Taylor is not a mad scientist. Oh, no. She's an angry scientist, and she's so angry because nobody else seems to know how to do it right!
No, that makes her an exasperated scientist.

It also makes her a teacher. Good thing she has willing students.
"And WHO was it that invented hyperspace physics in the first place?""Hey Dad I'm going to go talk to Uncle Jack and his friends again."
"Just don't break causality again this time dear."
"Hey! It's not my fault that black holes and hyper space physics react so strangely around each other."
"Shiny!"
Schenectady.Where do you get all of your ideas? It can't just be from your Discord server.
It's possible, but she's intelligent enough to know not to do it. If the chairs are sufficiently comfy, the leverage to end a meeting in a timely manner is lost.Taylor needs to focus on the most important problem identified in both universes. Designing a comfortable chair for long meetings.
Or is that the one thing beyond her?
"Ow! My urethra!"
You know they've got her name and her DNA. They could see if there's a local-to-Stargate Taylor Hebert. Might be interesting to see what she's like.
Has it occurred to anyone else that since Taylor stored her code in the Stargate's system, the automatic update function of the gate will probably propagate across the rest of the network the next time the SGC dials out?
Yes. Yes it would....
Something tells me that Taylor's gonna find a box set of:Taylor smiled again, then looked at Teal'c and Jack. "And you guys are really cool. I still think you should make a TV show about all the things you do."
It won't work. The correlative update function is stored in the dialing devices. That is one of the reasons that the earth dialing computer needs to crunch numbers for every gate address before dialing it first to update for stellar drift from the last update. And also why the gate could only connect to nearby star systems like Heliopolis (where Ernest Littlefield ended up when they were trying to dial the gate manually) and Abydos. It was the explanation why dialing random combinations didn't work for the Earth gate.Has it occurred to anyone else that since Taylor stored her code in the Stargate's system, the automatic update function of the gate will probably propagate across the rest of the network the next time the SGC dials out? With her hologram remote, Taylor and Earth Bet can do their own offworld exploration. And as long as she put stealth and shielding on the hologram module, it's pretty much undetectable away from the gate transition.
True, but the data signal does go through the Stargate. Depending on what Taylor wanted to do, that might be enough. However, I think she wouldn't want that to happen - you wouldn't want the code leading to home to be distributed into uncontrolled sites across the Milky Way (or further) after taking such care to cover your tracks. It won't work. "Amy, could you have a look please? This thing does something wrong, but I don't understand biology good enough yet to figure it out."

Information on your world, the aliens you've encountered, interesting technology, that type of data.

Then she see's their stuff and is unimpressed. If this omake continues, could you please have Taylor help out the Asgard (if they are still around) i mean they are alients that are/where the protectors of the galaxy for a long time, i think they deserve any help they could get, plus with Taylor's disposition towards aliens like her tutors i think she would be all for this.
