Oath Sign: Breath of the Wild

BlackHadou - Wasn't Betrayed by Lupercal
Fou Lu
High Concept: God Emperor of the West
A soul that was summoned to another world to serve as a God Emperor, unifying an entire continent known collectively as the Western Continent. Because his summoning was not completed properly, though, only half of Fou Lu was actually summoned; his other half did not appear for a good six hundred years. Technically speaking, for a short period of time, Fou Lu and Ryu were a singular being, however, as part of casting the gods out of a world that had no need of them, Fou Lu was separated from his other half once more, as the side that is more divine.

Trouble: Hex-Scarred
A survivor of a devastating magical super weapon called a Hex. His body has been bathed in malice, suffering and love. As a result, he does not connect very well with humans, and is prone to rather disturbing leaps of logic. While the core of the trauma has been worked past, recidivist flareups can be caused by coming into contact with the Blight of Ganon.

Aspect: Lord of the Divine Dogs
As the God Emperor, Fou Lu is lord to many creatures that are technically monsters, but are otherwise intelligent. Chief amongst them are the two Divine Dogs, A-Tur and Won-Qu, who serve as his companions as he travels through the worlds. Elementally, the dogs are aligned with fire and water, respectively.

Aspect: Endless
The designation of a God, in another world. Within this world, the designation is relatively meaningless, a term to be used for those who are summoned from another world to this one.

Aspect: The Dragon of Doom
A reference to Fou Lu's title in prophecy, the dragon that brings doom to the world. As a side effect of being an Endless, the ability to temporarily take on the traits of a dragon is obtained. However, the effectiveness has weakened greatly since being subject to the casting out of the gods. Where once he would have single handedly levelled Hyrule, now he has access to a pittance of strength relative to what he once had.

Aspect: Dragon's Eye
Possession of the left eye of the Yorae Dragon, the God of the Future. It is an eye that reveals the truth of the world to its bearer. The left eye sees through all tricks and illusions and sees the reality of the form before the owner, be it a ghost, faerie or otherwise.

Aspect: Water-Aligned
Elemental alignment to water, in opposition of fire. The element is derived from the dragon's power within Fou-Lu and cannot be changed. While he gains a resistance to both cold and water, fire and heat is more dangerous then usual. As a result, it is unlikely he could face down the Fireblight and win without extreme outside circumstances.

Aspect: Might Actually Be Immortal
As a God Emperor, he slept for the intervening six hundred years between uniting his empire and the day of prophecy when his other half awoke. Due to his extreme longevity, he might actually simply be immortal and unable to die from the passage of time.

Aspect: Monkey See, Monkey Do
Much like his other half, Fou-Lu is exceptionally talented at imitating the abilities displayed by his opponents after observing them, ranging from imitating spells to specific combat techniques, and even imitating the abilities that Ryu had witnessed. However, in his current state, access to techniques Ryu has learned is lost.

Powers and Skills
Fou-Lu is a master swordsman, capable of easily wielding both one and two weapons at once. He is almost super humanly strong, even after being interred for a millennium he was capable of facing down both dinosaurs and demons outside his tomb. In addition to this, he is capable of using minor magical abilities he mimics from his opponents. His sword, when not in use, is hidden away, appearing in a flash of light when needed. Fou-Lu is faster then most humans, able to cross a distance of several metres as if he was just flickering from view, and leaping great heights with ease. He also possesses minor psychic abilities, such as telekinesis.

Fou-Lu's greatest power, however, is an ability called Meditation, allowing him to temporarily cross halfway between the divide of human and dragon. This hybrid form grants him very strong elemental magic abilities and allow him to fly. However, because the body of a dragon is divine, it cannot be healed except by special fruits of the gods and by time itself. If too much damage is sustained, the form wavers and collapses.

The two dogs, A-Tur and Won-Qu, serve as the magic to Fou-Lu's muscle. Where Fou-Lu is an extremely adept swordsman, capable of fighting as if he was walking on air, his hounds are both accomplished elemental mages of both fire and water. Technically speaking, Fou-Lu also possesses the ability to control monsters, but due to an incident in the capital, Chedo, he doesn't feel like making use of it anymore.

While Fou-Lu is an exceptionally powerful adversary, no doubt at his height able to take Ganon on alone, there is a singular problem to doing so now. The power of the Dragon of Doom requires he be mad with grief. As a result, working through his mental issues with his other half has, in fact, significantly decreased Fou-Lu's power. Unfortunately, or fortunately, depending from your point of view, he does not intend to go mad again anytime soon.

Equipment
Clothing
Royal Sword
God Slayer – A sword that was intended to slay Endless. Technically, it is an improperly summoned Endless itself. It is actually a soul eater; unfortunately, it's effectiveness at it's given task was significantly less then satisfactory.

