If we're going to be running secret errands for the thunderbird, we'll need to be able to stay... you know, secret. As she noted, we couldn't even hide from her once the other Privaron were gone. Hitting Veteran Reiatsu Control will give us more staying power, but it'll also offer us a special feature, and I'd bet advanced stealth would be among them. Which is something we'll want to pick up pretty sharpish if we want to avoid Findor stumbling over us before we're ready, again.

Lament Cero does it not work on certain things or people like say those that are mindless or something like that because if so that might be a problem?
At this level, it's literally just sight and sounds. "Phantoms" is an aesthetic descriptor, the images are wispy and dream-like. It is not a mental effect. Mindless characters are confused just fine, but people can also see through it with the right skills.
It'll probably upgrade with some kind of mind-affecting stuff at higher levels, although all three options have cool upgrades in general.
Also, you now have a free rank in Mundane Skill: Style, thanks to Cirucci's tutoring. This is a mundane skill for people who like spending their xp on frivolous character things that don't make you meaningfully more powerful. It does not grant supernatural powers. However, it does grant the ability to act with uncanny grace in all aspects of your daily life, including battle. If you want to bluff people by making it seems like your dodges are effortless and your attacks casually powerful, and so you must have even more power in store than you're showing right now, this could actually work pretty well. Just don't force me to figure out what it would look like at Legendary rank, you silly people.
I just realized something about Lamenting Cero, it serves as a counter Reiatsu Perception as well as the normal variety (To a degree). The cloud is made of our own pressure, so anyone trying to find us in it needs to be able to sense our sneaky moth in a cloud that feels like sneaky moth.

"Love" is the idea that all things are one, connected, and following one path. In taking control of others, he simply asserts through his greater enlightenment his connection to them, and they cannot break free because they do not understand what he does; if they were wise, he would have no effect on them.
Aizen, who can make the world appears as he wants to all others, has reached high enough on this path that the reality he sees can be the reality others see, if he so chooses. If he were truly enlightened, however, he would be able to simply make the world as he sees, and so he must not have reached the end of the path.(edited)
Ultimately, as all things are one, the one who uses such powers is not acting solely as an individual entity but enacts what is ultimately the will of all things. So there is no arrogance in using such abilities for one's ends, as all things eventually proceed towards the greater good."

I've been convinced by @Revlid to change my vote from Devouring Cero to Lamenting Cero, based both off the aesthetic and the thematic elements of the attack.

In the halls of Hueco Mundo, Findor slunk down the hallways and into his room.
He had been lucky to avoid the direct notice of his Lord Barragan and thus did not need to be questioned and thus punished for his failure to kill such a lowly Numeros.
A visit to the medical Numeros had seen him patched up quickly. He had to make sure she understood that it was a training injury to stop any shameful rumours spreading, not that the little moth would dare spread around what had truly happened.
That left only the Privaron to take into account.
He ground his teeth in frustration knowing that he would have to avoid the Tres Espada's area lest he be heckled by her Fraccion.
Something that should have been beneath their dignity in any other situation they would latch onto this rumour and be squawking like rabble just to rile him so.
The worst part was he could not cut them down as they deserved.
He knew, he just knew that he could destroy them, except they would never fight alone, oh they talked big about being strong alone but he knew as soon as their backs were against the wall they would be all team up on him.
They and the Privaron may think they were safe for now but Findor knew he was close to being equal to a shinigami captain in power and would be able to take any of them down.
The Privaron was no longer even an Espada!
Soon, just a bit more time, and he would stop her from ever looking down on him again.

Nothing important for now and it could wait. He really should get it out of the way though.

His mind betrayed him as thoughts kept flicking back to his.... not a loss.... but not a win either considering he had been forced to retreat for now...
He ground his teeth in frustration as he considered today's events.
The little moth had taken him by surprise, one moment she had been in full retreat, a stuttering mess that had barely been able to even begin to disguise her intentions.
Eyes narrowing he considered the sequence of events, she really was nothing special he would just need to take into consideration the environment more next time.
She had used the break in his vision from the curtain to land some powerful blows that had taken time to recover from. Next time he would not be so careless, even a bug like her had teeth after all.
He nodded.

AN Reading through and looking over him in Kubo's Bleach, (I know not real canon) I am of the belief that Findor is arrogant as all hell, I hope this is conveyed in his thoughts as he beleives he just need time and not to work hard to get places and power.

Was originally going to Findor getting heckled by Appachi, Sung-sun and Mila ROse but upon looking up his wiki entry realised Charlotte was a much more fun figure to chastise him with.
In the halls of Hueco Mundo, Findor slunk down the hallways and into his room.
He had been lucky to avoid the direct notice of his Lord Barragan and thus did not need to be questioned and thus punished for his failure to kill such a lowly Numeros.
A visit to the medical Numeros had seen him patched up quickly. He had to make sure she understood that it was a training injury to stop any shameful rumours spreading, not that the little moth would dare spread around what had truly happened.
That left only the Privaron to take into account.
He ground his teeth in frustration knowing that he would have to avoid the Tres Espada's area lest he be heckled by her Fraccion.
Something that should have been beneath their dignity in any other situation they would latch onto this rumour and be squawking like rabble just to rile him so.
