I'm a Mother... actually that sounds very wrong. I'm a Mother Goo, and I thought I'd be facing the nearly extinct Hoomans, the four armed space Australian Beta, and the hungry hungry Shroud but NOPE! I'd rather face the Shroud than be anywhere near here!!! I'm in an Emperor be damned warpstorm covered planet, and am basically surrounded on all sides by every single fucking faction in the 40k-verse aside from the Tyranids... I'm fucked.

We got the Goo, the Shroud, now it's time for Humanity. I could have gone with Beta but they don't really have the ability to expand from one singular intelligence. Plus the Betas require actual people and are a full on race.

What lead to this? An idle thought, which went something along the lines of "What happens if you taken an eldritch parasite that eats energy, stick it into a dark setting that has infinite energy, and then sprinkle some Human mentality on top?". And then it didn't leave me alone. Several long nights spent brainstorming, and we're arriving at this. Send help.
