Motherfucker. A few months ago, I used this Shindan to make a Servant sheet based on my real name. It was a decent sheet, but I didn't have any use for it, so I didn't copy the results anywhere. But now I finally have a use where I could use that Servant sheet but I've forgotten most of the details. I only remember like three details: I was an Archer and two of my skills were Baptism Sacrament and Boundary Sphere. I don't remember the rest and I don't want to just use the fragments I remember because I feel like I need to justify the in-universe abilities, out of universe for some reason. I know it's dumb but... it's just frustrating.

Edit: I think one of the other skills might have been eye of the mind (true)...

Yeah, it's pretty great.

Anyway, here's the short summary for the idea I was gonna use it with, if I could only remember what it game me.

In fifth century Britain, there's a teenage girl living in a small hamlet on the edge of the forest. Orphaned from a young age, she gets taken in by the local Christian Priest, who does his best to raise her to be a proper young woman. However, she's a rambunctious youth who would rather spend her time playing outside in the woods than studying the bible by candle light. The priest eventually gives up a little and decides that if she's going to be in the forest anyway, she might as well be useful and convinces one of the local hunters to teach her how to hunt. It turns out that she's rather good at it, and for several years, she goes out into the forest everyday, even when she doesn't need to hunt. Eventually, she's the best hunter in the village, with the ability to completely fade away in the woods, becoming one with her surroundings. While in the evening, she continues her religious studies as best she can.

Later on, people start dying in the woods and people begin to fear a monster is out there, hunting people. Soon afterwards, a Knight of the Round Table shows up to slay the beast. It's Sir Mordred, having just recently joined the Round Table and on one of her first missions to prove herself. The young hunter girl offers to guide her through the forest, but at a certain point they're ambushed by the monster. The girl is injured with a blow to the head and the Monster gets away while Mordred takes care of the girl.

When the girl wakes up, she remembers her previous life in our world, where she was a fan of the Fate Franchise. This is where the story starts. She helps Mordred to slay the monster and Mordred leaves the hamlet. But the girl is determined to prevent the fall of Camelot and so decides to become a Knight of the Round Table to stop it. She disguises herself as a boy, learns some sword play and heads off to Camelot.

Is this an interesting idea to you guys?

The New Request System

    • LADIES, GENTLEMEN AND ANYONE ELSE STILL HERE! A VERY SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT!

    After over a month of waiting since I said I'd do a quick revamp of the request system, I have finally gotten around to it. The revamp is functionally finished. There is a minor aspect that still needs to be done, but it doesn't impact your ability to make requests. And that means.... REQUESTS ARE OPEN AGAIN! WOOOOOOO!

    Here's how it works now. In the opening post, there used to be a big ass list of all my story ideas. It took ages to scroll through it, you couldn't really find anything unless you already knew what you were looking for and most of the ideas were untitled. That eyesore is now gone, replaced with a link to a Google Sheet with all the ideas listed out. Each story now has its own title, there are standardized tags you can search for and each one has a summary (of varying quality but whatever), each nicely separated into their own columns for ease of reading. In the future, there will also be links to each chapter, so people can read them if they're browsing the list and something catches their eye. This is more a convenience thing, since threadmarks do mostly the same thing, so that's why they're going to wait.

    Anyway, none of that actually tells you how to make requests. I'll get to that now. In addition to the link to the story list, the opening post will now have a new Request List. Everybody who makes a request will have their username and the story they want added to the list. Then, everyday, I'll pick one of the requests from the list and write a chapter for it. The person that made the request then gives me the feedback I need to survive and gets to make a new request. Their new request replaces their old one on the list and the cycle continues. You can also change your request at any time, just tell me what you want.

    With the requests system up and running now, feel free to start making them again. I'll wait until tomorrow so I can hopefully get a good selection to choose from and I'll start my daily writing again.

    Idea 206: Violence Group: An orphaned Homura spends several years in Roanapur getting raised by her adopted big sister Revy. Now she's back in Mitakihara, living with the Kanames.

    I need to know what happens next damn it. How is Mami involved in this? Are Homu and Hitomi going to have secret criminal stuff going on while Sayaka and Doka remains only partially clued in? What in the fuck are you going to pull with Kyoko? Because there's a Rip Off Church connection waiting to be made and I want to see how it turns out.

    Here's my request:

    Summer Sickness: Summer Rose wakes up with no idea where she is or why she's there. Her memories are fragmented. But she knows whats important: Ruby. Yang. Tai. Now if only she wasn't so hungry.

    And the rest of my ideas for this:
    You can incorporate Dr. Merlot as the creator of the mutated grimm serum that Summer stole in one of his laboratories in preparation for the mission.
    On the day of her final demise in the hands of Salem, the vial broke and the liquid inside it was absorbed by Summer's dying body and it mutated even further to become a pseudo-Blacklight virus that feeds on humans, faunus and grimm. It tears through Aura (as it is based on a Grimm serum).

    Summer wakes up on a dark forest, and is not sure how she got there, and why she was there in the first place.
    She gains the signature blacklight weapons by consuming an alpha/ancient Grimm.
    She will get the claws by killing and consuming a Beowulf, for example.

    Summer may or may not be able to assume the victim's aura (and semblance) alongside their memories and appearance.

    She can feel negative emotions as well due to Blacklight being an über-mutated variant of Dr. Merlot's grimm serum.

    Her silver eye powers will be retained, because her eyes weren't taken out as she died. The Grimm Serum assimilated and adapted to this power as part of its mutation into Blacklight, therefore rendering it immune to any Silver Eye blasts.
    Raven's connection to Summer may be reactivated due to her resurrection via Blacklight.

    I suppose I could try something like this, if you really want. Do you have any other ideas for it? I can work with this, but it would help if you had more ideas for me to build on.

    Just use Ctr+F to search the sheet. Were there any tags you were looking for in particular? I used abbreviations for some of the series and stuff, so you might have trouble finding things at first.
