For me it seems that I draw every Torpedo that my teammates fire in my presence.
Once right at the start as we move out a teammate got taken out barely 2 minutes into the match.
Another time I see that the enemies torpedoes are going to miss I stay on course, but because I ignore the warnings I fail to notice the four comming the other way.

I have been killed by a friendly Destroyer when we teamed up to try and take down a Carrier.
Also, once I got tunnel vision in a close-quarters smoke screen battle, and full broadsided a friendly Cruiser with 6 Torpedoes.
Just like real life!
