@teleporting dragon folks: Why spend a point on such a difficult-to-use teleport when a hat will do everything you need and be usable when you're a dragon and you can be seen from anywhere in the city?
It's also sort of because I want us to wear a headband with cat ears on it.[X]Plan Kitty
Simply because Cats are the most villianous ashhole beings in existance and they get away with it.
Damn cuteness.
(Yes I am aware that the plan is named that because of the teleportation ability)
Because long range. Also, hilarity of being able to be a Weeping Angel (Those are Terran creatures like dragons right?)
Because I really, truly, cannot say no to a swarm of adorable zerglings with little hats.
I was aware of the dissonance, but now that I think about it, cute to the eyes and horrible abominations to video is less funny and more of a horror story, and I have been eyeing the Creature Features...
Tally
Edit:Okay I've done something wrong with this, anyone know how to stick the plans together, we have two groups of Schrofinger's swarms right now?
Do you know what AA Software gives us? Invisibility to cameras.
Do you know what AA Software gives us? Invisibility to cameras.
And every speaker in range suddenly going Ya! Ya! Taylor F'thang!
Point.Hmm. Is that actually hardware or software? We can probably switch off any cameras near us with hardware, I dunno if Software would let us real-time edit the footage as it was watching us. Speakers... Do they even have a software we can corrupt into doing that? I feel it's truer to the horror movie genre to just make the speakers crackle and turn off. Or... we can change the settings of all hardware around us. Maybe we can set the speakers to "fire alarm"?
Rapid short-range blinks should be more than good enough. It's the short range, I think, meanwhile the cat-transport goes anywhere in a 1-kilometer radius, which can be fun.
... Oh jeez I just noticed the restrictions the drawback puts on the power, I thought the main power was limited by human LOS, and the drawback meant other animals made it count, but now I realize that the original power only requires no observation by other hosts? Oh jeez that's pretty good.

...Huh. On the "schrodinger's swarm" plan... @Alivaril, does the cat-based teleportation let us take our Friends with us?
Though actually, I suppose I should confirm. @Alivaril What exactly constitutes a reminder of us for Mic Drop?
EDIT: Also, just checking, but we'll be able to hear the other shards talking to us like in the previous quest right? I was just rereading and realised being able to hear the other shards wasn't originally intended.
Enough time spent trying to remember what they were supposed to be doing, someone outright telling them, that sort of thing. If they're distracted, it's likely to get left by the wayside for closer to an hour instead of mere minutes.
