[Webcomic] Marie & The Adventurer's League

Demons are people, Daemons are processes, and Shades are processes that exist outside of their liminal space.

No literally, lmao, they are basically a type of fae that answer requests. Most of the time you don't interact with one directly. They're not under direct control of any given spell.

Basically I took 2 years of computer science and programming classes, and decided programming and computers are magic and then applied that idea to an entire world. So everything is not in a computer, but all the magic is based on my poor understanding of coding and how a computer works lmao.

Noted, anyway:
[X] A
Best case scenario she is trustworthy, worst case is she isn't and we get narrative conflict.
No clue on a name though.

What you don't like Maklunky? or Leggo the arm???

(Yes.)

I do rather like whoever suggested Spinellope

Do you remember June 2021? When we picked this job.

We have 2 new party members (every SINGLE vote except for one is to take the goth spider sub with us.)

14.01 - The Captain's Knee.
When you put it like its pretty obvious why though ain't it?

Yeah for real, but still I was surprised at the unanimous agreement. I'm going to chalk that up to me being able to create instant chemistry, and think NO FURTHER!

Also, I found an interesting thing, I can spend 3 - 5 hours on a 4 panel comic, and make a great comic almost everyday or I can spend 8 hours making an 8 panel comic, and always feel like there's stuff missing. smaller comics means more frequent updates, and more time to just look at what I made and decide if I'm sure about it or not.

With that said, here is today's update.

Not entirely certain what happened, they're all sitting around so I assume time passed. They also had a similar/the same vision thing?
They only notice Marie later so however much time passed they can't have been aware for long?
I'm not sure what prompted it to happen as I'd assumed it was a centre of the mind thing rather than Marie literally warping wherever, given the others...

They physically went to a liminal space, an inbetween transitionary place, kind of like a DMZ for where processes live and where they do. Marie was literally kicked into another place by the spell, I should have made that more apparent. Writing is hard, and writing for a webcomic is even harder

Not entirely certain that logic is sound.
Wounds inflicted that are non lethal but are failed attempts at being lethal are potentially pretty bad.
Guess this is geas stuff I don't know?
