The IC RP thread is for interpesonal RPing, i.e. when two character are meeting face to face. The other one is for state level diplomacy.

True although to be fair the killing was a random stone that happened to hit her, but I fully expect him to be pissed off and to refuse my demands at first. For now I have a lot of plans to work on in order to make him accept.

Pretty sure i'm too high on the Stormwind wanted list to be able to engineer that, not to mention it isn't even an IC thing for me to do. I'd be far more likely to simply kidnap the boy and use him as a hostage.
I will admit if I find out about Prestor she will be pretty high on my shitlist, although I'm not entirely sure how i'd be able to deal with a Dragon just yet.

Many and most. Sylvanas tried this in canon, she got nos from everyone except Cairne and its why she joined the Horde.