*Is like 90% through making a Fire Emblem character*

Well, I'm amused. Different game, unfortunately.

Nanimani - "Ike fights for me."
Name: Soren
Well first, that's literally what he is. He's always by Ike's side, able to help with advice, with management, with fighting, with convincing him to just go to sleep. His advice is based on what would benefit the group as a whole rather than what is right, but Ike's an idealist, so his voice listing off why something's a bad idea is sometimes needed. He's a mercenary, not a knight; he holds that the group should not run to assist those they have no loyalty to, not unless they're paid. The Greil Mercenaries come first.

Here, of course, his role changes. His place is by Ike's side, nowhere else. His aim is to complete his objective so he can get back.
Put bluntly, he's terribly blunt. He does not hold back his insults if he feels they're warranted. He's mellowed out a bit from how he was in the past, but a response of "Not on your life." is rarely appropriate to a general hiring you requesting something harmless like standing next to them in a tactics meeting.

Aspects:
Branded are the children of Beorc and Laguz, stronger and slower aging than the former, unable to transform like the latter. They are known as abominations before the goddess, two sets of blood never meant to meet. They are ostracized by both, so long as both know what they are. The brand that forms on their body serves as a nice tell, to those who know about this.

Luckily for Soren, Spirit Charmers bear a similar mark. He never would have received the opportunities he had if so many hadn't mistaken him for a Spirit Charmer. Even with this mistake, however, his earliest life was filled with hate from those who knew what he was. It's helped him establish a rather pessimistic view of the world.

He's discovered he ages slower in the last few years. Dragons are the longest-lived of the Laguz, after all. His magical potential is strong enough to convincingly fake being someone who made a deal and let a being made of magic into his body to grow stronger, but he doesn't have any other special skills like those some Branded get, other than the ability to tell when someone's Branded without needing to see their brand.

Normally, this'd definitely be called a Trouble, but I somehow doubt the same stigma exists in this world.
Despite working primarily for monetary gain, he doesn't really have much of an attachment to the material, besides what he needs to live. The clothes on his back, his equipment for battle, and that's all he really needs on him. He's used to travelling like this, and was wandering around a country even before becoming a member of the Greil Mercenaries.

Skills:
Genius Tactician:

Put briefly, Soren is really flipping good at planning and evaluating battles between armies. When allowed to direct an alliance's forces, he pushed into the heart of the largest nation on the continent before his general accepting and losing a duel forced a retreat. He's also able to manage a group's supplies, be they as small as half a dozen people or large as an army.
I doubt it will actually come up here, but it'd be remiss of me not to type it out.

He was able to push into Begnion with just Gallia's forces, up to the branching river. Then, Phoenicis joined their forces, allowing the alliance to push the Begnion central army out and take the battle south. When forced to retreat, Daein's forces blocked their way back across the river, an event no one really expected, but he was able to come up with a plan that pushed through their position quickly, before Begnion's forces could come up from behind them. After that, they were able to get back to Gallia before Begnion's forces could catch up and force a disadvantageous confrontation. He can't be entirely credited with that, of course, being a tactician rather than some kind of army-killing god of war, but his battle plans were a large part of their victories.

Just wanted to elaborate a bit, but it really isn't that important for the situation, so put it in a spoiler rather than just having it out in the open.

Sage:

I'm gonna be taking liberties with FE's spellcasting here, mostly to get rid of tome durability (Not like he's ever gonna get another one here), but also to explain the difference between cutscene Soren, able to wipe out a line of soldiers with a mini tornado who's in danger from one soldier with a lance and gameplay Soren, who has much less powerful spells but dodges anything thrown at him more often than not.

Basically, the book is required to cast things in it. Just holding it's all short spells need, but longer incantations require him to actually read the ancient language incantation from the book. Magic can also do other things, but most of what Soren's capable of was meant for battle. Commanding spirits is vaguely possible, but the only use I've seen out of him is giving him better footing in the desert so he can run across sand like it's flat plains. Additionally, he's capable of using magical staves to heal others. Flesh wounds would close up in a literal second, and most other wounds within a staff's capability don't take much longer.

At any rate, he's capable of fighting in a battle despite the less-than protective robes due to magical prowess, staying behind the main lines of battle, and when all else fails, being really good at dodging, when he's not focused on an incantation. He could definitely dodge an arrow if he could see the archer, and has gotten rather practiced at hopping out of a warrior's reach just as they swing.

Inventory:

The clothes on his back.
One healing staff, with low range. He has to be close enough to someone to touch them with the orb on the top to heal them. It's also technically strong enough to block a sword, but Soren isn't. Better to dodge.

