    • It's been 8 months and I want to continue this but the nature of it was largely based in the community.
    So with that in mind I wanted to offer a vote with 3 options.

    [] Do not continue the Quest at all, The GM let it die and is a failure that we all should hate. I bet he isn't even that amazing in bed.

    [] Continue the Quest exactly where we left off.
    -I don't want to do this if a bunch of the Heroic units/Queens/ people who helped organize everything are not interested in continuing.

    [] Restart the quest with some bonuses, Raptor unit for free, heroic units can stay heroic, and a mineral/gas bank to help you all catch up. New storyline and a chance to re-build the community from the ground up. I'd also have some minor mechanical changes to make things easier. Like using a google doc to keep track of resources, and changing heroic bonuses to be easier to gain but require multiple for bigger things

    Anyway, I love you guys, four pages of responses for my last update, I am honored and flattered.
    If you chose for this to continue, I will be keeping this community close and spending more time writing for it to make a great story for you.
    It's been a blast and I sincerely hope we get to quest together some more.

    I'm glad to see that you came back to this, but yeah with riot quests you can't really just let them lie fallow. You have to commit to them otherwise they lose momentum and eventually wither away.

    It's been so long I can't really remember what's happened, best just to restart.

    Basically each voter is an individual conciousness within the Hivemind. We each make our own decisions and the GM applies them in the order that they were posted. We can choose to embody ourselves in various forms of Zerg if we like, but if the host body dies for whatever reason, then you're back to square one in terms of a body.
     
    I don't feel like I have much, if any, right to vote on this since I never actually had a chance to participate.

    That said, voting's quite decisive; not sure if it'd be considered "calling the vote too early" but if it's pretty much unanimous...

    Oh, and yes, consider this post as proof that I intend to join, whether it's a reboot (or more accurately NG+, considering the bonuses being offered) or a continuation of this version.
