As a cat owner I can attest to knowing what my cat wants in a general sense.

But yes, Cat translation would be interesting. Especially if we SCIENCE our cat into a cat human hybrid or a cat translator.

His unhinged mind and exposure to all the necessary moving his career requires have enhanced his ability to perceive and dodge movements to nigh superhuman levels

1). The chemicals he was splashed with seeped into his brain, accelerating the neural activity on the left side of his head. This not only resulted in his iconic split personality, but gave him superhuman reflexes... or at least 50% superhuman reflexes which is still pretty good.

2). His split personality just makes him twice as fast.

3). Quantum shenanigans. Something about being able to momentarily exist in two states and then choose the more favorable outcome. Usually the one that's not getting shot. Kind of like Vanelope's glitch power in Wreck-it-Ralph... somehow?

Close enough, the answer is the chemicals that burnt the hell out of Two Face's face were close enough in composition to the ones that hit Barry Allen for the Speed Force to say "I guess this is right?" and give Two Face super speed for a few seconds.

Also... Let it be know that here was another crit. Whoever is messing with my dice please stop.

Not be home all day and actually have to plan stuff out, that was for after school and the weekends. It doesn't help your stress level that you had a bad dream about the shooting…

    So you got out of your bed, and ran over to the living room with Mick hot on your heels.

    Your Daddy was drinking whisky and smoking a cigar on the couch, the news was going on and on about how Harvey Dent became brutal vigilante after Roman Sionis splashed his face with unknown chemicals, causing horrible burns and scaring. Roman was apparently now in a coma from whatever chemicals fused that mask to his face.

    Dad just raised his eyebrow at you, you still had no idea how to raise more than one eyebrow and he wouldn't tell you. The two of you just waited silently in silence for a few seconds before he spoke.

    "You okay baby? You have any bad dreams about the shooting? Come here."

    He beckoned you over to him, and you sat in his lap. You were almost as tall as he was, no one can really tell because your dad wear clothing that tricks people into thinking that he's taller, but when you sit on his lap it's really obvious that you both are short.

    "Yeah, and I was wondering if I could invite a friend over and maybe tinker a bit?"

    An hour passed as you worked in the basement, with your daddy occasionally peeking in at you to make sure you haven't hurt yourself or caused an explosion. You aren't sure why he's so worried, sure you may have accidentally swallowed chemicals last time, but that gave you superpowers!

    You have set up a batch of 'Bullet Proof' Chemical Serum for Melissa to soak her clothes in when she arrives, because apparently she wants to show you her costume she made.

    She even suggested your super name be M.O.D.O.D., she says it stands for Mental Organism Designed Only for Destruction and that you'd have to dress up as a robot if that was your name.

    At least you finished your experiment with generating a stasis field! Turns out you could do it, it was just really really hard! It would probably be easier if you had an actually lab, but even though Daddy is a legitimate business man you're still going through his money way to fast for his liking, probably. He spoils you, as he should you are a princess after all, but that's beside the point. If you had more money you could get a lab, which would be perfect.

    "Sweet pea? Nothing explode down here?"

    "Nothing Daddy, but I have a question."

    You heard the door fully swing open, and saw your father descend down the flight of basement stairs. He looked over your workstation, and the black metal disk that could sit in the palm of your hand.

    "What's this sweetie?"

    "Um… It produces a small field on whatever it is placed on, and freezes the object but not like cold freezes and more like paused. The item can't be damaged unless it's hit really really hard, or hit real hard repeatedly. It doesn't work on living things, I tried on Mick and nothing happened."

    Mick rubbed himself against your legs, and dad's legs.

    Your dad looked like he wanted to say something, but he just patted your shoulder.

    You can't really look dad in the eye right now.

    "It's okay sweetie, I have some ideas to help make you into the best business woman there is."

    "Like what?"

    "Well idea number one, sell your blueprints , notes, or whatever to a company, like Wayne Enterprises, LexCorp, or Star Labs. The downside to that is they know who made the gizmo, well except for Star Labs. They'll buy something for less if you want to stay anonymous."

    "Why?"

    "Because it's run by scientists, not business men like Wayne, Luthor, or me. Now the second solution to your problem would getting a job, but you're 14 so you can't really get good pay doing anything legal."

    You pouted at your father, was he inviting you to his business. He just let out a small controlled chuckle.

    "Hey, don't look your old man like that you asked for the options. Third option is the hardest one. Acquire funds, and open your own business. You'd either need a loan, or to get the money somehow. Wink, wink."

    "Daaaad."

    "Just messing with you sweetie, now if you are going to be doing any business you need your old man to teach it to you so let's head up stairs, and do that."

    She was now sitting on the floor, and sorting through her clothing. Well, more like pushing all the related bits of clothes into different piles. Finally she laid out black full body spandex, her costume on top of it, and a drawing of her face with a lot of makeup on.


    Just imagine black spandex over the exposed skin.

    I have no problem with that. Also rooks have been known to snatch food and shiny things like seagulls so it would fit. Ever see a seagull snatch a fry some idiot is waving? Rooks do the same thing.

    Yeah I think it makes sense, and the plan as a whole doesnt limit us to either side of the line were doing a good thing (Beating up thugs) for a selfish reason (Funding Practice and because if their thugs they arent going to the cops its the same principle as stolen crack, you wouldnt be able to tell how it happened without ending in a cell.
