So, anyone ever make a luchadot theme anything in either wod?
There was my unused Changeling NPC, an Autumn Courtier Lurkglider Luchador with Low Clarity named "El Buho" who would jump down from buildings to smack down enemies.
...I know I said this before, but /TG/ made a Vampire build of that.
Per my usual bias the obvious answer is Luchador: The Vigil.
I'm armchair speculating it should be Luchadors on level of Compacts?

Well after a few more throws of the turn order (we attempted the cripple claws tactic and failed dramatically which caused the accidental dead babbies) we accidentally shot and killed/critically wounded some party goers while fighting a vampire. Having flubbed the fight, we fled while the panicking college students fled, with campus police soon arriving.

Two of us are persons of interest, and my guy is basically incapable of lying.
That seems a dire situation.
When is your next hunter session.
I need a night for sufficiently contemplating this.
I needed somewhat beyond a single night for devising a solution.
Normally at integrity three would be getting blame on the person incapable of lying. . .
. . . followed by murdering them in way that wraps up case to satisfaction of local vampires.
As you're *that* guy might have to slightly adjust scheme!
Have you considered a heroic sacrifice and taking a few hits for the team?

Obviously; their enemy is a mummy awoken to test the wrestling techniques of the Nameless Gods against the strange modern arts of the 21st century.
It'll be great.
Mummies can be great wrestlers leaving the Luchador hunters at overwhelming disadvantage.
What kinds of wrestling Tactics can level the playing field?
This is reminding me of something very specific.

Anyone play ObsCure?

Pretty much WoD material right there.

90's Teen Horror Flicks.

Anyone ever run a chronicle using the genre?

Does having adventure where the cheerleader got strangled by a pantyhose, the nerd killed by chemistry 'accident', the jock hanging on the basketball hoop, and the preppie with silverware shoved down his throat count? Because the ST I knew who ran that wanted some sort of murder mystery investigation.

Does anyone feel that World of Darkness would be a good (or at least decent) system for running a game based on Gunnerkrigg Court? It seems like something which is generally compatible, thematically-speaking and in how things seem to play out when conflicts occur - and the setting would fit right into oMage, complete with a degree of consensus reality. The characters don't really fall into any major splats (except maybe Parley getting initiated into a Hunter conspiracy, and Kat as a technocrat whose spheres are exclusively lab-based), but I'm sure they could be modelled as a variety of minor splats.

Do bear in mind that it was... five or six years ago, I think, and that I wasn't privy to most of the details since my ST buddy only told me as part of brainstorming for other stuff so my memories is fuzzy. Now, it wasn't exactly based on 90's teen horror, but more Japanese influenced with Higurashi and Corpse Party being named inspirations, but it is similar enough, I guess. Also, it was a Mage game.

The players were one way or another connected to the school. One was a janitor, another was an alumnus, etc. so there was reason for adults to be there.

I remember that the culprit was an Intruder from the Abyss, though it worked through possessions. One murder every week, victim a student all killed in ways which identified with their cliques. Modus operandi of the intruder was to have the abyss tainted possessed bodies commit suicide with other bodies assisting, and figuring this out was the easy part, because Mages.

I forgot how the players figured out what was the intruder, it's motive, who was 'infected', and the means and criteria for 'infection', but it took a long time. I do recall that the cabal had to call in the Guardians of the Veil; the nuclear option.

Students killed by the Intruder: 9
Students killed by the GotV: 12.
Bystanders killed: 20-40, though I forgot.

No. World of Darkness isn't even a good system to run World of Darkness. It's just the only one we have unless you want to dust off GURPS: Vampire: The Masquarade, and that is woefully incomplete.

Okay, so. As of today, I have completed a Quest.

Kansas City Shuffle: A Changeling the Lost Quest, is now done except for the many Epilogues to try to wrap up the plot threads.

So, uh...I have many feelings about this, really. It's oddly emotional. I've been running the Quest since March of last year. It was my first Quest, and even though it was flawed, it all came together in the end, I hope, and it meant a lot to me. And I'm glad to be able to really end it, and not merely abandon it, like so often happens with even the best, most beloved Quests...

Congratulations on succeeding where so many others have failed!
You've climbed the mountain so enjoy a sunrise atop summit.
