Did you seriously just use Obito's bullshit OP ability as an example? His fucking intangibility? Also, Magekyo abilities seem instinctual the moment they get them.
I presume the enemies are Jounin. So roughly B Rank at LEAST. We need to be Jounin level by what, seven? That highly difficult at best.
We would be 8-9 by the time it happens, also it's anbu who can range from Chunin-Jounin. Their are about 20 of them, and we could bring backup pretty fast. Kakashi + Rin where doing decent until Rin killed herself, and if that doesn't happen Obito should actually help beyond going insane.

I believe the idea is to nab Rin/Isobu BEFORE the latter gets sealed into the prior, so we would at the very least be starting the fight without back-up. Assuming we fight, and don't just be a little shit who is there solely to ruin their plans with some good ole hit and run.
Because I'm not talking about Mind's Eye being B Rank. I'm talking about our fighting prowess. We require to rank up so much bullshit it's amazing! Durability, Speed, Taijutsu, Ninjutsu, we'd need to unlock our Sharigan which could take who knows how long AND fully mature it, combat ready skill, we just need a whole lot of shit to go RIGHT for us.

Ah, that's what you mean. In which case, I still disagree. If we want to be able to fight them and win? Yeah, that's gonna be a tad rough (though I think totally possible), but we don't need to do that. We need to be able to follow them, and then snatch Rin and/or the Isobu Container and just high-tail it. That is MUCH easier, the first half is practically already covered with our minds eye, the latter we have a half dozen various ways to achieve beyond simply working on our raw speed Minato style. Don't gotta fight them if they can't catch you.

100 people could roll a d50 individually and on average that makes us somewhere in D Rank. Getting to B Rank in a single stat is going to be hell. Let alone perhaps even A Rank.
Also, why the HELL would we be focusing on Rin's Chakra signature? Let alone know who it is? Also what will we know to even grab IC? And what if we aren't in the village at the time? There are many, many things we need to go PERFECTLY or this all falls apart.

We need 5000 points total to go from F to B. We get (at least) 3 training per update, 2 updates per year till year 4, when it becomes at least 3 updates per year. 12 training actions by year 4, 27 more by year 7. We've been averaging 418 points per roll so far, and each training action tends to give us at least 2 different rolls. If we focus on something, we can get it from F to B using 1 action per update by year 7 and an average roll of 384.
That's "Why", a much different question from "How", and one I wasn't even arguing over. I believe we totally can handle the scenario, doesn't mean I got any ideas for why Tobi would feel like doing so.

Where are you getting the action numbers from? Also, our averaging rolls is due to our insane luck and Modifier. We are losing one soon. And our luck will be shot at times as well.
Edit: Heading to bed. Just putting this out here though. Uchiha Clan has Cat Contract. Sage Mode is powerful. Put it together.

There will be two stat/ranking systems used in this Quest. The first will be an alphabet based system used for character stats, going F/E/D/C/B/A/S with '+'s in between. Every four '+,' or intermediate, rank increases, will be followed by a letter, or full, rank increase. Exp starts at 100 per intermediate rank, but increases by 100 each full rank, before doubling once reaching 'A.'
5 +s in each letter grade, 100 for each F, 200 for each E, 300 for each D, and 400 for each C. 5*(100+200+300+400)=5000
Our average certainly will go down, but also note how the needed average was a full 100 less than the current average, and the calculation was made using the lowest assumptions when we are very likely to end up getting more training sessions or something once we lose the modifier (since GM has said he's gonna have to come up with something to make sure growth doesn't drop to a crawl).
[X] You've now covered the basics, you should start advancing a little bit, and look into things like bukijutsu. Train 'Strength,' 'Sight,' 'Touch,' and 'Intuition.' 65% chance to unlock skill 'Throwing,' 5% chance to unlock skill 'Bukijutsu.'
[X] Now that you have some degree of mobility, you should start actively training your skills. Your father does his katas every morning. Perhaps you should mimic him and see what happens? Train 'Taijutsu.' 5% chance of gaining training option 'Taijutsu' with Uchiha Ryota.
[X] You haven't really spent much time playing around with your exceptional senses. Your chakra sense may be exceptional, but you can think of several situations where it might not be enough. Further, the Uchiha have the gift of the Sharingan. You may not have it yet, but the more you train for it now, the better it can serve you later. Perhaps you should see what your senses can really do? Train 'Perception' and 'Intelligence.' 5% chance to gain skill 'Tracking.'
[X] Spend more time helping your mother around the house. She's a fully-qualified Tokujo who's stuck at home because of you, try to make her time as enjoyable as possible.
[X] You've admittedly become somewhat attached to your father, despite his undesirable heritage. Perhaps getting to know him better wouldn't be out of question.
Here's a question, are we going to get any free points just for growing up? Cause kids just get stronger and smarter without actually working for that stuff as a natural side effect of getting older.
I understand if that won't happen to us because of Game Mechanics, but I figured I'd raise the question.

