1. The Forsaken
2. Theramore
3. Vilebranch Trolls

Maybe considering switching 1 and 2 around

I would be interested, especially in the dark horde, but I think I currently am stretching my commitments too much to add onto my load.
Edit: Aka, posting to watch

Ooh, a Warcraft GSRP? At the point in the setting history when the political situation is as complex as it gets? Interesting.

My only real exposure to the universe is Warcraft 3 (both Reign of Chaos and The Frozen Throne) but I liked it well enough.

I'd join, but I already have commitments to two other GSRPs. And, more importantly, to university.

*cough* *cough*
1. Gnomeregan
2. The Bilgewater Cartel
3. The Steamwheedle Cartel

Just couldn't resist. Plus, changing the fate of Gnomeregan even slightly would be quite interesting.
And yes San, i would like to play a more calm faction that rather supports. ;)

Gnomeregan foreva!

Nothing wrong with support play; I will be playing a magical girl who 'befriends' people into friendship through the act of 'befriending' to make others understand peace between us all is key given the legion and the Lich King are out there.

Hey I'm willing to help, as soon as Stormwind pays what is owed to me and my men.

I should probably say that my only experience with Warcraft involve Reign of Chaos and Frozen Throne, and whatever hearsay reaches my ears about the WoW expansions, so I'll be taking all my cues from there.

I can recommend a pretty good youtube channel with a ton of very well put together Lore videos if you'd like.

Nobbel78, gotcha. I'll go take a gander then. The only WoW Youtuber I've really followed is WoWCrendor, and he ain't a loremaster by any means. :p

That said, while I most likely won't have access to the Elven units in the Human Roster back in Frozen Throne, due to the whole sunwell thing and all, I can still expect Dwarf units right? Or at least have their gunpowder weapons.

Since Stromgarde left the Alliance awhile back, not really. Not until you can negotiate your return.

Yup the king of WoW lore vids.
Personally can't wait for him to get to some of the more recent bits of lore, like for instance
How Xal'atath actually was a previously unknown 5th Old God which the others sealed away before the titans arrived and that we the players accidentally free her.

Remind me which faction you want to play as, since I can probably answer most of your questions.

looking at it you chose
1. Stromgarde Remnants: Is basically a once great and mighty kingdom that has since fallen in deterioration as the ages passed especially once the Prince Galen Trollbane murdered his father and a civil war erupted and although he has won it now and Stromgarde left the alliance a long time ago it's independent and has to deal with the Ogres and the Syndicate invading near its territory. All the while not having any allies to support as well as just coming out of a civil war.

Edit:On the plus said you have access to Trol'kalar(Trollbane) a magic sword that makes trolls unable to use there natural regeneration so theres a good thign about playing Stromgarde.

Don't forget about the Trolls that are also a threat.
