Perhaps in the future this may find other uses, but right now it's just exceedingly helpful for testing out alterations to Reality without actually creating anything.

[X] Cosmic Act: Create the All-Mother, a grand goddess of Life who shall fill creation with her children. Her form is that of a titanic deer with a human face with all sorts of flora spring from her flesh.
I had no idea you were so emotionally attached to the older versions of Pinball Wizard
Brings tears to my eyes

[X] [Greater Act] Toon Life: Create some life based around an inky substance. They shall be called Toons and at the beginning of a Toon's life they will typically resemble a black and/or white blob by default, although they can also inherit traits from their progenitor if they have one. As a Toon experiences life and learns they can develop color, body features (& 'artstyles'), personality quirks, etc. A Toon can reproduce either through mitosis, with another of it's kind, or just manifest over time if there is enough unused ink in an area. Toons tend to be impulsive and take multiple incidents to learn lessons, but thankfully they're also pretty durable and can bounce back from most accidents. Finally they can die, but not of old age or lack of sustenance (but they can enjoy food & drink).

I am up for trades, since I think this needs 5 votes to get in if I understood the rules?

[X] Greater Act: The Blade Unconquerable! This supernaturally sharp and durable sword is possessed of a fearsome intellect and a charming personality which it uses to help its user achieve whatever ambition they hold closest to their heart. Anyone who wears the weapon while they sleep is granted with prophetic dreams which warn of danger and opportunities.

[X][Cosmic Act] The Rule of Cool: Any action taken by a mortal is amplified based on how subjectively and objectively wondrous the action is, combined with their level of willpower.

Shit is gonna get silly, and I love it
Future historians will have to write essays on Pinball Wizard and the Toons

I'm going to point out two things.

1) your life needs a place to exist
2) Dimensional Magic allows you to create "sets" that could be of various artistic styles that the toons could travel between.

So I'd reccomend voting for dimensional Magic to give your toon life have a place to live...

[X] (Greater Act) ada lesser god of ecosystems and evolution: a god that is constantly shifting into a form that best fits his environment at a time but can shapeshift into any form when needed, he makes sure that all races to come keep changing and don't go completely stagnant, that they evolve and adapt to survive, he also makes sure no race evolves to much and destroys the ecosystem, he makes sure everything is in balance and yet is constantly changing

[X] Cosmic Act: Create the All-Mother, a grand goddess of Life who shall fill creation with her children. Her form is that of a titanic deer with a human face with all sorts of flora spring from her flesh.

[X] Grand Act: Chitinous Moon
A large celestial sphere alight with a soft blue glow, following a circular path through creation. Although it acts like a normal satellite It's actually a godly pillbug, curled into a planet-sized ball. The only flaw in it's divine disguise is the Moon's slight bias toward anything arthropod-like, as they seem to subtly thrive under the moonlight.
Willing to trade with others if needed or if anyone wants
[X] (Greater Act (Boosted from Lesser by Dawn of Creation)) Living Crystal: A crystalline pseudo-hivemind intelligence native to the islands of order. It starts its life cycle as a rough and cloudy lump of crystal that begins to spread shards of itself across the neighboring area. As it increases in size, it gains both greater intelligence and starts to look more natural. Once it has covered an entire normal-sized island, it looks natural enough to replicate the appearance of an entire organic ecosystem, from predators to prey to flora, and often does so instinctively, though it is still clearly made of crystals. Additionally, at this stage of development pieces of it on the outer edges of the island start to fragment into cloudy, colorless lumps, breaking off into seeds for new Living Crystal hives if they hit another island by chance.

And if they're smart with it, they can use it like hammerspace, pulling objects from some storage space for wacky hijinks

Can't stuff also live on the crystal islands?
But I am willing to use my 4 supporting votes on other people's authored votes if they are willing to support my Toons too.

Yeah if you think about it.... Toons can do a lot of their tricks with dimensional magic, from the door trick, to popping out of a T.V. Who Killed Roger Rabbit comes to mind, a clear example of how useful and cohesive the two pair together... heck, I like the inadvertent synergy here.

Though. Considering, I'll just do the return votes for you. I don't actually have 4 obligatory votes, just 2 trades, and 2 votes that should win.

[X] Grand Act: Create a mound of dirt, 10,000 miles from one end to the other, an endless spring at its centre that feeds 4 massive rivers that go straight to the edges of the mound, dividing it into four even sections, then fall off into the infinite void.

Willing to trade supports to make our starting planet - a flat earth all our own, to populate as we please. Needs 5 votes, I think.

[X][Cosmic Act] Dimensional Magic: Dimensional magic is the manipulation of reality to do two major things. The First and central aspect is the creation of portals to elsewhere, these portals can then be used to take them to other places in their own world, or worlds they know about, or to places of their imagination personal dimensions that borrow on the aspects of reality, but twisting them to the user's ends, as a magic system it requires knowledge to use it fully, though the dimensions tend to be hospitable to the user without direct manipulation to the contrary.
[X] Greater Act: Create Air Trees- these trees "eat" gravity to sustain themselves, and exhale a breathable atmosphere as part of their metabolism. They are self-fertilizing, with the fruits having limited intelligence beyond skittering to a new place to plant themselves before their energy stores are used up. Their metabolization of gravity mainly causes matter near them to reduce in weight as they increase in number, though their root system prevents the worst of the terrain degradation.

Edit- Air trees have received enough votes to reach Grand, and have received the following changes: Their fruit are fully separate organisms capable of living independent lives, they are avian in appearance, designed for survival both in the Weightless Forests and outside them. They sunbathe regularly to feed their chlorophyll. Their intestines deposit fertilized seeds in the droppings of the creature, which is mostly detritivorous. It has the instinct to bury the seeds underground so they won't float off, as well as a simplified 'flocking' system. The tree itself has a covering of bark and a tap root that allows the tree to pierce deep into the soil faster.

Come hell or high water. I want what's made to be done.

[] Create Time and Space officially making measurements
Time and space, are already in effect, without this vote, and with it I doubt we'll see a difference.

[] Toon Life
Implemented, so backing off.
I'm unlikely to be here, so... respond or don't I'm unlikely to.

Yours are the air trees right? If you vote for my toons Ill vote for em. Although do we have a sun to provide them light?
We don't have a sun, but we do have an all consuming void above us, maybe we can make it consume the concept of the lack of a sun, thus causing a sun, maybe? Probably not but could be a neat thing to do one day, not the sun thing but using the void to eat up concepts we don't like
It will be our trashbag
