The pitch: CN setting. Jack Spicer has been cast out of the Heylin Empire or was never invited in the first place. Feeling rejected (because he was), Jack Spicer decies to form his own evil empire from practically square one. Or square zero, since he isn’t that great a villain.
Plot: In this heavily AU Kingdom Hearts comedy, we follow the wacky misadventures of Organization IX, a Team of 9 Nobodies of various Disney characters who banded together after getting rejected from Organization XIII, though they are more like a group of wannabe delinquent friends then real threats. Shenanigans ensue as this team tries to raise the ranks of EVILLLLL!
In which Peter Petruski, also known as the Trapster (NOT PASTE POT PETE, NEVER AGAIN!) is transported into the Disney Villains Victorious world, specifically Gridlocked, and becomes head of a successful adhesive manufacturing/construction company.

After the world fusion, Panorama City (aka the place Power Rangers Samurai takes place) became a refugee Safe Haven for those running from Kings or other trouble thanks to the efforts of the Samurai Rangers. The Rangers went on a mission and haven't been back in three months however. This leaves Bulk (who was elected Mayor) to try and keep things safe and under control in their stead alongside Spike, his nephew, and some advisors that will be selected by The voters.