Over the past six months you have continued training your chakra with your mother. The time spent together remains as pleasant as ever, if not even more so. Your sensory abilities seem to be normalizing to an extent. Your grasp over them has increased marginally, but compared to the improvements made over the first few months of your life they are nothing spectacular. Your chakra on the other hand seems to have gone through another small growth spurt; however, this is nothing unusual. Until the fourth birthday the growth of the chakra system is highly irregular, that much you can still remember.
Your mother; however, is not so easily appeased by the apparent 'regularity' of your growth. Your alarmingly rapid development seems to have frightened her. You've pretended to fall asleep in her arms quite a few times trying to eavesdrop on a particular reason why.. You think you've found it. Through months of listening in you've found out that there have been a handful of other cases of children in Konoha developing at unnatural rates. There other 'geniuses' have surpassed the genin requirements as early as five years of age.
You thought the days of young children being shipped off to war had gone. Apparently you were wrong. You admit to being disappointed in your student upon hearing this news. Your brother had wanted no child younger than twelve on the battlefield, and knowing the horrors of the warring clans era you had agreed vehemently.
Perhaps this was why you were sent back. To finish off a job that was only partially complete.
Crit bonus roll gained: Chakra!
[11] Your physical abilities are acceptable, but not as exceptional as you'd like. According to Butsuma, Hashirama was doing headstands at your age. He didn't even have your advantages. He was probably talking out of his ass, but you don't want to miss a chance to finally beat your brother at something. Train 'Strength,' and 'Speed.' 5% chance of gaining skill 'Basic Acrobatics.'
There was no way in hell you were going to let yourself remain inferior to your brother for a second time. The first time around he had the advantage of way too much fucking chakra and a one-of-a-kind bloodline limit that could terraform a desert. This time he had the disadvantage of being dead, and you had the advantage of your past selves vast knowledge of exercise techniques.
Unfortunately increasing your speed wasn't really possible. Your stubby arms and legs just couldn't carry you much faster than an adults walking pace. Fortunately, the same restrictions didn't apply to your strength. Being a kid gave you the leeway to do weird shit without anyone asking too many questions. When you started picking things up from around the house and carrying them around in a massive stack, no one asked any questions. When you started doing the same thing standing on your hands and holding things up with your feet, you got quite a few weird looks, but inevitable they all turned to laughs and cheers.
These cheers meant you could use the excuse of positive reinforcement to start doing even more extreme things. Your parents had actually gotten a bit worried, and had ended up taking you to the doctors to see if everything was alright. The pediatrics department had assured them that you were more than healthy, and that you weren't actually the first case of an impossibly strong baby. Sometimes when a child started subconsciously reinforcing his or her strength with chakra, it ended up stimulating it's muscle growth to an extreme extent
Apparently you were the first known case of such a thing happening outside of the Senju clan. When that got out, your clan had become insufferably smug. If only they knew what you really were. On the upside, some of the more influential clan members were re-examining their views on marrying civilian born.
[9] Your father may be an Uchiha, but he's become somewhat removed from the clan. 1d100→46
Your grandparents didn't seem to be interested in doing much more than fawn over you when you went to visit. They knew that you were a genius in name, but didn't seem to understand exactly what that meant aside from the fact that you could read picture books aloud to them at the age of two. This meant, unfortunately, that you didn't have a chance to snoop around and uncover their dastardly schemes. You did, however, learn one extremely useful piece of information while you were taking a 'nap.'
Your grandparents were old shinobi, and that meant they ended up in one of two categories: teachers or politicians. They were the latter, which meant that they were privy to things most weren't, like the fact that there would likely be war soon. Did your mother know something about this? Maybe that had something to do with why she was so worried.
The more things changed, the more they stayed the same.

