Well it didn't immediately fail. Probably good that we didn't leave Taylor if we were underestimating them by not noticing the protection script.
 


Hey, I've got a new style of shading and am switching up the art style again. The painterly style is very good looking, but it's also very boring and takes hours. This is more quick, freeform, and fun!

But I'm colorblind as I will never shut the fuck up about, because it's still very new to me as a concept, and I have no idea if this actually looks good to trichromatic people (that's all of you,) so give me your opinions if you have any!
 
I get to be pick of the month, and on the same day PHP gets nuked, and now I cant' get it to recognize MySQL, AND my ssl cert expired.

I swear to god the universe is actively antagonistic to my comic's existence lmao.
 
basically, when I tried to update my SSL cert, I had to update PHP to use the plugin I was using for it (because I'm profoundly lazy,) and updating PHP messed up MySQL somehow, so nwo I'm trying to get it to work.

I've been working on it through the night, and there's an issue with the ssl cert no longer working, I am contacting my host because they don't allow me to edit the .confd directly, so I have to wait for them to update the configs for the ssl.

    • Hey cool new, I was picked as Art Quest of the month, and that rules. Of course, the same exact day that happened my site went down, and I had to nuke the database and re-do the SSL. Good news though, images are up again, and not broken. Side-grade news, I didn't know about reader mode on this site, but if I post my posts as threadmarks, they'll show up in reader mode. So the updates without votes will also be getting threadmarks. This is so people can save their place and scroll through to the latest post. Bad-news, all the stuff that was hosted on the site is gone, so I'll have to re-make it from scratch. I'll update the thread once the timeline, races, and geography settings are back up. Alternatively, if you want I think I can mark threadmarks with different tags so that they show up seperately for people who want to see them? I dunno.

    To our new readers, tell me what you think to this point. I keep switching up the art style, and I'm certainly excited to show you my weird effed up little story I've been making.
