[x][Physical] Second Wind: Lets you stay up even for attacks that would have knocked you out... though you won't be able to take any more attacks than that unless you heal.

I like the speed demon build, and lets us do some support buffing while we're at it.

That is awesome! This is suddenly a great song to use when we're on our own.
[x] Song of Bombardment: A powerful Song that fills the air with Notes that home in on enemies.
[x] Song of Bombardment - Peirce: Notes created by the Song of Bombardment ignore magical resistance.
With this, we have access to a Bullet Hell mode. Tons of bouncing projectiles that ignore magic resistance sounds so beautiful.

[x][Physical] Raise Speed: Raises your Speed by one rank.

With our ability to fly, we get more out of speed boosts then most people. Maxing it out ASAP sounds like it would be really helpful

Come on everybody; vote for the Dakka song. It's the ultimate fire and forget attack. Since we can turn tiny and fly at high speeds, we could just use that song and then focus on defense while our song chip damages our foes to death. Add on the AoE slow debuff and the projectile intercept and...well...Sundowner said it best;

This could easily become our go-to song for solo fights.

I'll probably be posting the third and final part later today before I do so can I get a list of the winning options for the first two? I'm going to try and start updating your character sheet before than and a solid place to look at for it would be helpful.

[x][Physical] Raise Speed: Raises your Speed by one rank.

Note is already a solid offensive ability, since I doubt anyone is going to resist Sound Damage, and it can be upgraded. Getting more tails boots the amount we fire with each cast allowing us to get even more out of it. Also, with our Strength so low, I doubt Tail Lash would be too useful (and yes, I know we get a boost to Strength and Endurence with each tail we have equipped, but I'm not sure just how much of a boost it is). Our Fox Form already has A ranked Speed, so if we're in melee range, somethings gone wrong. Fox is clearly a Fragile Speedster/Squishy Wizard, So boosting damage output and Speed sounds like a solid choice.

This being KH, protection against Darkness is always the right choice.

For those who voted for my plan; I just figured out what the 'wild card' option thing meant, and added four votes to my plan.

Noting Illusion Split, Tail Swipe and Fire Breath has effects multiplied by adding tails, so any plan which gets lots of tails really should grab at least Illusion Split.

I'm not too found of Fire Breath; if we come across something that absorbs, negates, or resists fire, then it becomes useless. Note on the other hand, is a spell of an element that nothing else seems to have in KH, meaning that the chances of running into something that absorbs, negates, or resists it is almost zero. On top of that, Note can be improved without adding to the mana cost.

Adding more tails increases the amount of projectiles we fire with each use of an ability that fires projectiles. With all nine tails, Rapid Shot and Ricochet 2, our Fox Form will become a machine gun that fires 11 shots with each cast of Note, and said Notes bounce a few times before vanishing. Just imagine the firepower that would give us.

Ok, I managed to tally the results of the previous 2 final timeskip votes (and I double checked the upgrades gotten over the quest as well):

Vote 1 winners:
[x][Fairy] Fey Sight: Your Fey sight helps you see through illusions. Rolls to pierce illusions can be re-rolled with the higher of the 2 being taken.

[x][Fairy] Fey Resistance: Your fey nature gives you a certain affinity for magic. You gain a minor resistance to all magical attacks.

[x] Doppelganger: You create an illusionary doppelganger of yourself that's capable of casting the Note Spell.

[x][Fairy] Shrink: You gain the power to both shrink yourself as well as knowledge of the Shrink spell, letting you temporarily weaken enemies physical abilities.

[x][Fairy] Tiny Might: While shrunk, you are considered just as durable and strong as you had been when at your full size. Crushing attacks that would not have worked on you at your full size are rendered ineffective. Requires Shrink.

[x][Fairy] Fey intuition: You've mastered your Fey connection with illusion magic. Spells and skills that make use of illusions are rendered completely ineffective against you. Requires Fey Sight.
Upon double checking the updates, Sight and Resistance were already gained in the 1st timeskip, meaning Glamor and Fey Names 1 should have won instead:
Fey Names: During combat you have a small chance of regaining some health whenever someone speaks your name

Glamor: You can reactively produce a bright flash of light, temporarily stunning enemies and doing a minor burst of light damage

[x][Magic] Raise Mana: Raises your Mana stat by one rank.

[x][Magic] Rapid Shot 1: When shooting a magical projectile that requires no charge time, you automatically fire off a second attack for free.

