danzo is now a dad. He's mellowed out considerably since then.

Orochimaru: 1D100 => 41, 1D100 => 41, 1D100 => 92

Orochimaru had some success in the field of espionage, hell, he even started his own spy network… but that was it.

He is still a chunin, and he still lives with you and Shiro, and he still learning about seals from his sensei.

But he has some summons now. Snake ones.

Reward: Oro has a spy network and snake summons.

Asahi: 1D100 => 63, 1D100 => 71, 1D100 => 94
Asahi joined ANBU at 13. She's been in there since then. Some of the rumors around her were that she made her allies crawl all over her body when she is interrogating her victims, while they bite her with their poisonous bites.

You believed them.

Reward: Asahi is now in Anbu.

Jiraiya: 1D100 => 22, 1D100 => 83,1D100 => 91

Jiraiya wrote another novel, which flopped… badly.

However, Jiraiya has been kicking ass and taking names like no one's business. He has made the Daily Leaf an international newspaper, and somehow, the other villages cannot keep it out.

Plus, Hiruzen seems to be giving everyone a summoning contract these days, and he got toads.

You must have set a precedent with how useful the contracts were because everyone seems to be getting one.

Reward: Jiraiya got his toads… He's also editor in chief of the Daily Leaf… along with with being a failed novelist, and a great ninja.

Eien: 1D100 => 66, 1D100 => 96, 1D100 => 38

Eien has had a helluva career since he came back. He got promoted to chunin after a field mission went bad and then turned himself into one of the best trackers in the whole village with Yuri.

Reward: Eien is now a tracker of the highest caliber.

Yoshi: 1D100 => 57, 1D100 => 59, 1D100 => 99
Yoshi's career stalled a little bit after he was promoted. He and Might Dai were trying to develop a new style of Taijutsu.

They kept on failing at it until Dai did something incredible.

He found out how to open the eight gates.

That was incredibly dangerous and amazing at the same time, taking off the limiters, or rather opening them to the body to allow them to send chakra into it was nothing short of miraculous.

Unfortunately, the damage it does to the body means that unless a medic is there immediately to stabilize them, they will die or be crippled.

Reward: Dai and Yoshi discover how to open the eight gates.

Uchiha Ren:1D100 => 92, 1D100 => 100,1D100 => 98

Motherfuck Ren, stop, your going to hurt yourself!

Ren took an S-Rank immediately after the exams, one to protect the Daimyo during a visit to the Land of Stone. It was a clusterfuck of Kumo ninja trying to kill the Daimyo, and steal Ren's eyes… sometimes at the same time. And not only did he somehow survive uninjured, but he also negotiated a diplomatic deal with Daimyo to get Masamune married to the Stone Daimyo's insanely hot daughter.

Masamune still thanks Ren for that whenever he's in the capital.

Ren was announced as the Hokage's Successor when he turned 14, much to the surprise of nobody… save for the Uchiha clan itself and Danzo.

Danzo had accepted that the kid might be the successor, and was taking him under his wing to learn the inner workings of the Konoha system of bureaucracy… Or Paperwork as it is known as.

The Uchiha clan was in shock that Ren was now the successor, that they had no idea what to do. And then they proceed to party like the world was going to end.

You were pretty sure everyone in the village was drunk when it was over.

Reward: Ren is the Hokage's successor. He is dreading the paperwork.
