Orange is the Ogres, since it intersects where Alterac City would be on the map.

EDIT: And ceslas told me: And technically Alterac City is a ruin occupied by Ogres. The remnants of Alterac are based out of the slightly less wrecked town of Strahnbrad.

... Wait. I mean the blue that borders the Crusade. The Syndicate is probably the light blue in Hillsbrad.

Honestly as I want to be the Defias Brotherhood I look forward to having to somehow turn an army of what are essentially thugs, thieves, bandits and mercenaries into a functional nation. As soon as I properly make Westfall an independent state at the very least.

Although I will admit I am a little wary of the army of undead brewing in Duskwood. I hope that my Armies are of higher quality at least than the undead forces.

Gryan Stoutmantle shall not allow you to take Westfall!

Also, honestly the core of the Brotherhood is still decently educated/experienced engineers etc. You have a potential administration core to work with. A lot of things depend on whether or not the Stormwind player is, any good.

1) Night Elves
2) Dark Horde
3) Regular Horde

This is very insensitive towards the players who want to give it that extra touch of authenticity while playing Ogres.

Are you saying there's a good possibility that we won't be prepared? Any chance that those players who think that sometimes the hand of fate must be forced (like these jokes) can uncover those conditions by investing their actions?
The Ogres are the exception that proves the rule.

Possibly and no. Though you can try to forcibly trigger them.
... I'm considering asking if Naga are available solely so I can crush the NEs for that.
I prefer them to be NPCs.

hmmm @Ceslas is it possible to peacefully integrate NPC or non picked player factions into our own? for example could say, the scarlet crusade integrate stormgarde if they helped them or something?
Integration might be taking it a step too far in some cases but you can receive and command their forces after forging a strong enough alliance.

Also, to deal with the color confusion. Hillsbrad is being held by the remnants of the Alliance Expedition (Teal). The Off-Green next Dalaran is the Ogres occupying Alterac. The Syndicate is Orange like the late Kingdom of Alterac and the Blue to the north of them is the Frostwolves.

Oh I am well aware, once I get Westfall fully under my control then I can use that experience to fortify my boarders a bit. I can probably get into contact with one of the Goblin factions and start selling them the excess food production that Westfall will be producing once everything gets sorted out. Well assuming I can't figure out a plan to settle the debt Stormwind owes me at which point I can just sell directly to them at a beneficial rate.

Although keep in mind settling the debt will at the very least require Stormwind to pay the money they owe the Stonemasons, plus extra as a late fee and fully acknowledging Westfall as a free and independent polity. Oh there is also amnesty to all members of the Defias Brotherhood for all crimes that they committed in the past.

I was joking (mostly) but good to know!

Ah. That makes sense.

Can allied factions become part of PC factions eventually at all then? Because that's a big factor. And what's the current relations situation between the Crusade and the Syndicate? And between Gilneas and Kul Tiras?

I can see stormwind agreeing to most of that if you crush the 'thieving' element within the Defias, but I don't see Variann willing to give out amnesty to those who committed certain crimes/he probably wants the person who killed his wife.

Oh I am aware, but it will be a non-negotiable part of the deal as lets be honest I will have just taken over a breadbasket region of Stormwind and my forces did utilize banditry in order to fund itself. Honestly amnesty is something I have to get out of any deal I make.

Do we know when choices will be locked in?
"All I ever wanted was to study."

To be fair, Elwynn seems more than able to support the City, given how little concern Stormwind has towards the Periphery, even -with- Prestor's meddling.

Depends on the context. The Silver Hand sees the Syndicate as rebels and criminals while the Syndicate sees the Silver Hand as the remains of the hated Kingdom of Lordaeron. Gilneas has not any relations since the completion of the Greymane Wall.

Do we know when choices will be locked in?
I'm going to tentatively say Halloween (for my own reasons) though that depends on me getting players for key states like the Horde.
