Oath Sign: Breath of the Wild

And unfortunately we don't have anyone skilled enough in purification to deal with that and last I checked the Lunarians are way too OP to be of use.
... I can think of plenty of people skilled enough in purification to do it who would be able to get in. The problem is that getting into a situation where it would work is literally RP over anyway, since we'd have literally solved the plot of Breath of the Wild by virtue of, you know, having handed Ganon his ass.

It's really Nintendo's fault, programming all these characters in the first place.

No... I think we can all say that the true culprit and biggest badguy in the Legend of Zelda franchise... is you. If it weren't for you buying all of their games, if it weren't for your money, Nintendo wouldn't have the impetus to program these characters. Without your fat stacks of cash, they'd have been made powerless!

It was you, 'player name here', It was you ALL ALONG!

I knew I should have made a Princess Zelda sheet.

To be fair on the whole Guardian override thing, while it's (obviously) true that trying the trick twice was a really big mistake, if you had a giant army of death robots as part of a (ignoring the completely unknown factors) basically foolproof plan, you would be heavily tempted to use them. I can see quite a lot of people making that mistake in those circumstances.

I think Link could kicks everyone ass just using magical application of physics and boxes.

I'm playing the Druid as I really liked the environment of BOTW. Having a character that could directly work with that is fun. Also may get to hang out with Deku Tree.

Oh I am well aware, in fact I half plan on spending my reward from completing whatever task I get (assuming I get in) into recreating the Urban Legend Orbs just so I will have access to my Last Word in order to help the final battle.

Oh most certainly, while it was a mistake I can understand why they made it and considering the amount of time that had passed since the last incarnation I can forgive them for make some assumptions.

I think the best solution is just to set things up so Bryn can eat a weakened Ganondorf's soul.

A simple plan with no immediately obvious drawbacks and little chance of going horribly, horribly wrong :V

Seeing how wrong that went in regards to Beamos really shoulda been a warning sign.

Well throwing stuff around is basically 70% of Sumireko's fighting style I can see us getting into a Box+Physics off.

I get what you mean. Ganondorf can then ASSUME DIRECT CONTROL and take over your body. In which it comes to form as Daemon Prince Ganondorf. The thought strikes me as horrifying and absolutely hilarious.

Every Oath Sign needs it Darth Zouken.

...what would happen if Kirby ate Ganondorf?

Ah yes. "Physics". In which a flying box hangs in the air long enough for a conversation and the hero of time can hang on the side of a rock as it sails over a church without retaining any of its momentum when he lets go.

We have dismissed those claims.

Wait, is BoTW Link actually called the Hero of Time?

While on the one hand I get what you mean and that is most likely outcome, I think it might depend on how weakened is weakened.

Because if it's less than "ded" then yeah. If Ganon is kinda (read: very) dead? Then things get interesting.

Still, either way it's probably not going to be what I would call a favorable outcome for anyone else.

Magical Physics! Honestly that was one of the best new features in any Zelda game. Makes combat way more hilarious if you felt like it. Kinda like how Dark Messiah of Might and Magic put an in depth combat system. But everyone just kicks everything to death and toss shit like its bar fight.

I grew up with OOT and he keeps showing up in one form or another across the ages, hero of time is what I keep referring to him as, even if it may not be a hundred percent accurate. >.<
... Hero of Time literally only refers to the Link in OoT and if you really stretch it maybe the one in Skyward Sword. You know, the ones that use time travel.

Breath of the Wilds Link is just 'hero' or 'royal knight', depending on who your talking to.

Well to be fair it also refers to the one from Majora's Mask.

Mouuu, Zelda Wiki calls BoTW Link "The Hero of Hyrule" in an allusion to the original Legend of Zelda's Link. Probably because everyone went nuts going "OMG THIS IS A REMAKE OF THE FIRST ZELDA KLJSH:OIEUR(P*U&E)(*U JDSLKF:j;l *insert keyboardgasm here*".

Also the Hylian Champion. But that's not a grand title that befits a hero like Link.

It also probably refers to the Heroes Shade in Twilight Princess, but I can't remember if he confirms he's the Hero of Time or not.

Hyrule Historia says that the Heroes Shade is the Hero of Time, but I'm not sure how canon that is these days. Since the Encyclopedia is about to come out and ruin everything, with the 'creative liberties' the author has said he made when writing said encyclopedia.

I'd just call him the Hero of the Wilds.

Well, original Zelda also just called Link 'hero', none of the special bells and whistles. Thing is, by the time anyone can give Link a proper title shows up, unlike the other Link's, Link in BotW has better things to do. He probably does have a proper title, but Zelda gave it to him 100 years ago and literally no one cares now, unlike, say, receiving a title straight from Zelda or Midna or whatever as previous ones tend to.