Weaponry
Elwind tome:

Elwind's a decently powerful wind tome, able to conjure blades of wind heavy enough to damage and cut through metal armor with just a line and a large gesture, which he has memorized. It can also allow Soren to cast larger wind spells such as this tornado (Upper limit). However, larger effects than what he typically use require concentration and a more drawn-out casting time that makes heavier-end spells highly impractical for use in combat as anything other than an opening strike from ambush.
Both better and worse tomes exist, but this is the one he has right now.

Tomes are more durable than most books, and casting in the rain isn't a risk to his one weapon, but it's nowhere close to indestructible.

Also, I'm not sure how common magical power is in Breath of the Wild, not having played it. I'm just getting rid of the "Magical resistance is separate from physical durability" thing FE has.

@Hannz
I would like him to fit roughly within the parameters I set in the OP. Are you familiar with BotW at all? If not, I have some enemy descriptions here.
Knowledge of Breath of the Wild isn't necessary, seeing as the PCs would normally have none either. Blind runs are fine.

Specific, non-Zelda examples fail me at the moment, but I do have some descriptions I wrote up. These help?

Decayed Guardians are basically Beamos statues on steroids. They're the crippled remnants of ancient weapons used to fight Ganon and his armies in the long-distant past, but even immobile and weakened they're still deadly. They are incredibly resistant to the common weapons found across Hyrule, and have a laser attack that will absolutely kill a man and everyone around him if it connects. That said, they're merely concerning because they can't move.

A stone talus is a large, very vaguely humanoid monster made entirely out of rock. It's effectively immune to conventional weapons because of this, especially because it can just replace lost rock, save for a weak point somewhere on its top. It's very, very slow and cumbersome, but without a lot of explosives or a heavy weapon and a way to abuse its weak point, it's best left alone.

Lynels are centaur-esque monsters that tower over normal people. They're very intelligent, possess acute hearing and sight, and are both very fast and very strong. They also possess large, heavy weapons, elemental arrows, and what can only be described as a shotgun bow- and they are very accurate with it. Between the speed of a horse and its monstrous strength, a Lynel can and will kill most anything with impunity that enters its territory.

Fully functional Guardians are basically impossible to kill -even more so than their decayed variants- without extremely potent, rare or legendary weapons, like the Master Sword or ancient weapons in turn. Mobile ones come in two variants: Stalkers and Skywatchers. Stalkers crawl along the ground and are relentless when it comes to chasing down a target, while Skywatchers fly on three helicopter rotors.

For everyone familiar with BotW, I'm ignoring perfect parries as a gameplay mechanic.
Psychic Laser and Telekinesis concerns me, especially with the comparison to a Guardian beam. It makes me think you're looking to make scrap out of Guardians.

And... are you sure a character from bullet hell is something you want to try and translate into an RP? Bullet hells seem very dependent on the video game format, which obviously cannot be replicated in PbP.
I've already nerfed Deus to acceptable levels. Does Asura have a hard cap to his might, or will he just keep on scaling upwards?
Looks neat. You seem to know what I expect from power level, so you're good to go.

Guardians cannot be metalbended, yes. Whatever they're made of is most certainly too well-refined, and probably not even a metal to begin with considering the text on some of the ancient parts.
I am completely unfamiliar with the source material. What should I expect from elemental magics and Meditation? And, much like Naruto and the Nine-Tailed Fox, I am concerned about letting in someone with what is effectively a nuke, especially considering Hex-Scarred and going mad with grief by taking a (inadvertent or not) bath in malice.
Looks fine. Nothing particularly egregious stands out, so threadmark for you.

Megaolix - Naaaaah
Name: Nah
High Concept: Little Miss Dragon
Born of the union between man and manakete, Nah has nevertheless access to her draconic heritage. She can wield the fearsome might of a dragon. Even as young as she is and not the size the species is known for, her fire and claws is not something anyone can decide to just 'take on'.

Trouble: Loneliness is a Rather Sad Thing
Orphaned before she even knew her parents. Raised by a family that used her for her powers rather than with love, no matter how hard she tried to seek their approval. One can say rightly that Nah was starved for affection. Even if she adopted a more mature attitude as she grew, the desire to be accepted by others and not be alone is... stronger than what you would call normal in her.

Aspects:
-Looks like an Hylian
With her pointed ears and dress that doesn't stand out too much, Nah is less likely to receive stares and issues about who she is and where she came from. Up until she transform anyway.

-Hardships are Everyday Life
Having lived in a world where Evil won over Good and the end of mankind was coming far closer than anyone should ever desire so, Nah is sadly far too used to tragedies and bad events. Even if her morale plummet, she shall still go on.

-Big Glutton
Probably due to how she is, Nah eat a lot in her daily life. And after a diet of roots and herbs, she is far too happy about eating anything that taste even only a bit better, for good or ill.

