I'm not saying that this isn't sub-optimal. Because it is. I'm just saying we have what, 4 days to get...5 girls to stop feeling suicidal. That's a damn tall order no matter how you slice it. We don't even have something to anchor them to the present and not the past. A friend. Family. Stuff like that. This shit takes time that frankly, I don't think we have. Hell, Akane didn't stop feeling suicidal till after we killed the T6.

Once again, I'm not saying we shouldn't try, because we damn well should, I'm saying that at least they agreed to fight at all. They could've just suicided before Walpy or just bailed on the city. Sayaka and company were trying to kill them when we first found them after all.

We could try to get maybe one or two of the girls to not kill themselves while fighting Walmart? Sure, it sucks that not everyone could survive and come out relatively unscathed, but it's not a game, as Charlotte so helpfully taught us. If we gotta be the anchor to the present, all the better.
 
So, basically, it's all or none, with the obvious problem of there being virtually no chance of saving them all?

You can save and protect everyone. Problem is, it's a tall order and super fucking hard. You can also get back Kyouko's cloning powers, but that's also a tall order. You could also end world hunger.

Feral is a regenerator, like wolverine or deadpool. She stopped doing the "punch out villains" thing and is now in surgery constantly, donating organs, all of her organs except her eyes and brain, as many as 12 of the same organ get's extracted a day.

Anesthesia and painkillers also don't work on her.