As long as the +30 remains I'm fairly certain this is going to keep happening. The rolls just make things even worse. What is the need of a nat crit when you have a +35 modifier, tell me dice gods? There are only 7 +30 rolls remaining, so thankfully by the end of next turn training rolls should stabilize.
On the other hand, this is not entirely wrecking the power curve as I feared. If we were to continue at the same rate we have been for the past three turns until we reach 5 years old, we would be at a 'D' rank overall. That's not really that broken considering the fact that Kakashi did basically the same thing. Now that the +30 bonus is going to be lost soon, I'm going to have to start adding more training rolls to each turn in order to stop progression from stalling too much.
Anyways.
Praise to the Dice Gods.
Voting is now open!
EDIT: Apologies, I forgot it was only on SB (another reason the split was probably a good thing), but I'm doing crits differently this time. I'm going to keep a tally of the number of crits and the stat they were tied to, and then when MC enters the academy I'll start rolling to assign the bonuses. The tally of crit bonus rolls is going to be at the bottom in a spoiler tag.
EDIT 2: Rank up perk will be applied on academy entrance in order to make more sense in terms of the timeline.

I understand if that won't happen to us because of Game Mechanics, but I figured I'd raise the question.
Probably not. Keep in mind that we're far ahead of the curve developmentally already.
A normal child should be an F overall for the next few years. A normal adult should be in the Es. A normal genin reaches D overall by the age of 12, so we're already growing very rapidly.
Mind's Eye of Kagura is classified as a Hijutsu in canon, not a bloodline. It's more like the Nara's kagemane or the Yamanaka's shinsten than the sharingan or hyoton.
It's entirely likely that the Mind's Eye was something Orochimaru found Karin to be compatible with and coached her on, rather than a bloodline from the Uzumaki. We also know that chakra sensors are found across all the clans, so there's nothing saying our mother has to be an Uzumaki descendant.

I feel like training Speed matters more than Taijutsu, considering the system.
Bonuses for rank-ups/crits will be applied with the following roll scheme:
01-20: Extra 1d100 training roll
21-30: Poor active perk/skill
31-40: Poor passive perk/skill
41-50: Decent active perk/skill
51-60: Decent passive perk/skill
51-70: Good active perk/skill
71-80: Good passive perk/skill
81-90: Great active perk/skill
91-99: Great passive perk/skill
100: Amazing perk/skill
In addition, a multi-crit will give a d10 roll for each crit roll, which will add up for an additional bonus. For example, a 6x crit will give a 6d10 which will use the above scheme to determine a bonus.
I'm not sure if this is a good enough scheme for multi-crits. A 5x crit on it's own is pretty hard to get (when our bonuses wear off), and the very best it could get us is a "decent perk" under this system. Also, there's no difference between a 1x crit and a 2x crit.

1d100+Xd10 would be pretty good, that way the entire spectrum is possible and starts favoring the higher range rather strongly the longer the crit chain. Would have to decide what to do with rolls that end up +100, could either just cut them off at 100 (which would be fair, considering that a 100 would be a Amazing Perk/Skill), or use the flow-over to give another perk (which means a 10x chain has the possibility of giving us 2 Amazing Perks).
Another possibility is simply increasing the die size to d20. A 1x crit would only get us an extra training roll, and a 5x crit would give us the chance (though unlikely) to get an Amazing Perk, while even higher crits would increase the possibility of a Amazing Perk even more.
The way I understood it, this is Hard Mode not because the system itself is set up to be hard, but because of who we are and the challenges that will force us to face. We know so many secrets that if we ain't careful we'll probably be shipped right to T&I, our status as a Genius will attract a ton of attention, certain individuals (once they find out who we really are) would be REALLY interested in fucking us over, etc.

I think I'll just change it to d20. I want the Amazing perk on nothing other than a nat crit. Getting too many 'amazing' abilities like Mind's Eye randomly has the potential to break the quest. I have no problem with developing them naturally, but spontaneously is undesirable

That's understandable. While we have a fair number of crits currently, from what I understand they will become far more scarce once our bonuses wear off.
