Goddamn, EOD isn't even a joke anymore, it's practically an understatement. And a job title, at this point. Sayaka and Kyouko are practically a proto-MHD by now (I hope Homura is taking notes in her whole "what works" file).
 
EOD is Emotional Ordinance Disposal. You know, that thing mentioned a few pages ago offhandedly? It wasn't actually called that, IIRC, something like Social Bomb Squad.

I have no idea what MHD stands for, but it sounds like a medical acronym or a military one. Google failed me here.

Ah, so it's related to the story that I couldn't even start reading because although there is a story somewhere (And it's probably a decent story at least) it's hidden underneath a lot of "Worldbuilding" that manages to grind what pacing there could have been to a fucking halt. :V
