The year is 1922. The Great War has ended six years ago in a Treaty of Coexistence. Europe's old empires remain standing to meet the challenges of a world forever changed by a horrific conflict.
A new Kaiser sits the throne of Austria-Hungary. He faces many challenges in reviving and preserving the old imperial state. He needs someone competent, someone loyal, someone with the experience to hold the Habsburg legacy together.
Fortunately for him, he's found just the right man for the job...
Faced with external pressures in the wake of the Great War and the horrors enacted, it is decided amongst the royalties and democracies of the Low Countries that they will either stand together, reunited, or fall to the imperialistic powers on their boarders once more.
