Alright, one important part of the question you missed however, is it always on, or is it an ability that we have to actively use?
Also, an entirely unrelated question from earlier that you seemed to miss, you think you could integrate into the character sheet descriptions, what Tobi thinks about them (like how it was done in Orochimaru Quest)? Like, a bit of flavor text to go with Hiruzen, remarking how he's grown up from being a brat into rather decent ninja, and how impressive he personally finds his feat of fighting off 3 kage (might not be that impressive to him, used to people on caliber of Hashirama and Madara), and so on. I think it'd be rather neat, and would make it much easier to keep a sense of scale. Not to mention it'd probably be just fun, having snarky snippets from Tobi commenting on whatever.
Until ~lv. 7 passively it'll just give you an idea of where everyone is within your range, and will actively give you a clear picture. After that it'll be a 'reflexive action' to use actively like a well-trained byakugan.
I definitely like the idea of a Tobirama POV in character descriptions of people he knew/knows. I'll start adding them when he actually meets people he knew before or at least reads about them.
[X] Your father may be an Uchiha, but he's become somewhat removed from the clan. Despite his fairly rapid advancement of rank, and his 'genius daughter,' he still married a civilian-born: a capital offense in the eyes of some elders. You grandparents on the other hand are well-respected members of the clan, and have been wrapped around your fingers by their appreciation for your 'genius.' Spend time with them to root out their clandestine activities.

He atleast currently knows his parents, and should have definitely heard that his old student has became the Hokage following him, with the rather pompous title God of Shinobi
According to QM each quest is supposed to update on the other's off day. So it's a 48 hour vote time for both. This updates tomorrow and the SB quest updates day after that.

I don't want to promise anything too soon, but as long as the updates stay this short (500~1000 words), there should be no problems with my update speed until the fall semester starts. If updates start to get more into the ~3k word range then I might start having to take an extra day after end of voting, but I doubt I'll need much more time then that.
My updates so far have only really taken me 15~20 minutes, learning BB Codes and updating character sheets has taken up much more of my time. As it is things have already started getting much easier.

Over the past six months you have continued training your chakra with your mother. The time spent together remains as pleasant as ever, if not even more so. Your sensory abilities seem to be normalizing to an extent. Your grasp over them has increased marginally, but compared to the improvements made over the first few months of your life they are nothing spectacular. Your chakra on the other hand seems to have gone through another small growth spurt; however, this is nothing unusual. Until the fourth birthday the growth of the chakra system is highly irregular, that much you can still remember.
Your mother; however, is not so easily appeased by the apparent 'regularity' of your growth. Your alarmingly rapid development seems to have frightened her. You've pretended to fall asleep in her arms quite a few times trying to eavesdrop on a particular reason why.. You think you've found it. Through months of listening in you've found out that there have been a handful of other cases of children in Konoha developing at unnatural rates. There other 'geniuses' have surpassed the genin requirements as early as five years of age.
You thought the days of young children being shipped off to war had gone. Apparently you were wrong. You admit to being disappointed in your student upon hearing this news. Your brother had wanted no child younger than twelve on the battlefield, and knowing the horrors of the warring clans era you had agreed vehemently.
Perhaps this was why you were sent back. To finish off a job that was only partially complete.
Crit bonus roll gained: Chakra!
[11] Your physical abilities are acceptable, but not as exceptional as you'd like. According to Butsuma, Hashirama was doing headstands at your age. He didn't even have your advantages. There was no way in hell you were going to let yourself remain inferior to your brother for a second time. The first time around he had the advantage of way too much fucking chakra and a one-of-a-kind bloodline limit that could terraform a desert. This time he had the disadvantage of being dead, and you had the advantage of your past selves vast knowledge of exercise techniques.
Unfortunately increasing your speed wasn't really possible. Your stubby arms and legs just couldn't carry you much faster than an adults walking pace. Fortunately, the same restrictions didn't apply to your strength. Being a kid gave you the leeway to do weird shit without anyone asking too many questions. When you started picking things up from around the house and carrying them around in a massive stack, no one asked any questions. When you started doing the same thing standing on your hands and holding things up with your feet, you got quite a few weird looks, but inevitable they all turned to laughs and cheers.
These cheers meant you could use the excuse of positive reinforcement to start doing even more extreme things. Your parents had actually gotten a bit worried, and had ended up taking you to the doctors to see if everything was alright. The pediatrics department had assured them that you were more than healthy, and that you weren't actually the first case of an impossibly strong baby. Sometimes when a child started subconsciously reinforcing his or her strength with chakra, it ended up stimulating it's muscle growth to an extreme extent
Apparently you were the first known case of such a thing happening outside of the Senju clan. When that got out, your clan had become insufferably smug. If only they knew what you really were. On the upside, some of the more influential clan members were re-examining their views on marrying civilian born.
[9] Your father may be an Uchiha, but he's become somewhat removed from the clan. Your grandparents didn't seem to be interested in doing much more than fawn over you when you went to visit. They knew that you were a genius in name, but didn't seem to understand exactly what that meant aside from the fact that you could read picture books aloud to them at the age of two. This meant, unfortunately, that you didn't have a chance to snoop around and uncover their dastardly schemes. You did, however, learn one extremely useful piece of information while you were taking a 'nap.'
Your grandparents were old shinobi, and that meant they ended up in one of two categories: teachers or politicians. They were the latter, which meant that they were privy to things most weren't, like the fact that there would likely be war soon. Did your mother know something about this? Maybe that had something to do with why she was so worried.
The more things changed, the more they stayed the same.

