Potential means shit when you're dead. And bluntly? She is PATHETIC in Part 1. She only had her supposed smarts going for her and her perfect Chakra control. Which, when you have no Jutsu to use it with, is worthless.
Well she isn't expected to die. Its a time of peace and they are being protected by the best Jonin available. Naruto was worse then her in the academy, so should he just be thrown out? It took her 4 years of work to become a Hokage level shinobi and 3rd strongest in her generation. It's idiotic to say she didn't deserve to graduate.
By chunin exam time shes pretty hardcore.

...sure she was. Kakashi wasn't at all a complete incompetent who didn't bother with her personal training at all. And he does such a good job protecting them.
Naruto could fight. Sakura could not. It may have been poorly, but Sakura sucks at anything near fighting.
No it's not. She contributed nothing to the team in Part one. Her one good moment in Part one failed spectacularly.
Yeah Kakashi wasn't incompetent. He takes them on what should be a safe C-rank mission, and then it turns into a A-rank which is way beyond fresh genin level. He trains her with everyone else, and then needs to recover. After that by chunin exam time shes already out and he needs to focus on his student whos about to fight a psychopath that is ok with killing him.
She holds off the sound ninja when Naruto and Sasuke were unconscious, and puts up a good fight against Ino. During Sasuke retrieval shes the one who tells Tsunade.
I don't see how that makes her so worthless she shouldn't graduate.

He was incompetent. He should have called off the mission there the moment the Demon Brothers popped up. He never should have submitted them to the Chunin Exams. They weren't ready for a promotion.
'Fought', sure. I don't remember it being much of a fight. I remember a swinging log, and her cutting her hair, as if that did any good. Instead of, ya know, STABBING the girl holding onto her.
He should have still gotten her some training.
Her reporting Sasuke leaving is kind of diminished when she was far more than willing to leave with him.

Sakura may not even be the same from canon, so I feel your bias is a tad premature. Unfortunately, your concern might actually have merit if Masako takes up a position in the school and remains fanatically loyal to Konoha. But I don't see us taking a job as a school teacher. If we get the original team seven as a Jonin then we'll just have to outdo canon Kakashi's training, assuming we still want what's best for Konoha.

About Kakashi , I feel like he was incompetent teacher. He didn't train them enough (tho he did train Sasuke in some things because he was against Gaara , but the others didn't benefit from something like that) and on top of that letting them take the exam was stupid + the C>A rank mission was a disaster , he should've called for a backup if he wanted to continue.

I always thought the reason the reason they didnt abandon the mission was the assumption that missing nin of kakashis caliber should be pretty rare and when your agaist a guy that can barely afford a c rank you usually dont hire a guy that tough. Assumed kakashi was thinking theres probably a couple more chunin he could take out just as easily as he did the demon brothers a big deal for the kiddies but easy peasy for him jonin level missing nin cant be that easy to find

Though the rolls themselves are stabilizing, the increased number of rolls means that we should continue improving at a similar rate.
