I'd leave off the Walmart part for now; see how he reacts to the meguca revelation first and tailor how we reveal Waluigi to him based off of that.

No need to mitigate the punch, will only make the second one to hit harder.

I'm not saying don't tell him about Waluigi, or delay telling him- I'm saying break telling him about this stuff into two updates. It'd take exactly the same amount of time IC (unless for some reason there's a major pause after telling him about meguca 101 in the two update method), but give us more control over the specifics of how we tell him.

You take a step forwards as your soul gem shimmers. As your foot hits the ground, a boot forms over it. You move forwards, and your hairclip forms on your head, followed soon by the rest of your uniform. Your cape blows in the nonexistent wind, before it falls, covering your body.

"It's real." You say. "...She's telling the truth."

"W-what?" He stares at your uniform, then at you. Just then, Kyouko transforms in a flash of red, and she stands beside you.

"Yeah...it sucks, but...yeah." She takes a breath.

You clench your teeth. "And...there's more to it." And you talk. You talk about everything, from how your soul was ripped out of your body without your knowledge, to how if it turns completely dark, you die. You talk about how you have to risk your lives to survive, and you talk about how much it fucking hurts. "...Yeah." You clench your teeth, and a nagging thought lingers at the back of your mind.

'...Sayaka-?' Kyouko moves closer. '...Are you okay?'

"I'm fine." You say out loud. "I'm just fine." You look at Sukuyo's dad, and he's just staring at you in complete silence.

"M-My d-daughter..." He says with a gulp. "My d-daughter is..."
