Potential means shit when you're dead. And bluntly? She is PATHETIC in Part 1. She only had her supposed smarts going for her and her perfect Chakra control. Which, when you have no Jutsu to use it with, is worthless.

Well she isn't expected to die. Its a time of peace and they are being protected by the best Jonin available. Naruto was worse then her in the academy, so should he just be thrown out? It took her 4 years of work to become a Hokage level shinobi and 3rd strongest in her generation. It's idiotic to say she didn't deserve to graduate.
By chunin exam time shes pretty hardcore.
...sure she was. Kakashi wasn't at all a complete incompetent who didn't bother with her personal training at all. And he does such a good job protecting them.

Naruto could fight. Sakura could not. It may have been poorly, but Sakura sucks at anything near fighting.
No it's not. She contributed nothing to the team in Part one. Her one good moment in Part one failed spectacularly.
Yeah Kakashi wasn't incompetent. He takes them on what should be a safe C-rank mission, and then it turns into a A-rank which is way beyond fresh genin level. He trains her with everyone else, and then needs to recover. After that by chunin exam time shes already out and he needs to focus on his student whos about to fight a psychopath that is ok with killing him.
She holds off the sound ninja when Naruto and Sasuke were unconscious, and puts up a good fight against Ino. During Sasuke retrieval shes the one who tells Tsunade.
I don't see how that makes her so worthless she shouldn't graduate.

He was incompetent. He should have called off the mission there the moment the Demon Brothers popped up. He never should have submitted them to the Chunin Exams. They weren't ready for a promotion.
'Fought', sure. I don't remember it being much of a fight. I remember a swinging log, and her cutting her hair, as if that did any good. Instead of, ya know, STABBING the girl holding onto her.
He should have still gotten her some training.
Her reporting Sasuke leaving is kind of diminished when she was far more than willing to leave with him.
Sakura may not even be the same from canon, so I feel your bias is a tad premature. Unfortunately, your concern might actually have merit if Masako takes up a position in the school and remains fanatically loyal to Konoha. But I don't see us taking a job as a school teacher. If we get the original team seven as a Jonin then we'll just have to outdo canon Kakashi's training, assuming we still want what's best for Konoha.
This discussion about Sakura doesn't really serve any purpose since it's completely hypothetical and over twenty years in-story down the road.
Unless there's multiple stories of it, Itachi got his Sharingan watching one of his first teammates die (I think to save him). The guy was also one of his first friends.

We really need to spend more time with the Uchiha and remove that racist thing. And to try and be less of a genius.
About Kakashi , I feel like he was incompetent teacher. He didn't train them enough (tho he did train Sasuke in some things because he was against Gaara , but the others didn't benefit from something like that) and on top of that letting them take the exam was stupid + the C>A rank mission was a disaster , he should've called for a backup if he wanted to continue.

I always thought the reason the reason they didnt abandon the mission was the assumption that missing nin of kakashis caliber should be pretty rare and when your agaist a guy that can barely afford a c rank you usually dont hire a guy that tough. Assumed kakashi was thinking theres probably a couple more chunin he could take out just as easily as he did the demon brothers a big deal for the kiddies but easy peasy for him jonin level missing nin cant be that easy to find

At three years of age most children in Konoha are just starting to go to the park, running around, and playing ninja. At three years of age Tobirama Senju was being taught to kill by his clan. At three years of age Uchiha Masako is being taught to kill by her clan.
One of the few memories still crystal-clear in your head is that of Madara looking over the village fondly. He may have gone mad, but he allied his clan with the Senju to create a world where children can run around and play rather than go to war.
It appears he may have actually been right, his clan did betray him after all.
You tutor is a stern but forgettable man named Uchiha Yashiro. He is a Jonin, retiring from active service to serve on the Police Force, and as one of the highest ranking Uchiha staying in the village for an extended period of time, he was chosen to be your tutor.
Many would consider such a task to be 'punishment duty,' but you are greatful that Yashiro isn't such a man. He knows your reputation, and considers it his duty to nurture a potential asset for the clan. That is also the source of your disdain for the man. All of your accomplishments seem to be for the clan in his eyes, not for Konoha as they should be.
He starts your daily training sessions with some basic exercise. Your strength is already prodigious, and has reached close to its peak, at least in the context of your small body. Your speed shows more promising increases, though not anything exceptional.
He moves on from physical exercises to chakra exercises, and this is where you really shine. You've been manipulating your chakra from a younger age than almost any other living individual, so there's no surprise that you continue to complete chakra control exercises at a rapid pace.
Your Taijutsu practices are helpful, though you find it easier to improve with your father, but your improvements in Bukijutsu leave much to be desired.
All-in-all your clan training sessions seem to be for the best, though you still feel you could do better with your parents.
Crit bonus roll gained: Chakra Control!