[x][Magic] Ricochet 1: When you cast Note to make an attack, the Musical Note will bounce a second time before disappearing if it misses.

There was a tie between these 3 options for the last slot of Magic, with each having 4 votes:
[x][Magic] Ricochet 2: When you cast Note to make an attack, it will bounce several times before disappearing if it misses.

[x][Magic] Spell Endurance 1: The duration of spells that last for a set period of time, such as Aero, is slightly increased.

[x][Magic] Fire: You summon a small group of flames that surround you, doing damage to nearby enemies.

Vote 2 Winners:
[x][Physical] Raise Speed: Raises your Speed by one rank.
[x][Physical] Raise Endurance: Raises your Endurance by one rank.
I removed Second Wind from the choices since we had already gained the ability earlier in the quest (from the 1st timeskip)

[x][Song] Song of Transportation - Time 2: Further shortens the time it takes you to cast the Song of Transportation, making it somewhat viable for use in combat.

[x][Song] Song of Storms- Wind: After the initial casting of the Song of Storms, you and all allies gain the effects of an Aero spell.

I think the stat sheet should look like this outside the current vote:
Name: Scena Salus
Species: Fairy
Age: Unknown

Stats
Strength: C
Speed: B
Defense: D
Will: A
Mana: D
Heart: A

Thunder: You call down a lightning bolt to damage enemies.
Blizzard: You blast the enemy with a gust of cold air.
Fire Wall: You summon a wall of magical fire beyond you to prevent enemies from getting past.
Fire Pillar: A fairly powerful fire spell with a moderate charge time, it can do a great deal of damage if it does manage to hit.
Cure: You can slightly heal yourself or an ally.

Songs

Song of Transportation
Effects: A Song that allows you to teleport short distances when it is cast. After the initial casting of the Song of Storms, you and all allies gain the effects of an Aero spell.
Type: Instant Effect, Very Quick Cast.

Song of Storms
Effects: A Song that lets you call down two lightning bolts once every 10 seconds at will without spending Mana.

Traits
Fairy physiology E: At the moment, the extent of what you currently know is that you have an above average resistance to physical attacks, a minor resistance to magical attacks and an easier time to see through most illusions.
Fairy Wings: You can fly indefinitely with your fairy wings and are fairly maneuverable in the air.
Fairy Fire: Your fire spells cost less to cast and are more powerful.
Fey intuition: You've mastered your Fey connection with illusion magic. Spells and skills that make use of illusions are rendered completely ineffective against you.
Fey Resistance: Your fey nature gives you a certain affinity for magic. You gain a minor resistance to all magical attacks.
Doppelganger: You create an illusionary doppelganger of yourself that's capable of casting the Note Spell.
Shrink: You gain the power to both shrink yourself as well as knowledge of the Shrink spell, letting you temporarily weaken enemies physical abilities. While shrunk, you are considered just as durable and strong as you had been when at your full size. Crushing attacks that would not have worked on you at your full size are rendered ineffective.
Fey Names: During combat you have a small chance of regaining some health whenever someone speaks your name
Glamor: You can reactively produce a bright flash of light, temporarily stunning enemies and doing a minor burst of light damage
Transformation: You gain the ability to shift into a secondary form: a fox. This form cannot cast cast songs or fly, and is relatively weaker physically compared to your base form.

Rapid Shot 1: When shooting a magical projectile that requires no charge time, you automatically fire off a second attack for free.
Ricochet 1: When you cast Note to make an attack, the Musical Note will bounce a second time before disappearing if it misses.

Insightful: When talking with a character, you gain a small boost to determining their intentions.
Mana Saver 3: You have become extremely efficient with your spells, giving you the ability to cast several more before you get tired.
Dark Resistance: You take less damage from Darkness-based attacks.
Second Wind: Lets you stay up even for attacks that would have knocked you out... though you won't be able to take any more attacks than that unless you heal.
Aerial Recovery: If you get knocked into the air, you can stabilize yourself immediately.
Scan: When fighting, you have an exact read on how much more damage a given enemy can take without healing.

Keyblade

Appearance: N/A
Mastery Level: E

Traits:
Shifting: Your Keyblade has yet to take a solid shape and thus is constantly shifting in magical nature and appearance. In its current state, it does not confer any benefits beyond the standard for a Keyblade.
Keyblade of the Heart: Your Keyblade was born from your heart and thus will not leave you until you either die or lose your heart by some either means, and even then should you somehow reform the weapon will prioritize returning to your above other potential hosts.