It appears you'll be seeing the battlefield in a child's body for a second time. You can't afford to be passive in your training, you'll have to step things up. You have (2+1 from Scrappy) actions to distribute. You may place multiple points in one action.

As long as the +30 remains I'm fairly certain this is going to keep happening. The rolls just make things even worse. What is the need of a nat crit when you have a +35 modifier, tell me dice gods? There are only 7 +30 rolls remaining, so thankfully by the end of next turn training rolls should stabilize.
On the other hand, this is not entirely wrecking the power curve as I feared. If we were to continue at the same rate we have been for the past three turns until we reach 5 years old, we would be at a 'D' rank overall. That's not really that broken considering the fact that Kakashi did basically the same thing. Now that the +30 bonus is going to be lost soon, I'm going to have to start adding more training rolls to each turn in order to stop progression from stalling too much.
Anyways.
Praise to the Dice Gods.
Voting is now open!
EDIT: Apologies, I forgot it was only on SB (another reason the split was probably a good thing), but I'm doing crits differently this time. I'm going to keep a tally of the number of crits and the stat they were tied to, and then when MC enters the academy I'll start rolling to assign the bonuses. The tally of crit bonus rolls is going to be at the bottom in a spoiler tag.
EDIT 2: Rank up perk will be applied on academy entrance in order to make more sense in terms of the timeline.

Preparing to make the most of our gifts, and get ready for the Sharingan and such. Chose the Father social because we've spent a lot of time with our mother, and learning that all Uchiha aren't our mortal enemies is key (hence choosing children as well.)

Your brother had wanted no child younger than twelve on the battlefield, and knowing the horrors of the warring clans era you had agreed vehemently.
One major distinction to the clan war era was that they sent half-trained kids out. The genius's are fully trained according to the system now. It might be interesting if you play with the misconception that standards have fallen (or more likely never met his long term plan standards for the academy). Then we find out that the standards are what they should be, and the system doesn't have anything for genius's so far outside the norm.

Things were changed so that crits are stored until we get to academy age or thereabouts. They'll get cashed out then.
That being said, @DrTortoise you might was to keep track of times we get a big chain of crits because 10 crits in 1 turn is bigger than 10 crits spread over several turns.
On the other hand, this is not entirely wrecking the power curve as I feared. You could also modify it to give a +30 on only the first roll instead of totally fading. Would keep some crits coming, but it wouldn't get the super crits that can break the game.