Your father makes sure to take out the time to train you whenever he's in between missions. With his help, your improvement in the field of Taijutsu is far quicker than you could manage alone. You have a bit of trouble at times with the style, sometimes a memory will push forth a certain reaction in a certain situation, which is ill-suited for the Uchiha style. Nevertheless, you manage to push through and find yourself pleasantly satisfied with your current rate of growth.

Your mother was gone for quite some time over the past year, so when she returned you found yourself far more emotional than you thought you were even capable of being. You didn't think you we're shaken to the point of tears, but it definitely wasn't water release on your face.
Her extended absence meant that you spent more of your time practicing with your chakra alone than with her. You continued with your control and capacity exercises well enoug, but using your chakra sense without her in range felt... wrong. It was like the world was more melancholy without her there; her chakra had always been a comforting presence in the back of your mind, and it was hard to get used to being without it.
You got over it eventually, but your practice was a whole lot less efficient than it could have been as a result.
[9] You're becoming a tracking powerhouse, with your exceptional senses and your sensory abilities. Maybe you should see if your mother had any tips on tracking? Train with Nakamura Shiori. Train 'Perception' and 'Tracking' with an additional +10 to each roll.
Though your chakra training suffered in your mother's absence, she returned to you with a gift.
The day after her return she woke you up at the crack of dawn to head to a special training ground for some special training. She took you to a familiar forest, and told you to follow her without being detected by any of the forest's inhabitants.
You could tell she wasn't doing her best to stay hidden, but she was still a Tokujo specializing in stealth.
Your 'games' continued for weeks, and at the end of it all you were certain your tracking and stealth skills had increased leaps and bounds.
Crit bonus roll gained: Tracking!Skill gained: Stealth!

Your mother was gone for a large portion of the past few months, which meant that you ended up spending a lot of time with your father. A year ago you would have balked at the thought... Now? You can't really understand why you were so wary of your father.
Sure, the memories in your head showed the Uchiha as bloodthirsty monsters, but you'd never seen anything that would even hint at them mistreating their children.
You had given your father a chance, and he had passed with flying colors... There really wasn't much more to say. You were still going to stay on your toes with the rest of the Uchiha, but doing so with your father was pointless and exhausting.
[9] Spend more time helping your mother around the house. She already has to deal with your 'irregularities,' perhaps spending some 'normal' time with her will be nice?

After missing her for months, you were sticking to your mother like a shadow. You followed her everywhere, even into the bathroom quite a few times (on accident you swore).
You spent hours doing laundry, helping make food, helping clean the house, and you suspected your mother loved every second of it.
Between her last mission, and the clan's interest in training you, she had begun to seem rather worried. Spending just a few hours each day doing 'normal' things with her put a smile on her face that you just couldn't get enough of.
Tobirama had helped end an era for his brother. If you did something similar, it would probably be for your mother.
+105 reputation Nakamura Shiori
Your mother's last mission seems to have been the beginning of the avalanche. Shinobi are coming and going from the village at a far quicker rate, and tensions seem to be growing to a fever pitch for the villagers. A declaration of war is expected any day now. Maybe you can squeeze some extra training in? You have 3 (+1 from Scrappy) actions to distribute.

Rolls were pretty average this time, the only training bonus that still remains is the +10 from Once and Future Shinobi, so decent rolls are no longer getting bumped up to amazing, and good rolls aren't getting bumped up to ridiculous multi-crits.
Though the rolls themselves are stabilizing, the increased number of rolls means that we should continue improving at a similar rate.

I figure it's better to train our strength and speed then Grand fireball. If we get C rank strength that helps us more overall than one C rank jutsu.

This seems like a trap - if we're acknowledged as an adult in the eyes of the clan, we're liable to be considered ready for war. That might not be a bad thing necessarily, but it's something to consider.

Our Bukijutsu rolls have been dissatisfying. Lets fix that.
The dice seem to have mellowed out a bit, but the results are just as absurd here. I did the math, and theres over a 6.1% chance on getting a 7x crit with a +40 bonus. If you want to get a probability below 1%, you have to be looking for a 16x crit. I think that puts into perspective just how absurd a +40 bonus is.
