Hmm, my favourite two plans are already the top two plans, so I guess...

[X] Plan Teleporting Jeager

EDIT: By the way, can anyone from Plan Kitty explain just why they're spending 2 points for the ability to tap into one or at most two other humans at a time, and disable sight and hearing for at most 3 individuals at a time?
The fact that that could be incredibly useful in an almost endless amount of situations?

Two or three other humans could be Legend, Alexandria and Eidolon.
Or a large portion of the slaughter house nine.

It's a massive advantage.

No! We can't let a plan without Save Scumming win! Where will the hilarity of "Hey host, you like what I'm doing?" "AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH-" "Shh, shhh, go to sleep." end up? Think of the children!

You may become a dragon (or any other Terran creature). Their argument is invalid. This includes the creations of shards, provided Host has seen them since you, um, connected to her. "Creations of shards" include any Friends Host makes should you take the relevant bio-tinker specialty.
How long does this shapeshifting take?
You can force others to forget about you for up to ten seconds at a time. After the duration ends, they will not remember prior interactions with you until and unless something reminds them of it. Your continued presence counts as one such reminder.
How many people can we target at once with this?
[X] Plan Teleporting Dragon
If we just carry around a big sheet, we can use mic drop and cover ourselves in the sheet while everyone forgets we exist.
Clothes don't work, so I figure a big thing covered in a sheet would count as a "reminder".

Any plan that doesn't have friends is a bad plan. Any power on this list can be replaced with a few appropriately attired Friends. This goes double if we take Borrowed Features. Form Control can be replaced by a few Friends with Panacea's power. Teleportation can be replaced by a few Friends with Vista's power. And beyond that... clearly, judging by recent conversation, the most interesting power in this whole set is hats, and Friends let us get so much more out of hats.

Vote for hatted abominations.

@Alivaril I have an important question. Is Echidna considered a Terran creature? And can that be used to synergize with Friend Bio-Tinker?

N/A; probably not an infinite number of targets, but the cost to Host would almost be the same for one person and one hundred people. It's better to track it in number of uses and concealment duration instead.

How long does this shapeshifting take?

It depends on how much mass you need to conjure or store. In other words, the bigger the difference between the target and your current form, the longer it will take.

You think it might start at about 100 kilograms per second and speed up as it goes along, with exponential scaling as you try to become something significantly larger or smaller than yourself. It'll probably cap out at about 10 seconds as a result.

No. Unique individuals are seldom fair game, but mythological creatures often are. You'll seldom get any non-physical traits, though.

I think I missed the part where it had a number of uses. How many, how fast do they recharge, etc?

Also, would shapeshifting down to being tiny get us into the proper range for teleporting, or do we still have to break line of sight?

What are the minimum and maximum size limits on shapeshifting? Is there a complexity limit? How about a "physical plausibility" limit?

@Alivaril - two questions on the shapeshifting front. 1) Do projections like the Siberian count as a creation of a shard, and what about Bonesaw fusions? I assume no to both but checking for clarity.

Edited my last post.

You'd have about ten to twenty minutes of hiding per day.

They slowly recharge over the course of a day. There is a cooldown equal to the time you spend hidden before you can mic drop again.

Unless you hid behind something, you'd still need to break line of sight.

Minimum, fly-sized. Maximum, triple-garage-sized two-story dragon. You don't gain exotic effects from shifting your shape, only physical ones. (Breathing fire, flight, regeneration rate, armor, etc., but not a vulnerability to men with pointy pieces of metal.)

Host can't be anything with human-level intelligence, nor can she disguise herself as other people.

No and no.

Statement: "The issue with not choosing to be a dragon is that the universe abides by one rule always no matter what, it's why Lung wins even when he loses: If you can be a dragon be a dragon, unless you can be a unicorn, in which case be a unicorn. There is something innately wrong about being able to be a dragon then not being a dragon."

@Alivaril What counts as usable biomass for tinkering? What would we need to make stuff into usable biomass? How is usable biomass different from, for example, meat slurry?
