Fuck it. Kung Fu. Someone invent a martial arts style based around masks, candles, and badass expressions of very serene murder. She'll always be armed! We'll do a scripture where she invented it!
She's the Matron of Candles, so maybe a weaponised censer. Maybe a bow with burning arrows. Still, I'd caution against making an actual weapon part of her symbols since we intend her to be a peaceful goddess. A scythe might be an acceptable alternative, but that seems a little generic.
Speaking of symbols, have we discussed what our holy symbols are yet? Given the nature of our goddess, I imagine something along the lines of a menorah is among them, or some other religiously significant candle holder.

Well we seem to be moving towards paper lanterns as a metaphor for souls and the afterlife. Also, looking at censer designs, now I can only imagine the holy hand grenade. I vote that. Hermes also votes that. Explosives are an alchemist's bread and butter.

i believe @Nedben is making magic candles alone currently, Maybe its wise to help Them a little?
Try to have multiple things ready.
As for Morth and fighting...
Morth is a shapeshifter, and in one kf Then She Almost made of fire.
She doesn't need a weapon, but symbols for her living followers might be handy.
Morth does seem rather connected to candles and masks...
As for her Appearance, how do you guys see her? Maybe we should make a scripture/generally excepted Appearance Which She is based around?
How I see her, for her 'main' form, is candle Wax skin; Eyes that are Rainbow flame and the skin around the eyes melt into Wax tears.
Clad in fancy purple robes With Silver inlays, probally With a bandoleer of Masks.
Because most 'masks' I have descibed in scripture have their face covered in Some way.
But this something we as a group need to decide.

The traditional weapon weapon for the matrons followers is actually a dedicated casting implement, a symbol of their faith and a conduit for fire based magic.
Traditionally the warriors are robbed and use a mixture of divine and arcane based magic, the candle serving as a focus for both, most know how to set their weapon on fire with a simple flick of their wrist running the candle down what ever blade they are holding.
How does that sound, we have a ton of arcane magic on hand and saying "our holy weapon is candles" is amusing, but we light the way, we purify the undead with fire, and when needed we cast our magics of war through our holy implement.
'nway, preach/subversion mix and prolly gonna work on preach, so probably just going to preach every turn, most likely. Don't have any stats in mysticism, so unfortunately I doubt I'll be inventing any new stuff, spells or skill tags. In that sense, it does seem like Mysticism is the stat we should've all picked at the start.

Consider: flamethrowers! Cremation may require considerable fire, but we can work our way up to that.
I do like the Holy Hand Grenade and martial arts ideas though. Though given what we saw that girl do before in that one scripture, masks that make people fall down are apparently valid. Full Majora's Mask steam ahead?
...are we going to invent the advertising blimp based off the floating candle thing
She sort of already is, if you take into account Morth's Inferno aspect. While Inferno is portrayed as an aspect of punishment, she carries out that punishment through the use of flames.

Well I just want us all to be clear, if we are going down the pyromancy route, that is fine, but we should know what her domians are going to be and agree as a group.
I'm thinking kung-fu +pyromancers= Firebenders?
As our holy warriors!

We definitely fixed the thing, but I don't think the DC was 69 or lower so we might not have gotten an epic success. Unless the Vignette gives a bonus anyway.
