I recognize Telekinesis is perhaps the least useful discipline for a Rogue Trader but it's also my favorite superpower bar none, so here we are

"A Lineage Built" and "A Lineage of Peril (Divination)" both have 8 votes and I shall consider the vote for "A Lineage of Peril (Telekinesis)" to be a tie-breaker in favour of going down the Psyker path.

Character Creation part 2
[]The Auger
Your family thought you were going crazy when you said your goodbyes and wandered into the rolling savannahs of your home.
You walked for a full day and night before you reached the Inquisitor's campsite, but it was only a short conversation and a quick demonstration of your ability before he called for his lander to take you to the orbiting Black Ship.
[]The Commander
Life on an Imperial fortress world can be harsh at the best of times. Such a life for you would be a vacation after enduring the continuous assaults of the forces of Chaos through the Cadian Gate.
[]The Warrior
You do not know the Imperial designation for the world of your birth. Nor even in which sector or segmentum it is located. All you knew at the time was that a great metal beast descended from the sky near your home town and disgorged armoured men who could shoot deadly beams of light from their hands. They rounded up dozens, hundreds, of young men and women, herding you into the darkness within the skybeast. Soon after, there was a deafening roar as the skybeast leaped into the air, taking you away from the only home you had ever known.
