And no, creating tax that specifically targets listed rich folk is blatantly unconstitutional( IRL the Dem party decided to do that in order to use the bill inevitably being shot down by the Reps on the second stage. I have a suggestion for the tax code.
Rather than this current, inefficient system, we should introduce more profitability metrics and privatization to taxation!
The government could auction off the right to set and manage taxes for parts of America to captains of industry and trusts, with whoever promises to raise the most money for the government earning the right for a certain period of time. Any money they make beyond this as part of their taxation policy they get to keep as pure profit, motivating them to do the best job possible.
This is a flawless plan and could not possibly be abused in any way, shape, or form.

Hire tax lawyers to help members save money through 'completely legal' loopholes, while using the information to campaign for a revamped system that doesn't use the fact that dedicated tax people to get the rich to pay less while denying the poor the same benefits due to the complexity involved in using such.

Ah yes, tax farming. Truly the most efficient, reliable, fair and transparent method of tax collection.
Hmmm...tempted to get southern black farmers to switch off cotton and start growing hemp as a plant fiber product, buuut i am worried doing that will speed up the criminalization of hemp as a plant. It's insane that cotton and flax essentially legally got their own monopoly in the plantfiber industry for free.