-What is This Thing You Call Subtlety (Dragon Form)
Dragons are known to be strong. They are not, however, known for being silent nor missable whenever they act. When Nah transform for a fight, pretty much anyone and anything nearby is going to notice. In the same way, the landscape is rather liekly to receive marks of her fighting.

-Surprisingly Childish
No matter how mature she may act, it's all too easy for this to break down given she is still young. She can get into petty arguments, get surprisingly hard-headed over things to satisfy her curiosity and can be possessive.

Powers, skills and abilities:
-Dragon Transformation
Even as a half, she still possess the ability to transform into a draconic form. With it comes what they are known for: Dragonbreath (Fire), flight and scales. She certainly is nowhere near as strong or tough like an adult one, but it remain the real deal.

-Survivalist
She lived in a future where danger could be lurking anywhere and few safe places remained. Nah is used to danger and know how to remain alive in the wild, as one must still sleep and rest.

Inventory:
Clothes
Small Bag
Dragonstone
: Something rather critical to Manaketes, as it is what allow them to transform. Losing it would be a critical issue if such were to happen.

-----------------

And here we go. Seems I somehow made aspects balanced too... I mean, two things I see as good, one as a mixed bag and two as possible problems. If there's any problem or a need for further clarifications, I can edit easy.

Whatever your expectation is, its already completely too high. No normal incanted spell in game goes beyond large icicles, and Fou-Lu loses to a fire demon weaker then the Fireblight within a hour of waking up.

Well if you want the Psychic Laser can be nerfed. Also if your concerned about the telekinesis keep in mind that I used the word Topple rather than Lift when referring to her feats with the Telephone poles and radio tower. Plus all things considered Sumireko is still a Japanese Highschool student when it comes to actual physical abilities.

Also worry not about how she translates, Sumireko was introduced in one of the Touhou Fighting games (in fact she was the primary antagonist of her fighting game) and there is supplementary material which she has also made an appearance in.

For reference this how she is portrayed in the game when used by a skilled player

Ah. I see. Still, "take on Ganon if mad with grief" plus Hex-Scarred.

Mmk. Nerf the laser and I'll be content.

..Huh. Nobody's done a robot character yet. Or something with split personalities. Or magic nullifiers.

I MUST HURRY ON MAH SHEET TO BE THE SPECIALIST OF SNOWFLAKES!

I've already nerfed Deus to acceptable levels. Does Asura have a hard cap to his might, or will he just keep on scaling upwards?

Not...really?

I mean in terms of narrative/meta-power he's generally an unstoppable power fantasy at it's purest. He's as strong as any given narrative situation needs him to be.

There are a few times in the story where he's "killed" but it's usually an excuse to show him climbing back out of Naraka/Hell, while Golden Spider laughs at him.

Edit: to give further context to "climbed out of hell", I think once he actually just punched his way out of the ground, once he woke up as an enshrined statue, and I think the third was him chestbursting his wrath-beast Ninetails-Naruto form.

Would being an Amnesiac or being really damn Curious be more of a problem? Well, I suppose your other split personality being a douchebag who hates magic might be a pretty big obstacle as well..

Okay, roughly how powerful do you want me to nerf it to?
I want it below Guardian shots. If it's supposed to be your big attack you can have it be strong, but I simply don't want to deal with someone who has Guardian-levels of ranged firepower.
Okay then. I'll leave you relative to Deus as he is right now. Threadmark for you.
Yes. The full god Fou-Lu is was A) crazy and B) quite capable of taking out the planet. Your referring to a bad end that's literally impossible unless someone is literally playing Ryu in this rp.
Well I didn't know that. What I saw was a potentially dangerous occurrence that I would rather not have dealt with to begin with. Anyways, threadmark then.

Hmmm, having trouble deciding whether to be a redeemed warrior from a (in)famous web comic or a gunslinging outlaw from a relatively popular video game.

What should I expect out of Nah's dragon form? What sort of breath attack, how big does she get, "can punch out a moblin"...?
I knew I forgot something.

Fire breath, she's not that big and is unlikely to punch anything with how short her arms are transformed. Heck, Moblins are probably still bigger if not of comparable size.

Go with curiosity. It makes for better roleplay fodder in a crossover game. Amnesia works best when you're a native to the setting, and thus can piece together your memories.
Fire breath, she's not that big and is unliek to punch anything with how short her arms are transformed. Heck, Moblins are probably still bigger if not of comparable size.
Cool. Threadmark for you.

Nah if I wanted a big attack I'd have put in her Last Word, but can't pull that off without the Urban Legend Orbs. Still I think I will nerf it to having the equivalent force of 5 Bomb Arrows.
